What IS WolfSpirits?

~WolfSpirits is based off the RPG realistic Wolf Role Play Pack on IRC. It isn't however limited to just IRC and Role Play. We're here to share with others the passion of wolves through our artistic community! DeviantART! We welcome all mediums whether it be traditional, digital or literature, everyone is welcome!

WolfSpirist is supporting of those who have a passion for the Wolf and the connection they hold together between role player and character. Wolf Spirits is about bringing together those who share this bond and kinship with not only the wolf, but with the family they are joined with or desire to join. The pack is enveloped within a rich environment of friends and family and sweet tall timbers. The canvas of nature is spread as far as the eye can see and invites all wary travelers lone or not to come and tred within the territory of a Legendary pack. What adventure do you seek? WolfSpirits will be celebrating its 8th year anniversary February 25, 2009. During the entire day, there will be an all day celebration. We invite everyone of you to come and join us for a day of remembrance, reflection, fun and sharing this time with family and friends. There will also be prizes and such given away this day by various of participating artists.

WolfSpirits Graphical Novel

Introducing.. the idea and grahic novel for WolfSpirits! For a long time, its been a desire of mine to see WolfSpirits in as much visual sense as I can possably convey to other's and to the RP'ers for visual imagrey is the best way for people to get into the "focus" and zone of rp'ing when they've got something to look at and can relate to it and visualize their character/wolf there. This is no different.

There's so many adventures that embark upon WolfSpirits that we've got pages and pages in our history section. All the things that have happened and have been recorded. I thought it would be inspiring and a great idea to create a graphic novel for WolfSpirits. This will consist of many drawings in comic style and will present to you, the readers, a story. A story of what wolf spirits is about, what its gone through, the characters who play in it (all characters wil be the actual wolves in WolfSpirits RPG, if you want more information and want to be featured in the comic, notify Kovo). There's quite a few good idea's brewing in the minds of us all and , id love to hear your opinion! I've got quite a few people eager and willing to help and i would be honored to have everyone's support from this group too, for that's what we are. A pack. A pack is family, and without one another, we would be nothing.

So if you'd like to help, or want to know more about it. Email/note *KovoWolf and I will get back to you. IM very excited to see how this is going to turn out! Below is a list of people whom we might be needing help from in the different fields.

Well, I have to say this was a -very- hard decision to come to as there were SO many great and outstanding submissions (to the few who submitted) and for that, we will be rewarding everyone but the prizes listed below will still be handed out too!

- As with all clubs there are certian rules that are applied to ensure understanding and certian boundaries that should be avoided going over. The Wolf Spirits isnt a limiting community/group but, there are some simple rules you should follow. This also serves as a help desk for you too should you have questions please see the F.A.Q!

Submitting Something To The Group

1. When submitting a piece to the group, please make sure the following steps are followed:

- site all work that isnt your's
- Provide links to pictures/websites/media etc in your request for submission so we can properly site them when we post them on the group
- There is a 0 tolerance for art theft. If you borrowed something from an artist YOU should ask permission first, and if granted please provide proper links / copy right information IN your actual submission. If its not your's give credit where credit is due. Site your work in other words.

2. Please send a NOTE with your submission and please include the following in your note:

- Link to the original piece
- please resize your pictures so they arnt abnormally large

WolfSpirits is primarly (but not fully) based on a free form role play of a wolf pack that demonstrates the true meaning of Spirit and Heart. There are a couple of paths you can take and they are as follow:

WolfSpirits Chat - once the 'security' box pops up just click yes. No, there is no virus that's going to download onto your computer, its simply accepting the Java Applet needing access in order to chat! There are instructions on that page if you get lost.
