I've been thinking about a lot of things lately. I've had a lot on my mind, both personal and otherwise. Still don't have a job, and between the money I owe and the things I want to do/get, I'm gonna be in debt for quite a while even after I get a job. But, I'm ready to change the things I can control. I want a fresh start. I'm tired of being the way I am, and not having the drive necessary to change. I want to lose weight. I want to clean up the junk in my room and keep it clean. I want to start being healthier, and push myself to try new things.

I think I've decided to move to a new main account, though I'm not going to do it just yet. I'm probably not going to post any deviations for the next week until I decide for sure. I guess it's just part of the whole fresh start thing. I'm tired of the baggage here. I'll let you guys know when I officially move.

On april fool's day no less. I honestly didn't realize that part until later. >.>;

My birthday's in one week, and then I'll be 21! I'm kind of excited, not really though because I've got too much other stuff to worry about right now. But Evey and Kayla are gonna spend my birthday with me, and we'll probably do a little cosplay photoshoot just because we can. And once Shipwreck opens Evey and I are gonna go, but we'll probably both have to buy new bathing suits before then. I hope not, though.

I'm really hoping to get the job at Circuit City, because I already owe my dad like $700 for car repairs and rent payments, and now I owe my mom over $400 by the end of April for car payments. aaahhhh . . . . . somebody buy something from me. Or . . . you know . . . tell me how to make money quick. x.x

Okay, let me point out that I'm not doing this to draw. I can't draw. Get over it. I'm doing this just because it's a good idea, and it's fun, and for once in my life (yeah right) I wanna jump on the bandwagon. XD So, no drawings for me. It'll be what I do; photography mostly, and poetry and maybe a few story scenes.

Back from AnimeSouth. It was sooo much fun. XD A lot happened for such a small con. A lot of it was spontaneity started by the cosplayers, but that's what makes small cons so much fun. Since, as usual, I'm too lazy to write up any lengthy con report, I'll just throw up some stuff that happened.

I won Best Action in the AMV contest! I had a choice of two Trigun dvd's, and since I didn't really have time to find out which episodes they were I ended up picking the very last dvd in the series. XD
For those of you who've seen my videos, it was the Nemo one (to Advent Children) that won. For those of you who haven't seen it, if you want to, it's here --> Memory's Path and the other one I entered (that they said they liked almost as much XD) was Simple Passion
My group in the cosplay contest won best presentation. It was me, Miroku, Sango and Kouga (Yeah, I was kinda random but they wanted me to be in it. ). Sango started talking to Miroku about some "disturbing" pictures she had seen on the internet with him and Sesshoumaru, and he tried to explain that it was just from their skit last year, but I stepped in and said "well, there was that one time you came up behind me." and "just because I have long hair, doesn't mean I can bear your children, Miroku" which are jokes from the forums and from last year as well. Then Sango sang "If you were Gay" from Avenue Q, and Kouga and I held Miroku on stage while he protested. ^^
on Sunday we ended up playing a game of Duck Duck Goose, only it turned into Duck Duck Ninja when Naruto was It first. Then everyone who was picked did something different. Kiba did "genin, genin, genin, jounin!" and Light said "heart attack, heart attack, car accident!" and stuff like that. I was wearing tights under my outfit because I hadn't felt like wearing socks, so every time I was picked, I slipped, but I only lost once. ^^ We were allowed to have the special abilities of our characters, so Miroku had his wind tunnel, the ninjas had their jutsu, and I had my gun, So I just shot them. XD The first time I was picked, I shot Naruto as I jumped up, immediately did a face plant, grabbed onto his legs to keep him from getting away and practically crawled my way over to him. XD The one time I was it, I went around with "Oz, Oz, Oz . . ." and then "Gundam Pilot?" to Sakura. XD It was so much fun.
after the con we went to the Hard Rock cafe, which we had planned just ahead of time enough to close them down just for us. It was great.
I met a girl who was wearing a Green Monkies t-shirt from the Legends of the Hidden Temple, and we became immediate friends. She was so great. XD

So much more happened, so I'll just randomly add to this journal as I remember stuff. XD Cause right now my hands are too shaky to type much more.

And I decided to put up a little bit more information about the High Council, since now I'm only one demon shy of having the full set. I dunno if this will spoil anything in the story in the long run, but I doubt it. Tell me what you guys think!

The High Council holds rule directly under the Demon Lord himself. Any “trivial” matters that the Lord should not have to deal with, the Council takes care of; politics, complaints, etc. The Lord also looks to the Council (and especially the Leader) for advice and guidance.

