I figured it was time for an update since I haven't in more than 10 days! First flight outa here has already left, so it's only a matter of time! Omg I can't wait! I'm a bit nervous, but it's all cool. I'm gonna spend 2 days our of me 3 or 4 day pass with ~DevHalena She's gonna show me around Dayton and possibly convince her with bribes of sugary treats and gas money to take me to Cedar Point, who knows lol. Hell! i might arrange for =Kittn622 to meet me or something! Augh, I cna't wait!

And the purpose for my Scoot theme'd title, I'm gonna be cosplaying as said Scout from Team Fortress 2 at some con in Denver, it's sometime in September so, it'll be fun. And! Thanks to ~DevHalena and *koze-is-angry I'm in the market for a full suit, I'd want a partial but.. It wouldn't be the same! For some reason, unbeknownst to me, I get incredibly angry as of recently. I don't know why. Granted I calm down but when it's something stupid, it just gets me riled up. So that's the first problem.

Second.

You guys ever have a feeling, but you don't want to tell that one person because you think they'll look at you different? Feelings you want to share with someone, but are afraid? i sorta have that upon other thoughts and feelings that I'm actually afraid to show, because I always end up getting the short end of the stick, constantly.
I don't want to hurt anyone, I don't want anyone to change what they think of me, and I don't want to loose friends. I want to hold back telling someone this, but I fear that if I do, it may be too late. But if I do it now, it'll be all for none. because of where I'm at.
I'm sick of being left behind, I'm sick of getting thrown to the side like some used toy. I always get used, I always get thrown to the side for something someone feels is better for them.
Maybe I open myself up for that failure, but I don't understand how, when i care so much. The only conclusion I have come too, is to wait. When i get home, i can tell this person how I feel, and what's up. And hopefully they can accept it, or just shadow me out. Like everyone else that I've told before them. I don't know, maybe the stress is getting to me..

Well guys. Only a few things can be said right now, about how I feel. i guess I've been making sacrifices left and right and I guess it's dawned on me that I guess I open myself up too fast, leaving me vulnerable too heartache over many things. But I'll be getting over it, hopefully soon.

Nice knowing you.

I'm not entirely sure what to say on his behalf, to be honest. From what I know he's finally now transferred to the actual camp in Iraq where they'll begin working on new escort missions soon. The room-mate already sounds like a douche by hogging all the internet from us, lol. Hopefully now time will pass by much faster, so the 6 months can be here asap! Depending on the circumstances of guard duty etc I'll probably end up pestering him to sit down and draw some more; scanner or not, he's got a digi-camera to make use of! XD

I'm not entirely sure what he'd condone in the post - but I did want to say that today was our one week anniversary (do people celebrate these?) actually. <3 Despite only having a mere 2 days of it in each others arms in that time with the rest being static-ey phone calls or MSN chat - I'm excited for us and what can become of things not only over this time as he's gone...but most especially once he's safe at home again! There's just a VAST list of things to look foreward too. (:

Me and =Nanuka are a couple. If you've already know than, golfclaps for you, and if you didn't know then well.. You know now! So any of these false "omg i thot u wer wif meeee??" bullshyte on this journal will be promptly deleted. Just because I'm nice to you does NOT mean I want to be with you, kthnx. I'm 'Nuka's. :3

Personally I didn't really think I could meet someone that could make me happier than some other people claimed to be good at. I wont mention any names, but really.

Those two weeks she spent with me were AMAZING. She was so much fun and wanted to get out and do a whole bunch of things. I only wish there was more time to show her all around California. But alas, I had to return to my job.

I helped her with my connections along with her own willpower and confidence to move away from her ex. Which I'm glad she did. To be technical about it we've been together for 4 days now, 5 my time. But I just want to reassure her that I promise to be fine and I promise to come home.

I know that these 6 months will fly by, and on my much deserved post-deployment leave I'll plan something for us. I want her to be happy and not worry, and I know she'll try and remain strong for us in the coming months. It'll be hard, but we'll make it.

Not much else to say really, I've gotten word that my mission now, in Iraq, has changed. I'm no longer running 12-16 hour patrols, to just running escort missions. I don't know all about it but it gives me more time to talk to her, and my friends. I miss everyone and I'll return home soon.

I showed her around California, showed her how we do things on the West coast. Granted the last couple of days were pretty aweful, given the circumstances that were afoot. But that's being taken care of post haste. So you better smile 'Nuka or I'll come back and smother you >:C

Well, I left my Home FOB.

