also explaining the title...I just watched my fave movie of all time The Lion King on demand :paranoid: and my overly emotional ass cries every damn time :crying: Mufasa dies! but scar says long live the king and that he shall :salute: Mufasa (even though he wasn't real) and Steve Irwin are the only 2 I manage to cry for ^^; Steve Irwin inspired me when I was a child and if it weren't for him, animals probably would have never mattered to me and his death hurt me deeply. and The lion king was the first movie I ever saw in theaters and ever since then I had a passion for Lions in particular :giggle: I still tear up when I watch the movie but not in front of people. I usually just excuse myself or something :XD:

However, not only is life irrelevant to the 2nd law, but order from disorder is common in nonliving systems, too. Snowflakes, sand dunes, tornadoes, stalactites, graded river beds, and lightning are just a few examples of order coming from disorder in nature; none require an intelligent program to achieve that order. In any nontrivial system with lots of energy flowing through it, you are almost certain to find order arising somewhere in the system. If order from disorder is supposed to violate the 2nd law of thermodynamics, why is it ubiquitous in nature?
The thermodynamics argument against evolution displays a misconception about evolution as well as about thermodynamics, since a clear understanding of how evolution works should reveal major flaws in the argument. Evolution says that organisms reproduce with only small changes between generations (after their own kind, so to speak). For example, animals might have appendages which are longer or shorter, thicker or flatter, lighter or darker than their parents. Occasionally, a change might be on the order of having four or six fingers instead of five. Once the differences appear, the theory of evolution calls for differential reproductive success. For example, maybe the animals with longer appendages survive to have more offspring than short-appendaged ones. All of these processes can be observed today. it doesnt look like im going to NY for my b/day after all...since I'm poor :XD: and my grandfather's b/day is in June, I cant afford to make two trips to and back :no: I was going to go at the end of April :shrug:....actually I'm sorta in denial.....we can afford to go twice...my mom said she thought it over and decided I'm not worth it....all the encumbering I will be causing....I didnt even ask to go...I wasn't even gonna celebrate it (whats to celebrate :shrug:)......anyways she told me to my FACE :| in a very crass and assertive manner.....well she pretty much verbally attacked me....and i didnt even do anything...i never said a word and she just started screaming at me.....I guess in a way I'm denying this and just saying its b/c of my grandpa b/c it makes it easier on me in the sense that I feel like i have at least some value to someone...or that I am special and it wasn't working out.... all my life I have been less than dirt to my supposed 'family'.....whats amusing about all of this though is.....look at how i turned out :XD:....I'm not anything like them....in fact I am just so open minded and accepting and understanding cuz i know what its like.....to feel inferior and its not a nice feeling ^^....so i guess i am somewhat grateful b/c I experienced these emotions...and realized that everyone is equal...."Separate but equal"......you'd think by now I'd be a cold hearted bitch who didn't give a damn about anything :lmao: but surprisingly I think I turned out ok :D
