Ehh...this is kinda random...

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any decent foreign bands, songs, singers, etc. that you can list for me? I would love to hear them. Even if I wouldn't be able to interpret any of the lyrics. XD Name some of your favorite American songs too if you want.

So far, my list consists of only Japanese, Korean, French, Italian, Russian (very few, because they're kinda hard to find) and of course, English.

I'm just interested to hear what everyone else around the world is listening to. Learning about new cultures and sharing your own is fun. I'm Thai, but can only name so little Thai bands. ;-;

Of course, like most people who find themselves mourning for him, I was never much of a fan of Michael Jackson, but he was a large part of my life growing up (my grandpa owns a record player you see, and...well, you can figure it out. ) . But now I'm drowning myself in his music, realizing how much I've missed out on its powerfulness and how little appreciation I ever gave him, simply because of rumors that had no real evidence to them. I'm sorry for avoiding you due to stupid rumors until after your death, but at least now, we know some truth about the real you. The man who was never as 'bad' as many of us had thought.

Thank you for bringing your music into our world and being a brave soul who inspired many to fight for their dreams, Michael Jackson. May you rest in peace.


Sooooooo yeah! You'll see yet another piece of tribute fanart for Michael Jackson submitted into deviantArt in a few days (from me :3). I hope you won't get tired of seeing his face around for a while, since I believe he very much deserved all the attention he is getting now, as thanks for all he's given to us. The King of Pop shall forever live on in our hearts~!

Naru-tardness [SPOILERS...?]

Ah! That latest Naruto Shippuden episode. I just watched the subbed version earlier and realized that in the extra ending, Sakura called Sai gay (or really, him wearing Gai and Rock Lee's body suit). I laughed so hard. Tis was a beautiful moment. Sai's now in denial though. XD

Okay, so I'm not really dead. But I am DYING. School is so tough this year. Individually, my classes are a breeze, but being assigned so many different projects and having so many tests to study for...it's murder. Cold murder. Gosh. Maybe I should've saved myself before and signed up for at least one regular class rather than 4 freakin honors classes. D:

Moving on to more important things. Well, it still has to do with school. Kinda. But it's about art too, so yeah! My art teacher saw my ink drawings and asked if I would like to do one on a larger scale that would be put up in the NAHS newsletter. I'm really excited about it, but I have no idea what to draw. Nor do I know how am I going to do it. Larger scale drawings are hard for me to do, especially in pen. That's why I stick to index cards. XD But yeah...IDEAS PLZ

Due to a recent interim report distribution, my computer time has been cut down. D: Not only that, but if it doesn't change for the better, then I will have to quit the NAHS (National Art Honor Society) at my school. Which sucks by the way! I mean, who would blame art for my...erm...not so great grades?? The two have nothing to do with each other. I swear, I'm pretty pissed.

Speaking of pissed, the other day, I had to recover my iPod, since it was not working or whatever. 700+ songs gone. Getting them back should have been easy, only, I deleted them from iTunes long ago. I can always get them back (most of them anyway). Magical. XD

Ah, Fridays are now Naruto days. Especially this coming Friday. Really looking forward to that~ ^-^

This is so random! But bear with me :3

Fellow peeps who have similar interests as me, I share with thee my Photobucket, which I personally use for a little inspiration and a couple laughs (as well as my MySpace, but you can ignore those ). Just to assure you guys that this person who calls themself Yurei-kun is a complete nutcase. Some interesting stuff there. The majority of it (as in, 99.9%) I found browsing through Photobucket (guilty pleasure T-T). There are, like, millions of Naruto fanart that you couldn't find here on dA (and some you can). My first account ever on devArt was Yureikun (I didn't know they allowed dashes in our names back then )

If you go to [link] , and read the the profile (journal and info stuffs), it seems like we're two totally different people. Wow! I was a little emo when I was 12 I guess. o____o

I've decided that I'll be switching between manga and realistic styles from time to time. Going back to reading Naruto and drawing fanart like crazy has actually helped me improve a little bit in both categories. Plus, I GOT MY IMAGINATION BACK! Yayz I guess trying to copy photographs kinda caused my art block.

And also...BRACES HURT! I have to eat mushy gushy granny food for 20 months. T-T

My art teacher is pretty weird, but wise. She says that art is like a new born baby. It's yours, and in the beginning, it's pretty ugly. But give it some time, and it will be beautiful, and it's all from you. It was quite inspiring.

Therefore, for now on, I will be taking a lot longer when drawing. I may be submitting my progress at different intervals, possibly weeks apart (T-T).

Anyways, I'm awfully cheery lately. Life has just been so...fun. It's weird. Everyday, when I come home from school, I run around and hug everyone in my house. Then I go biking and waving to strangers. Then at school, I actually greet my teachers.

I don't know what's wrong with me. @___@

My life isn't so interesting, so feel free to fall asleep on me. XD

1. When I'm home alone, I turn up the music I'm listening to (Muse for instance) really loud, jump onto my bed and start air-guitaring Matt Bellamy style.

