Oooops, that doesn't work to well for me does it?

Well, hey all.

Since I'm turning more and more to the vector side of the force (without leaving my roots in photo-manipulation) I'm delighted to see that Hollywood does the same:

A Scanner Darkly - [link]

Now, I haven't seen this personally but I saw a clip from it and it looks really trippy.
The entire film has been vectorized!
And apparently it's not made with any filter, it's handmade. Which is INSANE since the vectors look so good.

Looking at images from the movie I get a feeling of the artwork for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which I really liked.

If you're not familiar with this movie check it out, I know I will...

PS. I think I just saw the scarriest product ever on Amazon: [link]
Talk about a major party-pooper.

Hey all, just wanted to take so time to inform anyone interested in a kick-ass tool I found yesterday.
I was going through my photoshop brushes archives and got fed-up with installing them to check them out.
Enter Google: "Photoshop Brush Viewer"

Search and ye shall find.
ABRviewer is a great little tool that runs outside of Photoshop and is able to open *.abr files and preview each brush that contained within it.
You can set the size you wish for the thumbnails.
This allows you to quickly decide if a brush-archive is worth keeping on your harddrive of if it's just crap.
No more teedious tryouts in photoshop before you decide.

I love this tool!
Now go get it:

[link]

PS. If you enjoy it too, I'm sure the creator gladly accepts a small donation.

I got my first Daily Deviation today (Thu Jan 19, 2006), that's great.
Apparently someone liked my "Mary was a Little Whore" deviation enough to submit it and man has the traffic on my page increased, something I really like.

I would like to thank `nighty for suggesting my art to be a Daily Deviation
and also $chix0r for featuring it.
Really appreciate it.

Make sure you check out the different Stock-accounts from who I've borrowed photos for this deviation.
That was pretty much what this deviation was about, using stock from as many different providers as possible. I watch a whole lot more than those included in this one but I settled with these for this deviation.
Especially check out *neebow whose face is the actual backbone to the entire work.
Thanks girl and keep em coming.

Oh, and I really appreciate all the support I've gotten in the form of comments and favs, it's certainly inspiring and a good boost for future stuff.

My next plan is to do something about Vic Rattlehead in time.

Thanks, best regards / Johan

Note: I want to collectively thank everyone that has supported my work these last two days here at DA. I could keep up with it yesterday but this morning when I got to work my message center was full to the brim.
In order for me to get anything done at all today I have to do it like this. I don't have the time to thank everyone individually. Just wanna let people know that it's really appreciated.
Thank you!

I've been registered here for a while now and my gallery has enough entries in it to be somewhat interesting to visit. There's a whole lot of old junk in there and not much new things, but I'm hoping to change that.
All things might not fit the DA image fully, but I'll add those things still since I want it collected in one place and I'm too lazy to make my own website. I'm first of all talking about my Cellphone themes that might be a little to cheerful for DA.
I thought I would add some links here in order to escape some FAQs regarding how I do this or where I find this etc etc.
