So screw New York, and let me tell you about my trip to Vancouver!

So yeah, it rained the whole time.



I took a look at the University of British Columbia, which makes every other University look like crap. HENCEFORTH I came up with an equation to help calucalte the swellness which is UBC.

(your favorite University) x 20 + half of Japan + 10% of China = UBC

Yeah... I'm pretty sure China has at least a billion people, so that's about 10 000 000 happy asians right there.

But I can't get over how much I adored Vancouver. It's 100% my kind of city. Giant trees, China town, Japan town, Korean town, NATIVE MEN, elves, cupcake shacks, TIM HORTONS, Canadian flags everyyywheerrreeee. Despite how multicultural it is, it's probably the most Canadian city I've ever been to. (that could be due to Olympic advertising but ANYWAYS) Even the constant rain had its charm.

The only depressing part is there are way too many attractive men in Vancouver. So I had no choice but to assume they were gay.

You know, I can actually say this was the BEST convention I've ever been to, and the most fun I've had in a long time. Now, I'm not just saying that because of all the cool anime merchandise. In fact, I barely stayed inside the building at all!

I was just thinking about why the hell I like anime, and what went wrong in my life to make me the way I am now. XD
It's not a realy interesting story.. I suppose many people have similiar experiences?.. yes? ....NO? >_>

I was 11 years old (OH GAWD THAT LONG) and at a summer camp.I was sitting with some of the girls at lunch, bored out of my mind. I glanced over to the boys lunch table and saw they were all fangirling over something.

One of the boys had SHONENJUMP magazine, issue 7 (WHY DO I REMEMBER THIS?) and as I looked at the DBZ cover I was like "HEY I SAW THAT ON TV!!". He let my borrow it, and the feature manga of the month was YUGIOH. Hmm.. so I guess that also explains how yugioh became my all time favorite? XD

YES WELL. When my dad picked me up, I made him take me to chapters and he was like "OMG MY DAUGHTER WANTS TO BUY BOOKS ALLELUJAH!!!!!" and then I bought a giant comic book and he was like "fuck."

~VIEWS ON PLASTIC SURGERY~

So this is an interesting topic eh? Pretty serious for my standards XD
I was browsing deviantart, and came across a few pictures where people mentioned the models had plastic surgery done. And I began to think, how do I feel about that?

..and I'm almost disturbed with my answer XD

I think plastic surgery is a work of art.

(I'm sorry if this offends, but I'm always open to different opinions, so you are welcome to argue your own point as long as you respect mine.)

I've even considered a career path as a plastic surgeon (but gave up on that when i realized I have a week stomache). Besides, it's a shame when people lead unhappy lives when they are ashamed of how they look.

~My body is my canvas.
~And your body is yours.

We are given a blank sheet which we worp and decorate according to our own tastes and experiences. I remember at a young age, i told myself when I was 18, if i was unhappy with how i looked, I'd get plastic surgery done. Is this sad? I don't think so. I think I just knew it wasn't worth it to live myself worrying about how I looked, especially during my childhood, when i should be experiencing the fun part of life.

Back to my first point. ie. plastic surgery = art.

I don't feel very well.
I'm really sick. I keep getting more sick, and im sick of being sick TT__TT

so finally, after four weeks of ill-feeling increasing, today i went to buy some medicine.....

I bought that "claratin clear cold and sinus" stuff, and it worked at first, but now i have the sensation that my eyes are bleeding D8>

it was my first time ever at fanexpo and i advise anyone and everyone to go. It isn't just an anime con. there are whole giant sections dedicated to action, sci-fi and fantasy movies, marvel & DC comics, VIDEO GAME TENTS 8D , just...EVERYTHING!

the whole convention for me was sortof a last minute everything so.. i suppose i didn't live it to its potential.

... so i had a really good day today ^^

lol, not amazing good, but just so out of the ordinary (which means ordinary) that it almost surprised me.

so we end up driving to the most getto part of town (which was pretty damn sketchy thankyou) and my dads like "ok, u wonder the streets and look for a comic book store, and ill stand here and watch my car"

XDDD i seriously love my dad.

alright, but all that aside, when i found the store, i was definatly IMPRESSED! i mean, i only knew of one comic bookstore in my town, and that caters to MANY anime/manga needs. You can get all sorts of rare-ity's there. the only problem is, the manga selection isn't that big. ( but it's good) So when i went to this place, i weas blown away by their manga!!

so they were randomly playing FMA which i haven’t seen in like, a year! It was the episode when Scar goes to kill Ed and the military finds out Al is made of nothingness {:-D

....now, we all now fma is OVERLY emotional....SO OF COURSE I WAS CRYING LIKE CRAZY D8<

and yes, so i finally forced myself to read FMA manga, and now im inspired enough to kill a seagull

alright, so as i mentioned earlier me and "ANGELO" entered some sort of graffiti contest at a festival. The contest was supposed to be over, but by the time we got there (10:00pm) they were accepting last minute entries so we decided to join XD

Basically you had to SPRAY PAINT a giant plank with a picture saying "give respect get respect" .... alright, so it was really dark, and i didn't know what the hell I was doing.

TT__TT..i've been working realy hard all year...and even though this is only worth 10%..i remember the tech exam i got a 51% on (XD) and it brought my 90% to a 72% D8> ....(but that worked out in the end cause my teacher was SPECIAL and made my culminating mark worth 4594859% ....so i still passed with a 90%) ...then again, i think the tech exam was worth 20%

So yesterday morning, I woke up half naked in a place I did not fall asleep in

lol Let me just tell the story of my Friday night. It was.... intense. XD

So after coming home from school, and my brother NOT coming home, my mom got worried. XD so me and my mom drove around town looking for him (after four hours missing)

not awkward at all^^

Eventually, he came home around 7.... and all was good.....*sigh*

he's a big boy and all, but he ALWAYS calls before he does stuff, so my mum got worried...which means i got yelled at 8D..... (fair?) XD it was fun though

my mom invited her best friend Miriam and her son Jordan over for swim fun :/ Jordan has been my friend since I was in grade 1, so now he's my cousin.

Anyways, I fell asleep watching national Treasure 2 (OH GAWD WHY?!!!) in the basement, covered in licorice, FULLY CLOTHED!

The next morning, I woke up from a terrible dream,… and the first thing I notice was I was half naked. (no shirt and no pants plz)