2. I always go to sleep laying down on my back on the bed, then wake up to find that I'm now halfway on the floor.

3. I named the mannequin I use sometimes for drawing Bob. Sometimes I call him Frank. I think I'll start calling him Matt soon.

4. My height is shorter than it should be for the average 14 year old...I'm only, like, 4"11" when I should be 5"4" by now. T_T

5. I'm actually extremely shy in person. Like, you can never hold a five minute conversation with me without me staring out to space.

6. Sometimes I dress like a skater, but I don't skate. Sometimes I dress like a rocker, but I don't rock. But don't tell them that.

7. I am a huge ice-cream addict (preferably Ben and Jerry's).

8. I actually didn't cry when I heard Gerard Way finally got married (to LynZ). *is proud*

I just love waking up at 6AM every morning, then walking miles on foot to get to my class in 5 minutes.

Well, it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. I just hate the rotater schedule routine. It's absolutely confusing and I never know where am I going next. I made a couple new friends, and already started hating some of my teachers. I'll give them a month though. Until then, I'll put them on my list.

P.S. I changed my deviantID. I think it looks funny, so I'll probably change it again. What do you think? I'm already breaking all my parents' rules by posting it up. XD

Summer's almost over, then I will begin the possibly most miserable part of my life- high school. DX Call me a cowardly whimp if you will, but I am scared to hell about it. Stress always used to get the best of me, but never like this. I feel like jumping off a cliff, anything, but go and face the horrors of high school.

Besides my "high-school-phobia" issue, I'm trying everything I can to make up for all the times I've screwed up in the remainder of my vacation. I regretted ever regretting and so I will do whatever I can to undo all of those things. For instance, I've hurt a lot of people I really didn't mean to hurt...by getting all touchy, sensitive about meaningless crap...

...Here's where the storm subsides and a faded rainbow appears in the clearing. Firstly, with all this pain and suffering nonsense I'm going through, I feel a new drawing coming my way. Let's see what my depression can work up this time. =/ Secondly, I've most recently read and finished Stephenie Meyer's third book in the Twilight series, Eclipse. I actually bought it on the day of its release, but I was too busy reading it than writing about it. But here I am now and all I have to say is, 'And so the countdown for Breaking dawn begins!' Thirdly, I've fallen in love with Muse and now I find myself obsessed with two bands at the moment which is giving the people around me quite a headache. And fourthly, I find myself both bewildered and expecting when I watch that recent 'Frerard' clip from Projekt Revolution on YouTube. Frerard lives! 0_____0 Don't know what it is, then look it up...

Hmm...probably L from Deathnote, because I sit and walk very strangely and I love sweets. My hair is also a mess most of the time.

Well, I'm not exactly a vampire, so sleeping at night.

Sushi. I actually son't like ramen, which is weird for my past obsession with Naruto.

Hair : Short, layered, black with reddish-orange streaks. Eyes: Really, really dark brown, almost black, round almond eyes.

This is hard, because I barely watch anime anymore. It'll have to be either Naruto or Deathnote.

6) if you were an RPGC (role-playing game character), what weapon and magic would you use?
Errrrrr.....A stake, a club covered in spikes, a baseball bat, or a toilet plunger. For magic...the ability to levitate? Or to change others' emotions.

Video games are evil, but it'll probably be any kind of Mario Party.

I'm remain really shy at school, around my friends, around strangers, but at home, I'm pretty talkitive, and very very paranoid about everything.

Black shirts, jeans, military jacket, converse sneakers or vans, and sometimes fingerless gloves.

But yeah, it's the end of the year. I'll probably cry on the very last day of school, so I don't really want to go...but I have to because that's the last day I'm going to see most of my friends...soooooo I guess I have to go anyways.

STOP GLOBAL WARMING! This is the new cause I'm into. My friend and I are working on a Global Warming music video and we are soooo into it. I learned so much about it while working on the video. You see, global warming is, like, bad...you know? XD

I'm doodling agaiiiiin! I have so much free time after..erm...failing some of my Finals...*ahem* But yeah, I'm drawing again and I feel that I've been improving throughout the year. I'm so happy!
I'm a little bummed though too. Gerard Way went to Art School, graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, then couldn't find a job and got really depressed and stuff. I don't want to end up like that...but I would like a job in the arts...but what would happen if no one cares for the arts anymore but I still do and there's no job available for me? I can continue doing what I love, yes, but I may have to live with my mother for the rest of my life. God, I'm only 14, why should I be thinking about this now? Gotta clear my mind...

While we're on the topic of school, let me tell you a little story. Yesterday, this girl went on a field trip to Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. On the way there, she asked her friend to promise never to leave her. When they got there, they left her to get a fast pass that allowed them to skip everyone waiting in line for rides. Now the girl is really mad at her friend(s) and doesn't want to do anything with them anymore. But still, the girl is lonely and gets bored easily, so eventually, she will have to crawl back to her friend, even though they probably won't take her back.

So yeah, I'm pretty pissed off...I had two other friends who stuck with me...or couldn't afford fast passes...but still...
