I got a tablet, in case you guys didn't know that and I absolutely adore it! :] and I also recently got photoshop and I have some really nice pictures coming so hopefully I'll be updating my wore out gallery. My style has changed alot, and I think I'm improving ^^ so I'm really excited to get some feedback =]

Also, I was asked to help out with the Zutara Finale, so I'm really excited about that, I think it's gonna be really awesome, and there are some very talented people working on it, so I'm sure it'll rock!

Um..last week I saw Watchmen, and it was fantastic! I absolutely recommend it if you are 17 or older. It is not meant for young people at all and is rated R for a reason. Regardless, Rorschach is basically amazing =] and I LOVE HIM! haha

Uh...I guess that's about all I'm gonna say now..haha so hopefully there will be some art coming within the next weeks!!

The class uses Adobe Illustrator.
I have never used this program before and do not know anything about it. We've spent about 2-3 classes using the pentool on illustrator and all that we've learned to do thus far is create squigly lines [link] like so.

Now I have mastered the art of the squigly line on illustrator so I was thinking that this wouldn't be very hard...right? Then we get a project. We have to create an art nouveau style piece using the pentool.

Now my issue with this is that we have to draw an image like this with the pentool, freehand and color it (which she didn't teach us) We are not allowed to scan and trace.

I think that it's not fair to assign a project like that without teaching the class how to use the program!!! She didn't teach us how to color, how to shade, how to change settings on layers...etc. All she taught us was to make lines and curves! >(

If i'm being completely ridiclous and dramatic please tell me. i'm just frustrated >.<

Also, if anyone knows the program could you give me some pointers?

Some events have been resurfacing lately and I've been going through alot of emotional stress and heartache. Though I try to have a rather happy attitude and see the glass as half full lately I've had some real smacks in the face and it's starting to wear me down. I am trying my best to forget about people and wrongs that have been done to me but it seems that life feels compelled to remind me right when things are looking up.

Recently I have been at the highest point of my life, I have been very happy and full of life, but these past few days have down their toll on me and I guess you could say I've lost my spirit.

I'm sad to say that because of my current state I have lost my desire and will to draw or do anything for that matter. I feel very alone and very rejected and it hurts and it seems like whenever I try to put a pencil to paper I just loose all inspiration and can't even muster the ability to draw a simple profile. My room currently is filled with crumpled and ripped pieces of paper, I seem to have just lost it.

I currently have no desire to draw anything and I hate that. I feel like I'm losing apart of myself but I guess and hope this will pass soon. I'm sorry to all of you who watch me and are now reading this dumb sobstory but I feel I should explain myself for leaving dA.

I'm sorry for this and I hope I can get out of my rut soon.

To MisfitGirl...I have not forgotten about you, I will post you prize when I am able to draw something worth it. I am sorry for the delay.

That was the worst, most horribly written piece of literature that I have ever read. The overall plot was stupid and the book read like a crappy fanfiction. The book was too centered on sex and all of the characters were out of character. Jacob Black, who I personally hated became my favorite character and Renesmee was a complete waste of time to even bring into the book. In fact, the second she was brought into the book, it went down hill, because when the introduced her the story was then built around her. The only part that could have possibly redemed this book was not included, it was built up, hinted at but then when the actual scene unfolded...it sucked. I'm sorry but as a fan, I personlly wanted some scenes to be awesome and they weren't, for example: the bite, the Volturi, the Treaty, Bella as a newborn..etc the list goes on. The ending was stupid, and yet again centered around sex. Edward was horny, Alice was a bitch, Jasper (my favorite) was hardly in the book. Rosalie became even more heartless and selfcentered and Bella, if at all possible became more of a mary sue then I have ever thought possible.

So that's my personal take on that. Thank you Stephenie Meyer for making my list of stories with crappy endings...

When I logged in to deviantart yesterday morning, I was smacked in the face with Kataang and Maiko. A spoiler ciculated throughout the internet and so with it my ship feel.

Last night I was utterly heartbroken at outcome and I didn't watch it when it originally aired. I went to go see The Dark Knight (I will give my opinion one that later) When I got home it was about 9:30 so I sat down with my little brother and watched the last 30 minutes of the show. When Maiko and Kataang happened, I will not lie, I burst into tears. I was disappointed that a ship that I wholeheartedly believed would happen didn't.

This morning I watched the finale, I watched the entire thing from beginning to end and I can honestly say, it was amazing. The finale of Avatar was the best episode of Avatar that I have ever seen, it was gorgeous beyond compare. It was visually magnificent and the music was outstanding.