The Leader of the Council can be any type of demon, and solely comprises of the First Tier of the Council. He has final say. The Second Tier is the four Elementals; Fire, Air, Water, Earth. The Third Tier is four different Animals (not always the same four), and the final Tier is the remaining four demons on the council, whose types vary greatly over the years.

The current Council is thus:
First Tier:
#1: Sahel. Male. Race: devil (lower level demons who specialize in spells and secrecy and are often seen as treacherous and untrustworthy)
Second Tier:
#2: Biren (pronounced BEE-ren). Male. Earth.
#3: Zanel. Male. Air.
#4: Kirai. Female. Fire.
#5: Darell. Male. Water.
Third Tier:
#6: Asker. Male. Fox.
#7: Forynth. Male. Dog.
#8: Ssynsa. Female. Snake.
#9: Milo. Male. Cat.
Fourth Tier:
#10: Alasvynon "Vyn". Female. Vampire.
#11: Vera. Female. Illusionist.
#12: ???
#13: Ezekiel "Zeke". Male. Fallen Angel.

The "Tiers" of the Council have a lot to do with what could almost be called a caste system among the demons. Elemental demons comprise of about 40% of the demon population. They are seen as "elite", because there are so many of them who have managed to remain pureblooded, and there are only four different elements. Right under them, however, are the Animals, of which there are many different kinds, and they make up about 35%. The most common "crossbreeds" (for lack of a better term) are between the Animals and Elementals, creating sub-breeds like a Fire-Cat or a Wind-Bird (which sounds redundant to us, but it's not to them.)

Below the Animals are the "common" demons, and even among them there is separation. (No one ever said the demons had equal rights. XD) The upper common demons consist of things like an Illusionist or a War demon, as well as vampires. They are not treated too badly at all except by elitists.

The lower common demons are only the ones that are seen as completely inferior; lust demons, devils, and fallen angels for instance. There aren't very many that are considered "lower commons," and the ones that are, are generally treated badly by even the other commons.
Devils are seen as conniving and untrustworthy; lust demons are seen as nothing more than whores who use sex to get their way; fallen angels are, despite being banned from heaven, still considered angels by the demons.

Anyway, despite having a load of troubles in the beginning, we finally got there friday in just enough time for the masquerade ball. I was dressed in a black blazer, tie and pants, and a red dress shirt, with my fedora to top it off. It was supposed to be "Formal Duo". Well, I thought it was cool. Anyway, the Ball was a lot of fun. The "story" to it was that Princess Garnet from FFIX was in disguise at the ball, hiding from Steiner, and she was supposed to be choosing a Prince by the end of the night. Every now and then you'd hear Steiner walking through the crowd yelling "Princess!" Or he'd see her and run after her, but lose her again. One time she grabbed me and hid behind me, and I faked Steiner off so he'd lose her in the crowd again. ^^
The whole time I was mainly "in character" as Duo, so it was really cool when one thing happened . . . there was a small group of girls in big floofy dresses, and one of them backed into me as I tried to slip past her, almost knocking me over. I landed on both feet and reached down to catch her in my arms before she fell. I caught her just like all the men do in those movies where they swing the women back and kiss them and blah blah . . . only I caught her like that purely by accident, to stop her from falling, and I swung her back up on her feet while her friends were freaking out. XD I felt special.

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention. The first cosplayer that I laid my eyes on at this con was a really awesome Axel. He didn't even have a wig, his hair was spiked just right, and dyed red, and everything. XD And I thought, Oh, that's awesome! It's Axel! I gotta get a pictu-- and it was then that I realized, I'd forgotten my camera at the hotel. T.T So I got absolutely NO pictures of the ball. T.T I'll just have to depend on Mabs for those. But, I almost made up for it, I got a record 415+ pictures of Saturday and Sunday alone. x.x (Don't worry, I did get several pictures of Axel, even posing with some other awesome KH2 people.)