Sitting at Camp Delta for a few days due to some bullshit with flights not coming in form Ali Al Salem.

I've been approached many a time, about why I wear the uniform i do. Why I fight someone else's war. I've been called many names, and even spit on.

I really don't know what drives me to write this journal right now. But it's utter disrespect that I've gotten from multiple sources that probably fuels my fire.

I have spent every day of my adult life serving my country as an American Soldier. I will NEVER apologize to anyone for wearing this uniform, or for being an American. Every day, thousands of honorable Americans put on the uniform and answer the call to duty. We don't do it for the glory, we don't do it for some guy in some office thousands of miles away, and we clearly don't do it for the money. We do it because we know that freedom IS NOT free, we do it for our brothers and sisters to our left and right regardless of job title, race, creed, or the color of their skin, and we do it so our families and friends do not. You may oppose this war, but do not dishonor our sacrifice. Do not be that guy/girl that don't ever disrespect why we fight, or what we fight for.

I appologize ahead to =Nanuka and =Kittn622 for a sappy journal again but I'm tired of people acting the way the do, being unappreciative of what they have.

Eh, it pretty much was like another day to me.

Granted I'm letting the christmas blues get to me, don't get me wrong, I'm glad everyone had/is having an awesome time with friends and family.

But until you're in a somewhat similar position I'm in, you don't know what to feel or how I'm feeling right now.

I miss home. Period. And I'm glad everyone's having a good time and the lot, but being over here has it's ups and downs and this is for sure a down.

I'm here in Iraq, not knowing why I'm here, for what purpose, while everyone's with friends and family.

Okay, some know. Some don't.

Let me enlighten you. I'm leaving to fight the war, in two days. Yes I know, "thank you" yadda yadda yadda, but really. All thank yous put aside, I'm just there to do what I gotta do, then come back home. I'm going for a year to some town ( sorry, shit's classified. ), and then I'll be coming home. Hopefully were I'm going has internet or.. Something. I wish you all safe journey's and hope you find school or your job good enough, because I fucking love mine.

I want you all to take care of one another, stop all this useless bickering about someone's shit and just man the fuck up. Cause nothing in your life is so stressful unless you're either fucking dying, or you're not graduating something. So really, stop all the senseless fighting, it's rather annoying.

It hits like a ton of bricks.

I'm being really serious about this subject. I seemed to have an epiphany upon seeing pictures from way back in 2003-04 from when, me ~Kendoro, and Erica used to hang around on a daily basis...

It just doesn't... Seem like that many years has gone by. It's almost been what... 5 years? No, it's been 5 years almost 6 since the start of high school..

These pictures mean nothing to other people, but some things in here... I just don't remember, and some I do remember. Very vividly, and I don't know if anyone's feeling the same. The littlest things, hurt so much...

I'm having trouble understanding it, How can something such as this hurt so baddly, so much history was delt with RHS... Erica, hell, everyone that was at our "Table". it was our stake of claim at RHS... It was were everyone could be found during... Well all day sometimes, if not, breakfast, lunch and breaks..

I really miss those days, so many regrets, so many things i wouldn't have held back, so many things I could've changed and said. And to realize that, you'll never get that time back, hits really deep inside.

I don't even remember half the people at that table anymore... So many things in these photos hurt deep, like one of the first photos of Ally by the group itself, that one is where it hit the hardest mostly. Kagi was a circumstantial part of that entire group. I really miss her.. Hell I miss everyone back in Fairfield, no matter how much I said I hated it there... But nothing i'll ever do will bring back what the sands of time has disappeared too..

I think I'll end it at that.. yeah.

Well first off:

I haven't updated in a while, but for right now, I'll add that later. I'm not in the mood to write anything really. This was more of a.. memorial I guess, for my uncle Juaquin.

You probably don't know, but my uncle Juaquin passed away yesturday afternoon. Time unknown for now, but I guess I just need to vent my emotions, since i'm stressed out enough. It kinda just put more of that weight onto my back. So now, instead of going crazy I just wanted to put something up here for my uncle. He was born in San Salvador, El Salvador. He was raised up to his teenage years where he was then drafted into the Salvadoranian Army, where he fought the rebels during the rebellion in his home country. After serving for two years, he migrated over to the states with my great grandmother. Where he pretty much lived in Stockton, Ca.