Avatar ended manificently. I regret that I doubted this finale based on spoilers, I regret that I did not get to watch it surrounded by friends, but I do not regret in the least watching this show or shipping Zutara. I know that Zutara did not become canon, and I know that we were wrong, but I believe that Zutara became canon in it's own way when it touched fans across the globe. Avatar was never about shipping, it was about a journey that friends had to take in order to save the world, a story of love, redemption and hope.

Thank you guys, I am thankful for all the wonderful people I've met through this show, for Zutarians and Kataangers alike. Avatar is truly an epic and amazing show.

The shipping wars end here, Kataangers congradulations, Zutarians, it's been a good fight but we will forever go down as the most passionate fanon of all time.

I made a personal goal of myself to create a fanart to the winning ship so I will make a Kataang art that will be submitted soon.

Eh...it was funny, but I shipping wise, I think it could swing either way...

idk, the little Zuko block *cockblockcoughcockblock* in the beginning was hilarious xD

Toph's comment about Aang being in touch with his feminine side was hilarious...and the Katara hope thing ftw.

When Toph was introduced: Pure. Epic. Win!
The sonic wave thing had me literally rolling on the floor laughing my @ss off.

The Cave scene was awesome..they totally played that up. I thought it was cute how Zuko and Katara got all awkward ^^ and Aang was childish...he nodded his head like a child when Zuko's actor asked katara if she was the Avatar's girl. He apparently saw her as HIS but she's not a prize to be won!

The Kataang scene had scared everybody in the preview but I thought it actually went ok. She's confuzed, she has alot on her right now, she's dealling with guilt from Aang and she just confronted her mother's killer and lost her dad again! Speaking of that...why the heck do they always have people join the group (earth king) and then like an episode later have them leave for one way or the other, personally I thought we'd have more time with Hakoda in TSR...

Anyway, they talk and she tells him she doesn't know when the time will come and she's confuzed and then the idiot kissed her! Ugh, I never really "hated" Aang before but the last two episodes are really getting him on my nerves!!!! >.< when a girl says "no" that freaking means NO! God, you're not gonna get anywhere forcing kisses on her.

In my opinion the Zuko death thing was definately forshadowing, they way I see it Katara and Zuko will be facing Azula and as we all know she'll hit him with lightening when he tries to save Katara. When Zuko is on the edge of life I think that Katara will realize that he is going to die. Even though the concept of Zuko dying is horrible, I think that he might, but I also thing that Katara will realize that she can't lose him. I think she will go insane on Azula, maybe freak out and connect how she's lost people precious to her and she isn't going to have the fire nation take anyone else away. I honestly believe that this is where Zutara happens.

Oh a side note, I thought I'd share my little sister's theory:
She has two theories, keep in mind my sister is eleven and has no prior knowledge of spoilers, all her knowledge comes from the TV she is not an internet Avatard.

Her first theory is that Zuko and Katara will be off fighting Azula, Zuko will get hurt by lightening and then Katara will save him and they will kiss. She thinks that Aang will kill the firelord and after that he will find Zuko and Katara together and fall to his knees, looking at the ground.

Her second theory is that Katara will hug Zuko after she brings him back but he'll still be very weak. Aang will show up after defeating the firelord and then he and Katara will share either a hug or a kiss. Zuko will see this and close his eyes and fall back down because he realizes he lost her.

Well, that's my sisters ideas and I think they're pretty good, considering she doesn't really know anything about the Sozin's comic book.

When Katara abruptly leaves the group after being incrediably cold and harsh to Zuko he follows her and tries to get her to open up and tell him what's wrong. Once again, Katara shows emotion to Zuko, telling him "I was the first person to trust you and you turned around and betrayed me!" Zuko and Hokada are the only characters in the show that Katara has truly openly expressed emotions to. Zuko hurt Katara on a very personal and deep level with his betrayal at Ba Sing Se, and finally he can begin to grasp the true level of damage he has done. You can see by Zuko's facial expression that he is being to comprehend what he has done to her, also, he attempts to right his wrongs with her by asking "what can I do to make it up to you?" Zuko remains calm and understanding of her hurt the entire time. He understands her, and he understands betrayal.

Zuko takes it apon himself to learn about Katara's mother, and her past so that one, he can gain a better understanding of her and two, so that he can ultimately help her and earn her trust back.
Zuko is one of the only people in the show that actually understands Katara. Katara is full of complex emotions and has alot to carry on her shoulders. She lost her mother when she was young and had her innocence stolen from her by ashes and warpaint. Katara needed to mature and take on responsiblity at a very young age, and become a mother-figure to her brother. Because of her compassion she gives selflessly to others and never asks for anything in return, but in all reality that is what she seriously needs; compassion herself.