Saturday I saw the Anime Human Chess Match. Awesome awesome awesome! I missed the one last year, so I have nothing to compare it to, but as far as I'm concerned, it was awesome. The fight scenes were pulled off wonderfully (and this coming from a 10 year karate student), and there were a lot of great surprises. I could go on for hours about that, especially since I saw the second showing sunday with the alternate ending, but I'll save you from that. ^.~


Lots of great stuff happened, and, as I said, I took over 400 pictures, so that'll be fun to go through. x.x But to me, the highlights of the con were the ball and the chess match.
It'll take me a while to get those pictures up and running, but I'll give you guys some previews if you want. a lot has happened. Since I graduated, I have been to my 2nd-ever convention, started college, gotten a job, gotten a car, had the car break down no less than 4 times, quit college (temporarily), gone to my 3rd-ever convention, gotten a boyfriend, lost said boyfriend, and had several emotional breakdowns along the way . . . (I'm sure I've missed quite a bit in there)
So what a year! I'm going to turn 19 this April, and still sometimes I swear I'm not a day over 12. I've been thinking about a lot of things lately, and that usually leads to either very good, or very bad, realizations.

Point A. Checking my messages here on dA has almost become a chore with how little time I have on here. I haven't posted a deviation in weeks, and even my journals are no longer garnering any responses. So I don't really know what to do with myself on here lately.

Point B. (this may sound what you would call "emo", but I'm not even going to touch on that right now. It's a stupid idea.) It seems like lately every time I find something that really makes me happy, Something immediately happens to take it away. A couple of weeks ago I realized that for the first time in quite a while, I was actually "happy", having had almost three good days in a row, and oddly enough, for no real reason. However, that night, the car broke down. And again the day after we got it fixed.

I don't even really know why I'm posting this, other than the fact that I've been very reminiscent lately and I haven't typed anything (or let anything out) in quite a while. I've felt very . . . well, I don't know if I would call it lonely, but even with my best friend living with me, I feel like there's not much place for me anymore. With the DDR machine gone, my last real "connection" with any of my friends, I've found myself wandering the mall for no reason, and I've gained even more weight. With school gone, Cobra out of the question (for me at least), and now the mall machine gone, there's really no reason for me to leave my house except for work.

Speaking of houses, we're moving again, but this time actually into town; Lynn Haven to be exact. We're not 5 minutes from 77 & 23rd street (i.e. the mall, OfficeMax, etc.). Jenny's looking for another job, having walked out (on friendly terms at least) from OfficeMax. As soon as she gets settled in, I'll do the same, only I plan on actually giving them a two weeks notice.

I just completely lost my train of thought. XD And I realize that this is starting to get long rambling and a bit angsty, which no one wants to read, so I'll just quit.

ANIMESOUTH YAYAYAYAY!

Yes it was a first con, therefore obviously they had their problems. But.
1. The people there were great.
2. The ratio of cosplayers (and random cool-looking people) to non-cosplayers was very large, and partially because it was a small con, it was very close-knit.
3. I saw the same people over and over again, but they were good people, and a lot of people who lived nearby.

I got to hang out with Lauren Goodnight and AnnaMayBelle a lot, so I felt pretty special. Maboroshi took a lot of pictures of me and Jenny, and she had a camera war with him. XD She tried to take a picture of him, and he came over and started taking picture after picture to keep her from getting one of him. Then he took the camera from her, snapped one of her staring at him, gave it back to me and walked off.

Random conversation:
me (to Lauren Goodnight): You're so awesome. Can I take you home with me?
Lauren: hmmmmmmmmmm . . . . where do you live?
me: oh, about half an hour away.
Lauren: hmmmmmmmmmmmmm . . . okay.
me: YES! Score! XD

we went out on the beach with AnnaMay and her mom and took a couple pictures by the water near sunset, her pictures turned out sooo awesome. The funny thing is that I had changed for the night, and the only part of my costume I was wearing was the red shirt. Other than that it was random Hot Topic pants and an open button-up fiery shirt from JCPenny's, but apparently they thought I looked cool. XD I was talking to them about my idea for doing a gothic Duo, and they seemed to like the idea. ^_^

Anyway, more later. Here's the important parts:
I will finish posting the metrocon pictures on ~Group-Photos. Soon.
I will then post the AnimeSouth pictures there as well.
Yes, knowing me, it will probably take a while. But it will be done.
I will hopefully get around to doing a con report.
I am going to put together a GundamWing group, hopefully an EW group, for next year.
I already have Relena, Trowa, Heero and either Treize or Zechs spoken for. XD

Now I have to go to bed because it's 11:13 and I have to be at work at 8:30 in the morning. x.x Good night.

So a few people wanted to know more about the language. Instead of putting up a ton of journals, though, I'll just put it all here. ^_^

First off, like many languages, all the vowels are said the same way (like in Spanish and Japanese). Unlike many languages, it doesn't really have a "silent" letter (e in english, u in Japanese), though I is sometimes blended with a connecting vowel. If you have a word like wei (thought), it isn't pronounced "we-i", but like "whey", as one sound.

