I'd like to throw out a big blanket "Thank you" to all the people who've sent messages and added my work to thier favorites over the last few weeks. Normally I check this site every day and keep up with all these things with personal attention where warranted. But I haven't been around much lately due to personal stuff. I won't go into details but lets just say it's been a rough time for me.

So rather than trying to give everyone a personal "thanks" I'm lazying out of it with this all encompassing expression of my gratitude. Seriously, I do appreciate you for looking at my work and leaving comments.

For a while I've been putting these Halo comics up here. A lot of people have been VERY supportive and I really appreciate all of the feedback and kind words people have left for me.

However, Louis Wu from HBO has offered me my own space for the strip. Seeing as how One-One-Se7en is the inspiration for these it's a big thrill for me to be putting them on the same site that hosts that strip. Going forward I'm going to be putting all new strips up there exclusively. It'll probably be this weekend before they are up since LWu has to build the page in between his busy schedule.

If you are interested in following my semi-dorky version of the Master Chief, please check in over at [link] regularly. And thanks again for all the support!

Greetings!

I started doing these Halo comics shortly after I read Stuntmutt's One-One-Se7en comics over at [link] for the first time. His strip is a great take on the Halo universe from an "Off the job" kinda perspective. He puts up a Guest version of the comic for people who want to send in work and I decided to send in a couple. Then he and I started chatting and becoming friends. Later I did some fill in strips for when he needed time off while he and his wife were having their new baby girl.

So anyway, even after there's no longer a real need for me to do these, I still enjoy drawing them so I keep making new ones. But I was thinking of making it more of a regular thing. Not like Stuntmutts three times a week strip, but more frequently than "When I feel like it" like I do now. But I can't really decide on a name for my own strip.

So I thought I'd ask around what people though of a couple ideas I had. And this is as good a place as any to ask for feedback. So here they are. Any feedback, positive or negative, is really appreciated;

1. The Warthog Garage
2. My name is JOHN!
3. Behind the Helmet
4. Spartan too
5. John and Cortana
6. Just fire the Rings

I know most of these need you to be a fan of the games or books to really get them, but if you weren't a fan anyway you really wouldn't care to begin with right? I'd appreciate whatever anyone has to say about these ideas or feel free to throw out some of your own. Warning; any ideas you throw out may be stolen without notice or reimbursment.