Zuko, throughout this entire episode connects with Katara on that and understands her. He tries very hard to win her trust and helps her confront the man who murdered her mother.

When Zuko and Katara go to Aang to ask for Appa, Aang is against the idea of Katara taking revenge. Personally, I can understand this, violence and revenge are not the solution to heart ache, but Katara needed to learn that on her own. Also, Aang, in his attempt to connect with Katara only reveiled that he doesn't understand her or her pain. Aang compares the loss of her mother, her mother's murder to Appa being stolen.
Zuko, unlike Aang understands the pain of losing someone close to him.

Though Appa's kidnapping was emotionally hard for Aang, I don't know if he can compare that to Katara losing her mother. Unlike Appa, Katara's mom wasn't stolen away for a few weeks, she was murdered. Katara, as a young child returned to her home and found her mother dead. Aang cannot possibly understand the type of emotional damage that must of caused Katara. Katara at this point is an emotional time bomb, and for Aang to compare her to Jet also showed her does not understand her. Jet emotionally hurt Katara as well, and for a long time she hated him because of what he did. Katara was at that time, fueled by revenge, similar to Jet, but because of Katara's current fragile emotional state, it was wrong of Aang to compare her to him.

Zuko seems to be the only person to truly understand the deep emotional hurt and damage that Katara keeps bottled up. Though Zuko's reactions to Aang and Sokka's ideals may seem harsh and not understanding, he does understand what Katara needs at that point, and his main focus in this episode is to right his wrongs.

Throughout the episode you see Zuko side glance/stare at Katara as well as attempt to reach out and look after her. The entire episode Zuko is there for Katara and he puts himself on the same emotional level as her. Zuko understands her hurt and betrayal and because of that he understands her and what she needs.

Finally at the end you see that Katara forgave Zuko and has begun to move forward in their relationship together.

In the end if Aang ends up with Katara it will show that he was able to achieve everything he wanted without sacrifice. Aang sacrificing his attachment to Katara would make his such a stronger character because in life there are sacrifices and the hero doesn't always get the girl.

I will be completely honest with you guys, I used to ship Kataang. There you have it, a confession, but I stopped for a reason. I began to view Aang as a child, a child who needs to have what he wants. Aang became selfish when he didn't give katara the scroll about her father, and he only focused on his feelings, and not hers. Aang is more of a taker than a giver. I swear...I think I'm becoming an insomniac...
it doesn't make any sense at all. On thursday night, after my party i was collapsing from exhaustion...but when I went to bed I couldn't fall asleep. It was horrible, I felt like I was falling, or sliding. I was hallucinating. It was like I could not find a level surface...I ended up laying on the hardwood floor upstairs in an attempt to lay flat, and even then it didn't work.

I eventually went back downstairs and attempted to sleep, I did all this crap in an attempt.. I sang songs in my head, counted purple sheep, walked around my house, wrote stories in my head...nothing really worked...

Eventually I was beginning to fall asleep, you know that time when you're completely relaxed, about to fall asleep, and my mother came in my room and sat on my bed, and TALKED TO ME!!

God woman...let me sleep! I know she was just concerned...but I wanted to SLEEP...

*sob

I don't know...it doesn't make much sense
this is a great start to my summer break...

There are a few things I would like to point out. First off, the Mike and Brian interview.

Q: There were several allusions to Katara being Zuko's girlfriend throughout Season Three. Aside from Uncle Iroh, she seemed to be the first person to see the potential good in Zuko. Was there ever a spark between the two? Was there ever a point which you thought they would end up together?

M: Sorry to disappoint the "Zutara" fans out there, but we never intended for Zuko and Katara to get together. Maybe we're just sentimental, but we always had a soft spot in our hearts for "Kataang".
B: Zuko and Katara might have shared some sparks, but sometimes there are people along your "journey of love" who are there to teach you about yourself and what you really need, but don't necessarily end up being your partner. Come on, kids! "Zutara" never would have lasted! It was just dark and intriguing.

I would like to point out that the creators seen rather rude. I don't understand why they would play off potential for Zutara, say how Zutarians are "fierce, passionate...etc" and then say that it "never would have lasted"...on top of that they stated in a nick magazine that Katara will end up with either Aang or Zuko. I cannot find a reason why they would state that and play up the ship only to completely shoot it down. The statement "Come on kids! "Zutara" would never have lasted!" is rude and harsh, it is making a ship that the creators have acknowledged and played up seem completely irrational and ridiculous. In this statement Mike and Brian have insulted the Zutarian fans of Avatar and this in itself seems unlike them. I would also like to point out that the LiveJournal page says: "Several of these will be paraphrased" This proves that interview was not typed verbatim. I am not trying to say that Kyatto is not to be trusted or anything like that I just think that we need to wait for the finale and a better circulation of the magazine.