Secondly, in the time of their people, there was a caste system.

Aa - the Gods, the Divine, the Deities, etc.
Ao (base form) - god, royalty (king, queen), leader/ "Master"
Nako - upper class, rich / ?? (need to think of a translation)
Gento - middle class / "commoner"
Tinso - lower class, poor / "peasant"
Beo - untouchable / "slave", "outcast"

These are used like -san and -chan in Japanese. Except like in English, they go before the name, and have gender specifics. As with any word that describes someone, or something they're doing (verbs), the endings change. o-endings are the base form. a-endings are plural. (viso- to protect; visa,- we protect, protect us) For a female, i-endings are used, and for a male, e-endings. So if you were to say Queen Elizabeth, it would be Ai'Elizabeth. (a ' represents a separation of vowels, a pause.) If you were to say, Master Daniel (making up names here) it would be Ae'Daniel. If the person is important enough, like a god or "divine master", you would leave it as a base form; Ao'Daniel. If you were to speak to someone, you must first know their class (usually denoted by a tattoo on their cheek or neck) and would refer to them as "Tinsi'Michelle" or "Gente'Fred". The only Bea (untouchables) are either slaves, or "outcasts", those banned from the village for commiting a crime (like thievery). Usually, if two people are friends, they will drop the formalities and use only names, but if one of another class speaks to a Beo, the prefix is always used (even when alone).

Yeah soo I couldn't sleep last night. And I came up with this really cool idea for two characters, and a picture of them. Of course I can't draw stuff like that worth crap, so I'll post the idea for the picture here, and see if anyone else wants to draw it. And give an extremely short history.

I also started making up a language to go with all this. O.o

The idea is that there are two people, sealed away together. They have great power, which is part of the reason they were sealed away. When they were "alive" (so to speak), their people saw them as practically gods, because they had powers that those people had never dreamt of. It was a forgotten people, a forgotten language that would have died with them, were it not for the ritual "spell" to bring these two back to life.

Of course the bus broke down on the way there (we went in ~xBlack-Pandax's dad's school bus, the same one we went on for the DDR tournament, that happened to be at the SAME HOTEL as the con. O.o
Anyway, we still got there in time for a couple hours of exploring on the first day, friday. I spent about $40 of my 100, and I got to see Scott McNeil, the voice of Duo Maxwell. I already knew that he did Kouga from Inu-Yasha, and I'd heard that he also did Piccolo from DBZ, but it amazed me when I heard some of his other roles! He's done everything from Wolverine in X-Ev, to Beast Wars, Monster Rancher and Hamtaro! He was listing off the roles he'd had in DBZ; Piccolo, Jeice, Buu, and a couple others. O.o That's right. Jeice, the short, red-skinned british baddie from (I think?) the Ginyu Force. And BUU XD When I heard that I thought he meant like the "grown up" Buu. But then, he said in a high-pitched voice, "BUU WANT CHOCOLATE!" And I nearly FELL OVER. OH MY GOD.

There were about 12 voice-actors there, but I only got to meet four of them. Obviously Scott, who I almost stalked (not to his discomfort XD ) through the con. But I also met Johnny Young Bosch, the voice of Vash (Trigun), Kiba (Wolf's Rain) and Kaneda from Akira. I met Joshua Seth, the voice of Hige, Cyborg 009, and Tetsuo. And I got to see his free hypnotist show! XD I was thisclose to meeting Kirby Morrow (Miroku, Trowa, Cyclops), but after standing in line for an hour and a half to see Scott and let him talk to my best friend Jenny, and sign a manga as part of her Christmas present, I couldn't take standing in line again to see Kirby. I thought, "oh, I'll get him tomorrow" (This was the second day.) Later that night, I literally raced up to my room to grab some mangas, and back down to the room where Kirby had been, to get David Kaye, voice of Sesshoumaru, Professor X, Akuma in Street Fighter, and Treize from GW, but of course, Kirby was gone. T.T

The third day, I didn't wake up until 10am, and as soon as I got dressed in my Duo outfit, I went down to find out about a costume contest going on at 4. I grabbed Kim, dressed as Hikaru, and we ran down to sign up. I spent the rest of the day either getting ready for the show, or being in the show, so I didn't get a chance to see Kirby. T.T ((I'M SORRY TABBY I STILL LOVE YOU I DID AT LEAST GET YOU A PLUSHIE!!!!)) *cough* ahem. Anyway.