Well, where to begin. He could hardly speak english half the time, but I loved him. When i think about it, he'd always be sitting in his lazy boy chair, drinking a corona watching the soccer game. But when you needed him for something, he was there and helped to the best of his ability. Sure he was a drunk, and drunk half the time, but that's what made him lovable, he would always be quick with jokes and make you smile.

The one thing that made this situation worse, is that no one called me. No one checks up on me at all. Only time they call is when they need money. And another thing, is that i could've seen him when I went back to California, before all this happened. But I chose not too, now I feel like a complete asshole.

Not much left to say other than that he will be missed, and will be forever loved. My god let him rest in peace, and be at eternal rest.

I'm going to open color commishes. I FINALLY got a paypal, soooo, yeah. If you have a sketch I'll ink it and color it. And I wont charge ya an arm and a leg!

I'm thinking about 3$ for full inks, 5$ for 2+ characters, 7$ for an ink and color of one character, and 10$ for ink and color of 2+ characters. Sounds reasonable if you ask me, seeing as some people charge like what... 15$ for just an inked? PFFT.

Lets see, I'm sure everyone knows the old saying, "Ignorance is bliss" correct?

Well, lets see. I'm in a tender mood, meaning I'm ready to rip people appart.

So, the story goes, me and my Battle, Hutchinson where sitting outside a Hampton Inn & Suites hotel, waiting for our cab to show up, now mind you, we're MINDING OUR OWN FUCKING BUISINESS, and all of a sudden, this fucking lady and her boyfriend notice us and ask if we're soldiers. Cause lets face it, military town, got it.

And so the lady thus finds our we're soldiers and resumes to call both of us, "Baby Killer" and a whole bunch of other explicatives as well as spit on me. You have no idea how FURIOUS I was.

Anyway, I'm just looking for a vent because all this shit going on, I think i'll make this a weekly thing to get all my emotions off my chest. Like lets see, sometimes I get so fustrated at myself when I quit because I can't do some things physically, I beat myself up so much and get fustrated to the point where my face turns red, almost pass out, and cry. There i said it and I don't give a fuck what you all think.

Well, I updated Myspace with the info. So I figured I should here too.

Greetings from Ft Carson! So far, the weather sucks but whatever. The base is at the base of Pike's Peak, a 14,500 foot mountain, We have snow and all that. So it's awesome. And uh.. Lets see. I am part of the 4th Infantry Division and I'm being deployed in August to Iraq for one year. Emphasis on that because half of you wouldn't read half the stuff I type up here

And yeah, roger. Nothing else going on, I have my cell phone on me and my days go from 5:30 to 1500 every day then after that i'm free to do what I please. Granted I get breaks to text on the phone.

Alright, I have basically one week left before I start my long journey to Ft Carson. So get your visits in now before I will not be around then you wanna bitch at me, and then I'd wanna punch you in the face. and so on and so forth. So yeah... That's basically it. GTA4 is alright, but CoD4 is the shit when you got the upgraded weapons. I miss a few things but then again, people wanna do their own thing. Oh well. What can ya do?

I have not returned yet. I have 4 more weeks of training left.

It's been 10 whole weeks since my last contact with one of you all. I'll be on for a while today, so feel free to message me. But for now, I will sit here and wait, wait for some form of communication. If you want my Ft Benning address, note me.

I just want you all to know that I miss all my friends dearly and you're in my heart. I think of you all every day as motivation to keep going on. Motivation is a big thing for me right now, training's rough but I keep going, I'm on my way to becomming an Infantryman, and the way things look, I'm possibly getting deployed in September to the Sandbox, so, with that being said, I'll be here all day hoping to get in touch with some of you shortly. Yes, Yes. For those of you who don't know, I'm leaving for bootcamp and well, if you don't know when i'll tell you. I leave at 0345am tomarrow for my swear in and then I'm off to Ft. Benning, Georgia for my BCT ( or basic Combat Training. ) and I will be gone for quite, some time. 4 months or so to be exact. And I'd like to tell each of my watchers, friends, assholes, that you will be missed. And I know without me being around will be a bummer, I'll come back and be like.. i don't know.. A TRAINED KILLING MACHINE PERHAPS

But whatever, i'll be gone and i'll come back stronger and whatnot. you all will be missed.

Yeaaaaah.

Impending ship out in two weeks exactly. Honestly could say I'm scared shitless but whatev, I'm fuckin' Infantry! I know I'll do good. I'm in phoenix till about the 27th so... if you're in that area, hit me up.