Apart from the interview statements, I think that the fact that the book itself isn't written by Mike and Brian is weird...Why wouldn't Mike and Brian appear as the authors of Sozin's Comet, it is their story and characters, I mean they are the creators! Also I don't know how much I trust David Bergantino and Patrick Spaziante. The overall writing ability of these two seems rather mediocre:

An excerpt from The Earth Kingdom Chronicles: The Tale of Zuko

“My name is Zuko. I am a prince of the Fire Nation and heir to the throne. As of now, however, I'm a prince in exile. My father, Fire Lord Ozai, has banished me -- at least until I can deliver the Avatar to him. This scar on my face, given to me by my own father, is merely an outward sign of my humiliation. The true pain of my exile runs much deeper.”

The story is made Patrick Spaziante and David Bergantino , and in my opinion it doesn’t seem very well written. It has also been confirmed by various sources that the books include sections NOT FEATURED IN THE SHOW. The fact that the sections do not appear in the show, in my opinion shows that Patrick and David do not have a say in the show’s finale or overall story. No where do you see a direct connection with them and the show…do you see them mentioned in the credits? [link] No.

I also think that their stories and literature would be considered expanded universe, but regardless, they are not valid to the overall story line. You don’t see George Lucas making movies about all the expanded universe or writing books about the extended journeys of Luke and Leia, while these exist, they are not featured in the movies and do not add the main plot. The journey of Aang and the Gaang will not conclude until the finale. The episodes of Avatar are not said to return until july so why spoiler the ending in May??


I say we wait for the finale...and if Zutara doesn't happen, then it will go down as the greatest fandom ship

ok ok ok I spoiled myself..but I mean it was the DAY OF BLACK SUN!! The episode we've been looking forward to and it was THE MOST AMAZINGLY EPIC AWESOME TEARJERKING HEARFELT HEARTPOUNDING EPISODE I EVER SAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ok so I'm sure all the Kataangers are like IN UR FACE!!! because of the Kataang kiss, but Zutarians do not fear, we now have more of a chance of succeding than ever before, but we'll get into that later...ok first off all the awesome characters came back!!!!!!!ok Sokka is freaking AMAZING! He's like my new favorite character!!! He was totally beating himself up over his leadership skills.. I have such a new respect for him!!!! He's become so humble and caring and brave and just KICK@SS! I mean he designed freaking SUBMARINES!!!!!!!!!!! He's brilliant!! ok. now onto the kataang kiss...
First off Katara is telling Aang she's proud of him, Katara has a motherly nature and treats everyone as if they are her children (want proof, watch The Runaway again) also, Aang kisses katara right before he goes off to fight the FIRE LORD and he's all like 'what if I don't come back' You have to look at the timing people! Also did you see her facial expression? When he kissed he she had a surprized look and then afterword she lowered her eyes and didn't make eye contact and didn't smile, nor does she smile or touch her lips after he left...she doesn't have an 'i love you' look on her face, more like 'umm...so yea....um...awkward...' i honestly don't think she feels the same way about him...I honestly don't. Ok, on to the invasion...
HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD WAS IT AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not only was it visually stunning, it was completely amazingly played out. I was on the edge of my seat freaking out the whole time...When hadoka got hurt I was like omg no...not Hadoka! I imediately thought about their mother!but then he was ok!!!! then Zuko was talking to his mom and I was all teary eyed!!Then b/c the firelord wasn't there (big surprize >.< they find underground tunnels and guess who's waiting?! AZULABITCH!!!!!!! Ok she seriously needs to DIE! Oh, and get this, she has the F***ING DAI LI AGENTS WITH HER!!!!!!!!THE DAI LI NEED TO DIE! So Azula totally screws with them! Especially sokka..she was hitting below the belt with Suki. Let me at her! 'I'm a lumberjack...and I'm ok...' x] She went way to far...she is evil, pure EVIL I wanted to hug Sokka when he started crying over Suki and then he SNAPPED I mean he was out to kill. *shudder* (note to self, NEVER piss off Sokka) Ok, so now the Eclipse is pretty much over and the invasion didn't...exactly go as planned, but I kinda figured that, considering there's like a bunch more episodes...ok so Zuko... OMG!!!!!!!!!!!ZUKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOLYSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!ZUKO!!!!!!!!!!!!*FOAM*
OMG THIS COMPLETED MY LIFE, THIS SINGLE SCENE WAS FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!! OMG!!! Ok so Zuko confronts his father!! FINALLY!!! *fangirl scream* I am IN LOVE WITH THIS CHARACTER!!1 I mean have you EVER seen a character with this much character developement before???!?!?!?! I mean season one, cold, emotionless cliche badguy, then he gets all that inner conflict and turmoil and finally he becomes the beautiful caring person he always was!!!!!!! YEA! So he tells his dad everything and you can finally see he's sorted out all of his inner turmoil and conflict and chosen the right path!! Who would have thought from season one he would become such a beautiful person!? I mean he lived HELL, there is no other word to describe it, he was kicked when he was down, but he showed everyone what he could become, a better person. He is a symbol of hope and shows that YOU choose YOUR OWN DESTINY. Finally Zuko has let go of the past and the hurt and moved on. Finally the caged bird is freed. So there's this psyco waterbender...i mean INSANE! she freakin bends blood!!! are we comprehending that?!