Panda entered at the same time a guy named David (dressed as Vash) did, so they decided to enter together. David needed some work done on his costume, so we all sat down, all 6 or so of us, in the middle of the hallway and worked on it. He had soo many people taking pictures of him, just sitting there sewing. There was one time when he was sewing, and he accidentally pulled the needle out of the thread. He thought he'd done something wrong, and he gasped, and stared at it for a second with an "ohmygodwhatdidIdo" look on his face . . . and right then someone took a picture. It was priceless. XD

Finally, it was time for the show to start. We went out there one by one (except for Panda and Vash, they went out together), went through this modelling type of deal, you know, strutting the runway, and posing for the cameras. That was kind of fun. I was worried that everyone had forgotten about Gundam Wing and Duo Maxwell.
Stupid me. XD When I went out on stage, I got lots of cheers, and a few fangirls screaming for Duo. I'm still not sure if that's a good or bad thing.
So after everyone went, we listened to the categories for winners. When Best Anime Female came up (based on the gender of the person not the character) . . .
it went to someone else.

So did Best Cross-play.

And then they called out . . .

"Best Look-a-like: DUO MAXWELL"
YES XD XD XD XD

That's right! I got best look-a-like.

When I told Scott about it, he gave me a big hug. XD It was great.

Overall, the con was a lot of fun for me. It was my first con, my second time in Miami, so it's to be expected. + I got to go to an AFI concert on a free ticket (And I do NOT want to hear how much you hate AFI. I know. I just don't care.). It was my first concert.
+ I got to go to see Cats! at the Martin Theatre with my mom.
+ I got to spend both Christmas and New Years with my best friend/soul sister who lives five hours away.
+ I got to talk to Scott McNeil on the phone, the man who plays the voice of my favourite character; (Duo, Koga, Piccolo)
+ I got to go to Miami with my friends for a DDR tournament.
+ I got to see Toxic Audio, a band I had been admiring for almost a year. I got to talk to them, and get their autographs. I now have two of their cd's.

+ I'm going to go to my first anime convention this December. Scott McNeil is supposed to be there.

I may add stuff later as I think of it, but I think that's all right now.

So now, I ask for one more "challenge" so to speak.
I simply ask that everyone who comments on this journal say at least one big thing that has happened to them recently that they were happy about.

*EDIT* I might want to mention that this is an ongoing thing. If you don't know a person very well now, but you get to know them better later, you can always come back and comment on their journal however long afterwards, just don't take advantage of it, i.e. you're mad at someone so you go and rant on their challenge journal. Make it intelligent, make it mature, most of all, make it true. **

I have a challenge for anyone brave enough to accept. Post a journal asking people who know you to say some good things about you, and some bad things. This isn’t asking for insults, or for mindless compliments that are groundless. This is asking for constructive criticism. Include the two major guidelines: 1. For every bad comment, include at least one good one (not necessarily on the same topic). 2. Don’t just say "I do/don’t like you", in fact don’t say that at all. Say what is not good about the person, i.e. they’re a little too selfish/stubborn/obsessive/etc.

When people reply to your journal, don’t just read the good stuff, or brush off what someone says just because you think they don’t like you. If they’re just insulting you, it will be obvious. But you can learn something about yourself from anyone, including your "enemies". It would be good to not even look at who submitted the comment, unless you really want to know. If someone says you’re stubborn, don’t prove them right by ignoring the comment, really think about it. Think about the way you act around other people, about the way you treat those you do –and- don’t like. The point of this is not to make people change to please everyone else, it’s to try and change for the better, to make you generally nicer and more friendly to be around. Even the nicest people have their flaws. Don’t expect to be able to change everything. Pick out what you think is most important and work on that first.
And don't forget to treasure what people say good about you.

I will be willing to comment on anyone who does this journal that I know well enough, so let’s start here. . . what do you think of me? I wanna know!

So anyway, here is the uber-awesome super-special Summary of My Life!

Or. . . maybe just the summer.

This summer has really been a whirlwind of ups and downs.

I officially got my first "real" boyfriend two days before school let out. .

I got to see Jenny like I do every summer, but while she was here, her house flooded. Then, our second day in Jacksonville, her grandmother went to the hospital. She got out of the hospital the day before I left, but then she died at home on July 12 (I think). They cremated her and took her up into the mountains, putting her ashes in a little babbling brook just like she wanted.

