Whoaaa, a lot of Episode 1s all over the place.

Maybe this season I'll follow more than just slashable shows! Lessee, I'm thinking of Kuroshitsuji, Junjou Romantica season 2, Tales of the Abyss, Kannagi, maybe Clannad After Story, maybe Hyakko, maybe Yozakura Quartet. I'll have to give the last three a few more eps. Actually, I'll probably end up watching Clannad exclusively for Sunohara, because all the female characters annoy me except for Tomoyo and Mei. And the whole 4:3 ratio one week 16:9 the next angers me. I'd watch Gundam 00 if I had seen the first season OTL

Natsume Yuujinchou ended... The first season, at least. I have to say, it was definitely one of the most enjoyable shows I watched over the summer. Second season starts in early 2009! \o/

Oh, I forgot the Goku: Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei OVAs start coming out mid October; I'm really looking forward to those.

My face was like . And it turns out, he had a friggin volume of Loveless in his backpack. They have them at our school library. .__. What the hellll.
Yeah, he said "I THINK SOUBI AND RITSUKA ARE GOING TO GET IT ON AT THE END."

TEN THINGS ABOT MY ART
1. I never draw! I draw maybe once a week, IF THAT. I do doodle in the margins of my notebooks at school, though...
2. No matter what I'm drawing, I always end up with a pound of eraser bits all over the place.
3. I only draw on my bed or in the car~~~ My bed is covered in papers and pencils and pens. I woke up last night because I was being stabbed in the back with a colored pencil.
4. When I draw, it's super messy. I cheat on lineart, too. I go over it twice.
5. I don't fill in all of the grain in the paper when I use colored pencils... So it's really discouraging, and I almost never color traditionally.
6. I hardly ever actively practice, so I'm only good at drawing girly girls and chibi. xD No animals, backgrounds, dynamic poses, hands (=A, muscles, etc.
7. I dislike drawing guys because they're all flat planes. Busty girls with big hips are a lot of fun to draw~ Though I don't often draw them after my chorus teacher thought I was drawing my friend...
man that was really awkward.
8. I take forever on requests/trades. (but you all knew that!)
9. I don't ever do fanart of characters I really like (or pairings~) because I'm afraid I'll screw them up and then get sad because my art sucks. D:

I was like "I COULD DO THIS" so I tried, and it was AWFUL. It stung and was all dry so I tried to spit it out but swallowed some and I nearly threw up and was gagging and coughing for ten minutes.
Now my throat is super sore and I can STILL TASTE IT.
I'm totally getting my friends to do this on Friday.

In brother news (haha get it? instead of "other" news it's "BRother" news), Zeltis has become obsessed with Code Geass. He's around episode 15. He's even watching it subbed! I'm so proud of him. ;__; He watched all of Death Note on Adult Swim too. Zeltis' favorite character is Lloyd. =w=

Right now I'm working on organizing my music. It's all from Limewire and torrents, so it's really messy. D: When I finish, I'll put it all in a .zip or .rar and upload it here.

Lately I've been playing this really awesome weird creepy wtf game called LSD. It was only released in Japan ten years ago for the Playstation, and is made from some guy's 10 year long dream diary. In the game, each day is a dream, and whenever you touch something you get teleported to a different world. As the days progress, the dreams get weirder and weirder. And really creepy. Like, you'll see this girl playing hopscotch, and if you look back at her she'll be dead in a pool of blood. Weird stuff like that. I had to download a PSX emulator to play it, but it was totally worth it.

Also been baking a lot recently. D: I adapted a recipe to make these awesome cookies, and I've made like 3 microwave cakes...

I wanted to write a story about two goldfish falling in love but I've never had a goldfish in my life. So I'll have to think of something else...

Geh, school starts in a little over a month. For my freshman year I'm taking all honors English I, World History, Conceptual Physics, and Algebra II; Chinese I; some engineering class; and Art I.
GONNA FAIL ALGEBRA II.

I had A LOT OF FUN! Some of the highlights:

Everything was in both French and English, they used the METRIC SYSTEM, and they had really cool money. I still have like $10 of it left...

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. We got downtown using the GO Train and the subway. The GO Train was amazing. I wish I lived in Toronto so I could use it every day, and it was my first time ever on a subway. They had cute little subway tokens~ It was quite an experience.

We actually spent two days in Chinatown, once when my grandpa wired my dad $300 for his birthday and when my mom's paycheck was deposited. I got little stationary things and we ate a lot of food. One of the restaurants just outside of Chinatown we ate at was "Hungary Thai." ...A Hungarian/Thai restaurant. It was really friggin' good. I also got a kickass t-shirt in this hippie street with vintage clothes and stuff.

One day it rained so hard our huge tent collapsed and we used all our towels trying to stop leaks.

We did touristy stuff like see the CN Tower.

TIM HORTON'S WTF. We ate at this fast food chain three times and every time it sucked. Haet Tim Horton's.

Canada is really eco-friendly. It was really weird seein more recycle bins than trash bins. A lot of commercials focused on eco-friendlyness.

PEOPLE BIKED AND WALKED ALL OVER THE PLACE. Not to mention extensive use of public transportation. Gas did cost $6 a gallon, though.

Everyone was really nice.

We went to Toronto Island or something like that. We walked around and ate a French lunch, choked seagulls, and went to a "haunted" lighthouse. It was being worked on and when we went near someone yelled "WHO GOES THERE?" We also waded in cold, cold Lake Ontario.

I tanned for the first time in... five years? xD I have really stark tan lines, so my Mexican genes are probably showing through.

We went on the Maid of the Mist at Niagara falls and got wet.

We stopped on the trip back and stayed in a nice hotel with a huge whirlpool bath. <3

I drew a few things, too, so I'm gonna scan and colour them right now. It'll take a few days, though...

Anyway, I just had to share the weirdest thing. I thought I went to sleep... sometime. I woke up and came out and everyone was watching The Andromeda Strain, and I was like "Oh, yeah, Dad's off today," and it wa supaa hot so I went and got some frozen strawberries and stuff. I noticed that it was like... really dark outside. So I asked my mom "JEEZ WHY IS IT SO DARK OUTSIDE" and she said "Uh, it's ten 'o' clock, durh," and I was like "...HOLY SHIT REALLY."