Katara freakin kicked all ass in this episode. She was pulling water out of the air and the plants and such...but she lost control and bloodbended.

Bloodbending....man it's insane what flys on kids shows these days...ugh...

Ok...I wanna know what the creators were on when they came up with this...and more importantly what Aang was one...i mean Aang halluninates the whole episode...I know people react differently with insomnia and stress but man....

Aang has all these insane dreams when he's confronting the firelord...lol First Aang's not wearing pants, then he didn't study for his math test....

Then there was the kataang makeout I freakin FLIPPED OUT!!!! but then aang snapped out of his daydream...lololololollamo

Zuko and Mai....ok, so there's definately a gap forming...Mai doesn't care about him and she seems to start using his influence to her advantage 'you know what would make you feel better..ordering servants around and getting me...." I mean...he's upset so have him get you stuff?! gah..

this episode as a whole was HILARIOUS especially the samurai duel between appa and momo who TALKED....man the creators need to lay off the LSD...lol

Ok, I didn't go to the south game as I had hoped... due to misunderstandings and a change of plans, but I did get to hang out with Epheme and Quintessent!
It was very interesting...especially at quintessent's house, she felt the need to give me a lap dance *lol* and her dad happened to walk in as that was going on...lolololoroflmao but she was able to cover that up...lolololololol I llove my insane friends. Then I stayed over Epheme's house and we fell asleep...woke up, watched Nausicaa...fell asleep again, watched Pokemon: The First Movie....fell asleep again...then did a double feature at the movies with Zane and Kelsey. We saw Elizabeth the Golden Age and Across the Universe. It was alot of fun...

We all go to the football game and we're standing in the titan terror and it's alot of fun. Then, my idiot friend insulted my other "friend" Paige. Well, Paige ended up grabbing my wrist and twisting it backwards. So as you can imagine, i'm getting sorta pissed, so I hit upside the head, not hard but in a 'what's ur problem' sorta way. So then paige decides to punch me in the stomach. We've standing on bleachers and I took me by surprise so I fell back. Ok, at this point I was beyond pissed off. So once again, I hit her head, but still not very hard. Well, she turns around, grabs my neck, and throws me against the chain fence at the top of the bleachers. That hurt pretty bad, I mean I was being choked and then I had my face thrown into a fence!

Oh, and guess what...She's MAD AT ME! Can you frikin believe that?! ME?! She's like "well she hit my head really hard and it really hurt" Oh, and on top of that she called me a ch*nk and smacked me across the face. B*tch.

I waited all week for Friday, and this is what I get?

Today was really amazing, my friend Alex had seen me at the pole and asked what we were doing. Well, we ended up not going to lunch and talking about God for about 40 minutes. Today was really a blessing!

oh my gosh!! So I just watched Avatar and it was ok...I've waited a year for it to come back and it's finally here! but the actual episode was sorta wierd and I was expecting alittle more considering, like I said, we had to wait a year!!

So anyway it was insane. First of all, it was completely random in the beginning...Mai randomly walked up and kisses Zuko!! AHH!! It was so completely random!! Zuko got his honor back, but Azula lied so you know he's gonna lose it...Another thing, Ozai...wasn't intimidating at all. I mean if the guy is the insane-psyco-dictator who's trying to overthrow the world and is willing to kill his son to do it, shouldn't he be alittle more intimitdating?? idk but I can't wait for friday, I hope it's better... I'm soo happy that they're gonna play them straight for 10 weeks!!!!! Wow, I'm really hyper! lol yea so this is an insane weekend...


Today I got married, cheated on my husband with a pastor and had a kid with the pastor. (we do REALLY weird things in english) then my "husband" got to call me a whore/slut for cheating...lol I love english

and then sunday I'm going to New York!! I'm gonna see a broadway show for my b-day!!
