well anyways. since this year is my last year of school, i've finally decided what i want to do for the rest of my life. it was hard, but i finally decided. i want to be... an animator! thats right! i had a choice between illustraton and animation (i think i've mentioned this before in a journal). but i thought to be an illustrator, i need to be able to draw loads of different styles, more realistic ones too, which is something i am not good at. so i decided to do animation, because i love it so much i want to create it.

in 2 weeks i'm going to nottingham for the tae kwon do british championships!!! w00t! wish me luck!

I never realised how different american language is to british language. it is quite different. for example...

Well, "what's with the title?" hahahaha! NO I'M SERIOUS! Well now i've created Crow (he's somewhere in my gallery) and the new school uniform... based my new ideas on victorian kinda stuff.

I think he's pretty much kinda complecated and inexperienced in life... that's all thats holding him back, the feeling of being something because that's probably what people expect from you. Fallen? Why is he fallen? tell you what... i'll try and draw it. Because he is fallen, he is only a little more stronger than the average human, so with all due respect... he isn't very strong at all. People will probably think... It has been a good start so far I think. The chinese are at the top with the most medals so far including 6 gold medals! And our Britain arn't doing bad either! Also congrats to USA for having such an awesome swimming champion!

Well, I just can't wait for Tae Kwon Do to start. At the moment i'm worried I might miss it because in England the Olympics start at 2am til 4pm O.o. They are also spread across 3 channels, 2 of them being on Freeview. So I hope I don't miss any of the Tae Kwon Do!!! It'd be such a shame for me to miss it! After all, it may not be the best martial arts in the world, but it sure does kick ass!!! ^^

Anyways back to Tae Kwon Do! My grading for my green belt is coming up on wednesday! Please wish me luck people... it'd be my 5th belt out of 11. My teacher is putting faith in me. I dont mean to bragg, but in all the 3 gradings I have been to, I have had been presented with an A-pass, which is like an A grade at school... meaning I did my best. My teacher is expecting me to get another A-Pass to surpass a red belt who has had 3 A-Passes in a row during his training at TKD. I am confident that I can do it... except some things are worrying me.

I think my pattern (series of moves in a sequence) couldn't be improved more and all my theory just needs more practise. The things I am worried about are my kicks, the "Straight Fingertip Thrust" move and my 3-step sparring.

3-step sparring is a sequence of moves to train your body to get good timing, good accuracy and to improve your techniques. In my previous belt, i had to perform 3 blocks and a counter attack, which was easy. But now I have to do 2 blocks, dodge the attack and counter attack or block and attack at the same time. This is difficult as my body remembers very well that I did 3 blocks, but now i have to do 2, i kept forgetting there wasn't an extra block. This has improved, but when i'm nervous at a grading... I think I might lose my concentration... and I dont know who I may be up against, it could be someone in another school .

the straight fingertip thrust was a problem because I got confused with how to do the technique. I learnt how to do it properly a week ago and i'm out of practise :'(. I hope I dont mess it up!

My biggest worry is my kicks! I've been training in TKD for a year and I still cant do my kicks good enough. I'm hardly very flexible at all, I'm not very strong and i havn't got much balance either . I thought my kicks were fine, but when my teacher told me to do my kicks slowly. It really began to show how bad I really was. I used to put too much control on my legs but now it's... i dont know! maybe i really arn't relaxed enough, but i cant seem to relax and try hard at the same time. I think at the grading I'll fail the kicks as I cant keep up with everyone else's speed and I'll lose my balance.

Wahh!!! I'm sorry i'm moaning again but it's really worrying me! :'( I hope I at least pass, and it'd be awesome if I could get an A-Pass again ^^ i'd love that. hmm maybe i'm setting goals that are unreasonable, maybe i'm just getting nervous and doubting myself, maybe i'm expecting too much... or is this "reality".

I'm feeling awesome!

I don't care what anyone says... Tae Kwon Do kicks ass!!!

Well, as you can guess, this journal is about tae kwon do, 100%, so if you dont give a damn about TKD (tae kwon do), you dont have to read.

Firstly, tae kwon do is a Korean martial arts, which translates as "to destroy with the foot". there are 2 different styles of TKD. There is WTF, which is the olympic TKD (i call it "what-the-fuck", you see why soon) and then there is ITF which is the traditional tae kwon do.

in the olympic tae kwon do, you are not allowed to use your hands. that is why i call it "what-the-fuck" tae kwon do because i personally dont like that style. On youtube if you search "tae kwon do", most videos show the WTF tae kwon do. because of this, people seem to think we dont use our hands in ITF tae kwon do or they think we learn it just to show off "flashy" kicks. also, there are alot of fights uploaded where Muay Thai is fighting Tae kwon do. Because in most of these fights, tae kwon do loses. Because of this, people (you know how abusive they are on youtube) diss the martial art.

