I had a confirmation email the other day to... and get this.. attend the making of Enter Shikari's next music video, this wednesday, in London... with Jack. We've both managed to book the two days off...

They need fans as extras and they've accepted my email hehe.

Train tickets are booked (£36 each - an unplanned blow to my wallet) along with a £65 for a night stay in a local B&B... I don't know what to expect but I know it'll be amazing :]

Yesterday was cram packed with action. I slept around Jack’s to make the morning process a lot easier for Tom, so – Jack and I got up and ready at 6:30 in the morning because tom was due to pick us up at 7:00 with Loz, which he rather accurately did, but we ended up having to poodle around for a while collecting things from Loz’s. So we left at about 7:45.

I had bought tickets online for Thorpe park and had a satnav so that it would take half the amount of travelling time as it did last time *Chuckles* Which it did! Last time it took like two hours and this time it took us one. We arrived at 9 o-clock, which was an hour before the park actually opened, but we needed breakfast and a rather urgent toilet stop. SO Jack and I ran into this Sainsbury’s store in Chertsey – turns out Chertsey Sainsbury’s don’t have toilet facilities! Which left jack and I running in the rain trying to find open café’s with toilet facilities – EVENTUALLY we found one, after asking too many people for my liking. We stopped this guy in the street to ask where the nearest Maccy D was to which he answered “Mc Donald’s in Chertsey? I don’t think so” when we eventually got in the car, had an amusing conversation which led to future amusement with this teen on a bike, we finally found a Mc Donald’s in Staines. Ate, got refreshments from Smiths and glanced at tattoos in a magazine – we went to Thorpe Park – Dead on Ten.

It had rained for the entire journey and we were really upset at the though that we’d have rubbish weather for Thorpe Park. Again. Turns out that the sky had spat out almost everything it could on the journey – we just had an over cast in the morning, blue sky with a little breeze during the day and then a small drizzle an hour before we left, it chucked it down on the way home – so we were lucky!

Anyway, Rides. First up was ‘Vortex’ – A rotating, spinning swing for about thirty people? Second Up – ‘Zodiac’ a circus ride that makes you feel like you’re in a Star Wars shuttle. Third up – ‘Colossus’ one of my favourite roller coasters. Next we went to check out the new SAW ride, which was being fixed in the morning, but due to open later in the day. So we went on “Nemesis” another hardcore amazing rollercoaster. Followed with “The Slammer” twice in a row because amazingly enough the entire theme park was almost empty due to poor weather forecasts. It was incredible; we literally didn’t have to wait to go on any ride. It was a case of straight on! Anyway, followed with rides like “Samurai” “RUSH” “Rapids” “Nemesis” again and yes “Stealth”. “Stealth”.

Stealth is a ride that lasts 15 seconds, it shoots you 205 feet in two seconds at 80 mph. The entire thing is powered by a strong spring and the rest relies on physics. I didn’t go on it last time because I was too scared but I pushed myself to go on absolutely EVERYTHING this time, which I did! Anyway – I went on, almost peed myself from the speed, heights and view. Jesus it was incredibly, the rush you get! I bought a photo for that one because it was hilarious.

So Loz and I wanted to go on it again later that day. We got strapped in. The lights clicked off. 3. 2. 1. Boom – we’re shooting up this incredible height, get to the top and suddenly. We stop, yes, we stop. 205 foot in the bloody air and you know what? We rolled back just as fast, just as quick – screaming our heads off.

“Congratulations everyone – you’re the first roll back of the day! Unfortunately the wind was so strong it pushed you all back off” Hahahaha. “We’re going to pull you all back and set you off again a little faster this time” I experienced my first roll back!