But not all bad stuff happened at Jenny's. We ended up one night talking for a couple of hours about stuff that neither of us had let loose before, and we've become even closer friends (if that's possible ). And while I was at her house, Danny called me from Texas. . . from the middle of a huge anime con there. Specifically, from the line leading to the man who dubbed the american voice for DUO MAXWELL. Only my favourite overall character EVER. She let me talk to him when she got up to him, and he was so sweet it was unbelievable. He still sounded exactly like Duo, even though Gundam Wing is at least a decade old. Before he gave her back the phone, he recited a quote from the show that I recognized partly because I'd had the sound file of that quote on my computer. "I promise. I -will- become the God of Death once again. But right now. . . I need some sleep." *Duo passes out*
To top that off, Jenny might be coming to live with me next summer, to stay with me for a year while we start college at the community college here. I can't wait.

My mom finished her cancer treatment, now everything's through- the chemo, the radiation, all of it's over, her hair's growing back thick (and mostly grey ) and she's happier for it.

My uncle Tim and his girlfriend Annie came down for just under a week, and I had fun showing them around town and shopping with them. I GOT THE NEVERENDING STORY!!! Yes, the book that I've been reading and wanting to buy since sixth grade, is finally mine. In hardback. With coloured text, full-page chapter headers and everything. That has to be my favourite book ever. And that's a damn hard decision for me to make. The movie SUCKS. If you've seen the movie, or even if you haven't, you should read that book.

We found out yesterday that we have to move. Our landlords want to move back into the house they were renting to us, so now we have until the end of august to find a new house, and move into it, all during the FIRST MONTH OF SCHOOL >.<

I had a scare with my shelves because of the construction outside my neighbourhood, and almost had a repeat of the time when they fell on me, breaking several collectibles from out of state, and generally embedding in me a fear of falling shelves. O.o I applied for a job at a couple of places, they would have been my first job, but no one called me back. Our old computer finally died completely, taking with it several of my files that are irreplaceable. BUT

Jenny's grandmother was an awesome person, and her influence in everyone's life was very subtle. I never really thought about how much she's done for Jenny and their family, and just how big a part she played, until she got sick.

God, my hands are shaking as I type this...

...so if I'm not active on DA for a while in a week or so, you'll know why... I'll probably be in Jacksonville if I can work it out.

Anyway, on a better note... I had the -best- birthday party ever! I held it at the arcade, and 20+ people showed up, and we played ddr, ate pizza and chips and hung out for hours. I got $75 from just my friends... and supposedly there is more coming in the mail from my aunt and uncle, and my grandma and grandpa. ^.^ And yes... all the money I got is already gone. But I'm happy with what I got... lessee... *thinks* a couple movies- Blade, Bruce Almighty, and some anime called Kimera, which I haven't watched yet... a cd from Projekt, and three mangas: Angel Sanctuary 1, Petshop of Horrors 2, and Ceres 2, all very good. ^.^ I especially loved the Angel Sanctuary, and I have been sketching some pictures from the book, so maybe I shall have something to submit soon.

Trancey and I went and played ddr today... my legs still hurt from saturday, but that's okay. ^.^ Except that I skinned my toe in the middle of a pretty hard song, and didn't know it until the end of the song. (And no, the stinging sensation in my toe as I danced didn't give it away, either... ) so yeah... now I've got one skinned toe, one jammed toe (running barefoot full speed through the arcade only to trip on a floor socket), a blister on one foot, and my calves hurt like hell...
But hey, I'll live.

One more thing before I bore your ears off... I have decided to put up some poetry, but not all of them... so I will post a few of my old poems as soon as I sort through and decide which ones are worthy of such artistic eyes.


Okay, enough rambling, I'm done now. ^.^

It was great... there were two opening bands, I don't know the first one, but the second band was Thursday. They were okay. But AFI... Davey Havok is the new Christ. and no, I don't mean anything blasphemous by it. Jesus walked on water. Davey, walked on hands.
I was standing with Greg on the edge of the crowd. I had just said that he had better play "Silver and Cold", when the opening notes started playing. Halfway through the song, there was a break of just music, and he walked out *onto* the crowd. No one told them to hold hin up, he just trusted them to. And they did. They held him up and he stood on their hands and sang. Then he knelt down, too. It was awesome. I'm almost late for class, so I will continue later. ]]> ~YumeNezumi