(i dont mind if they say "i like muay thai better", fair enough. but if they say summut like "TKD sucks!" or "tae kwon do is retarded because they dont punch"... it's like they think they know everything.)

well anyways, i believe that it's not the martial arts which "suck" or whatever, i think it depends on the individual learning it, because we are all different right? but i shouldn't expect much since people are catagorised all the time.

So, I plan to really train very hard in order to be a good martial artist! i'll prove them wrong. but not only that but i really want people to think "wow she's good" or "i dont wanna mess with her ". well, to be totally honest, not bragging or anything... but i'm kinda getting that already and it's really nice to hear that from people.

Well! hopefully if i'm allowed I can join a tournament, i'd love that. and i'd love it even more if i could win something waah! hyperism!

I tae kwon do! It's an awesome martials arts and I really wanna become good ^_^. i really just wanted to say that

that's right... from now on my art will never be as good as it is now... and i feel like my journey has gone to waste. i feel guilty for that. my manga style is probably no more :'(.

I'm sorry, i am more apologising to myself because my manga art has become a part of myself (cheesy shit happens... believe it!!!) i'll attempt to draw more realistic drawings.

why? because i want to become a mangaka, and my first stop is training to be an illustrator... have you ever seen an illustrator who draws manga? i sure havn't. my mother and papa made that clear to me recently.

If I can, I'll buy that movie along with the first one! It was so much better than I expected it to be. I expected it to be a poor imatation of the manga, but it was done very well.

Chapter 328 has now been officially read by "moi" and it is so tense !

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Okies! I cant believe that this is the final showdown between Inuyasha and Naraku ('cause if it isn't, i'll throw a tantrum again ^^).
Anyways, Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, Kilala and Kagome are now fighting Naraku inside his body... who will win? Only Takahashi-sensei can tell! But I'm having a hunch that Inuyasha will turn into his full-fledged demon self in this battle. I think this because (I quote) when Inuyasha's life is in danger, naturally his demon nature would take over to protect his host, however everytime Inuyasha tranforms, his reasoning between friend or foe lessens and if he transforms too many times, the demon blood would devour his soul/heart. But there have been occasions recently where Inuyasha has transformed into his demon form and has still kept his sanity somehow. Well, my point is... since this is the last battle, I'm definatly sure there will come a time when he is close to death unless the same sort of situation happened when he fought Kanna's Mirror Demon where the Tessaiga's power was being stolen by the demon and the only way he had a chance of defeating it was when the Tessaiga called forth Inuyasha's demon powers to fight with. Then and again I did forget the fact that Inuyasha's Tessaiga has the power to restrain Inuyasha's demon blood, so maybe he drops his sword. Or maybe I'm reading too much into this and should wait until the next chapter is uploaded .

manga!!!! i've been reading vampire knight on onemanga.com. it's amazing!!! but i wanna buy it after read a few chapters.

i'm still checking on updates for the hellsing manga... grrr i wanna know what happens. and inuyasha aswell.

4kids!!! They are the only ones to blame for Yami, Yuugi, Kaiba, Ryou Bakura, Yami Bakura, Malik, Tristan, Joey… basically everyone!!! But seeing as though my favourite is Bakura, I think they ruined him the most This means no as long as 4kids keep their pansy cutting and editing to themselves!!

anyways i have the naruto ultimate ninja 2 game yay!!!

i was thinking of drawing a comic where me, kumao and his twin (i dunno his name yet O.o) playing it...

kumao likes naruto alot so it will work...

kumao's fav character is Kiba... (obvious reasons lol)
mine is hinata (because we have sorta the same personallity)
and kumao's twin's fav is sasuke (obvious reasons again hehe... but he's nagging me to get the cursed mark sasuke so he can beat kumao with him )

maybe i'm worrying too much about summut. whatever it is.

anyways... i had tinkerbell restore kumao's hair longer... (i had no choice, it felt like kumao became a different person, like Banned-Sanity said about him looking more emo). i personnally have nothing against emos, they can be abit pissy at times but i never intended kumao to be like that.

anyways, now his hair is long again i feel much better, for some reason summut as little as a change in hair style broke my heart. it sounds very strange.

anyways i'm happy to announce Banned-Sanity's kumao comic is now in production... congratulations Banned-Sanity, i cant wait to read more. i love the idea of kumao having a twin ^^

Broken-Ryuzaki's picture of keira is amazing... i really like her. congratulations to you too ^^

new update is that new character in my books is kyohaku... i dunno whether i should draw him with kumao or just alone... although differing from what i said in the kyohaku picture, i think kumao and him can truely become friends... just maybe...