After going on every ride, expect the tea cups (but including the banana boat ride – which finished Loz off) we went to the now open SAW ride! This was the only ride we had to queue for - 35 minutes which is nothing really? They’d gone full blown out with it, American style, y’know? Barbed wire, a battered police car with blood everywhere, manikins with broken limbs, torture devices, gun shots, a huge tatty barn that led you up into the ride, TV screens with Jigsaw saying “You’re all thrill seekers, you don’t deserve to live. So… I want to play a game. I am giving you the choice. Live. Or Die. ” It was AWESOME. We get on to this small roller coaster cart – only two rows of seats with four on each – so a maximum of eight people, which apparently makes it go very fast. Jack, Loz, tom and I were at the front, brilliant. You’re pushed at a high speed into complete darkness – the barn itself. Mrs Jupiter, Silk Spectre. I watched The Watchmen last night, loved it, and although I'd love to go as the daughter, lets face it, that outfit would be impossible to make, improbable to buy and I think I'd embarass myself.

I've already got half the outfit sorted and I'm going to have to make the rest, which shouldn't be hard at all, but we'll see :] I'll dye my hair a dark bronze/brown/red after Paris!

I tried on this corset my mum had from years ago, a proper one, Vollers, which is rather posh really *Chuckles* and whilst I found it hard to breathe and move, it looked GORGEOUS.

I'm not looking forward to the day when Jack actually goes through his midlife crisis. Seeing him today anyway, we're going to see Watchmen at Apollo Cinemas. And then, thankfully... he's sleeping over mine.

Ugh. I hate crying. I hate it. But it's neccessary sometimes, Isn't it? what bugged me the most was this upsetting conversation came from nowhere... but it helped him. the things is, when I have a problem, I grump about it on the spot. Jack, builds it up until, once a year, he's ready to explode. And it's not just things between him and I. It's things with his life, his friends and his job (He was almost made redundant yesterday)

But yeah.

Anywhoo. I was featured, ever so slightly in the Men's Mag "Front Magazine" *chuckles* Small, but a great achievment. I've asked them If I could be featured more so, so we'll see. Fingers crossed.

I think I need a drink, which is funny, because I don't drink often.

In other news. We're all going to try and see Michael Jackson at the 02 center in July. Woo. tickets = £75 though *gasps*

And in all fairness I feel amazing in myself at the moment, and that's a big thing.

Friday was spent at work until 4pm - I went over to Jack's, showered, got fruit ready for breakfast. Blah blah blah - By 9 pm Jack and I were meant to try and sleep but sleep never came around so we just talked all night.. and morning until 2am when we needed to get up.

3am.. we're in Tom's car driving to London. Get to Excel building at 6am. Starving, Cold and a little bit excited!

I get changed into my chun li cosplay. Wait inline for... hmm? 4 hours?

Doors opened at just gone 9am. Brilliant day. By 4pm I meet up with Greg after a fun filled day of cosplay, buying manga, getting a photograph signed by MATT PARKMAN FROM HEROES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *dies inside* and taking not as many photos as I would have liked, because I kept getting stopped for photos >.> Next time I might not cosplay.

Meet up with greg - go to Asda. Buy alcohol. Meet new people, spend the night with them - fall asleep by 12pm... Clocks went back an hour. Woke up at 9am. Went to London for the day (AMAZING) ... got home for 10pm.

I've been trying to come up with who I should go as for Octobers' Anime/Manga Conv. and I am far beyond stumped.

The guys want me to go as Kairi from KH2(which is the cheapest option for me) and sure she's alright but, eh. I think Kingdom Hearts characters seem to be a little bit too predictable. *Sighs a little*

I had other options but I'm not sure how much I can afford. My choices were

- Warrior Yuna. - FF
- Chun Li - Street Fighter
- Penelo - FF
- Kitanna from MK
- Also screaming mantis from MGS4 but I can't find anywhere that makes the outfits!

I read mangas such as... Deathnote, Trinity Blood, Vampire Knight, Black Cat, XxxHolic... Model, Blood, E's, the list really does go on, So! I was wondering if any of you had any ideas? Thanks in advance!