so yeah i also went to the London MCM manga expo on 20th October!

it was great! i have the autographs of Laura Bailey (voice of tohru from fruits basket) and the guy who voices ichigo from bleach

laura bailey definately laughs alot thats for sure LOL

also there were sooooo many people in costumes that were sooo nice. I took quite a few pictures.

the great thing is that the expo had such a nice atmosphere! everyone was really nice (not like school grrrrr) i guess anime really does do summut to you

even my mum enjoyed it! she isn't a fan of manga/anime but she loved all the costumes and she was the one who mentioned about the atmosphere being so nice.

there was so much to buy aswell... but i got
+ grey-black lepster markers (high quality) with a special pad
+ naruto konoha ninja headband (i'm obsessed with it at the mo)
+ fruits basket volumes 12 + 14

Well it's my birthday in 5 days yay

i have a choice between illustration and animation...

i guess i havn't done much animation before now... so i'd be better at illustration

but i could start animation now, abit of practice and fun. i think animation suits manga better than illustration...

I still remember the first time i picked up the "how to draw manga" book, when it all began. Since then looking at all my artwork from the very first, i've changed incredibly. My first year was all about the ears begin too small, nothing was realistic, i could only draw crap manga faces...

that changed when i started watching Inuyasha 2 years ago, even those now are quite bad, but that was when i realised that the oval's to help drawing heads didn't work aswell as a more complex guidlines i use now. I changed alot watching inuyasha, it really helped, i still couldn't draw more than a head though.

now its almost 3 years... wow i've watched and read a hell alot more than inuyasha and i can draw 3/4 of the body with a decent head....

i really dont mean to brag but i'm very pleased with myself... but i couldn't have done it without support...

even though i've only been on here since august... i wanna say...

Kumao would be my favourite character to draw, i have 2 pictures up of him already!

When I imagined kumao as a real person, he was so smexy, its a trouble i cant draw him that way.

Since I love drawing him so much, he's might star in my manga called "Spirits of The Wind Wolves" Which is about a girl called Kazi who is an orphan adopt by a very nice loving family! But her memory before that is very faint. She keeps having these dreams, what do they mean? she doesn't know. What she does know is that her heart is telling her to search for the boy in her dreams. But soon she ignores it and falls in love with a boy at school, Kyohaku. Kyohaku has a bad home life, but kazi always tries to keep him away from thinking about it. But this is where kumao comes in (if he agrees, i hope he does )

what will happen? ooooo exciting!! haha. The guy in kazi's dreams is very hot, i've drawn him once, i'm going to upload that pic of him soon. But please check out my two kumao pics, and my new one...

btw, i know i said he's a demon, he's a spirit now lol confusing!

I happen to be one of them. We all know that japan is the leading comics publishing businesses, and why not? their mangas' are freakin awesome!!!! I cant hardly think of a day without either watching anime, drawing or reading manga.

But because there are soooo many people who want to become manga artists, does that mean that the new generation in the future will turn english/american mangakas and japanese mangakas 50/50 in the publishing sales? but we'll never forget it was all originally japanese, its just that... i was wondering

...the top part i can draw fine and arms are okay ... it's the legs that are the trouble ... so i'm going to spend today trying to master drawing manga bodies .

Anyway, Aika is sweet, gentle and kind , but this is her weakness ... u may be thinking "like tohru from fruits basket!!!" or u might not, but i think that tohru panics too much , this is what i dont want in Aika... she's not very brave, but she isn't a cry baby.

I'm developing her looks about now, but i need to master how to draw bodies in order to get this right. this mean back to basics !!!

Usually I make up the characters before the plot, and almost everytime, it ends up not started because i couldn't make up a good plot or not finished because i got stuck in the middle.

This time i made sure i had a plot. For those who are reading (this may be a paranoid kinda thing) but please do not copy the ideas of my story i have come up with in the following text. This is the first time in ages that i have thought up a strong enough plot to create as a story. If you steal my ideas or tell me they are like something else, please just dont cus i'm really glad i thought this up and i really dont want to be put off.

There are 5 Dragon Artefacts that hold great power yet are too powerful to be meddled with, infact they shouldn't even be out of their resting place. (i know there are many plots like this but the characters i hope to be different)

Please comment if you have ideas, improvements or requests.

It was kinda lonely there since i was the only white belt, everyone else just finished their grades (exams kinda like)

I've just realised how expensive it is... i think i'll have to give up horse-riding to pay for it i dont want to but still...

And i do have to pay for it all myself... i cant even find a job close to home and my mum wont drive me anywhere grrrr

And damn! I went out with my mates to play tennis... and i had to be such a clutz and embarress myself yet again. I'm sooo crap at tennis!
