1. i am facinated with the color of my pee. sometimes its dark, sometimes its clear, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!?!
2. i dont like to "go out" to the "bar." i'd much rather spend half as much on liqur and listen to music i like.
3. i like to drink out of mason jars all the time, doesnt matter the liquid, coffee, beer, scotch. i like to use 1 bowl, 1 cup, 1 fork and 1 spoon all the time and wash them after eating. no dishes to do.
4. i play music far too loud constantly.
5. the nose is the finger's playground.
6. my art comes from nowhere.

day four of fasting. its going much better than expected. i feel heightened sensitivity of the senses, and feel much more in tune with my body again. a slightly deeper clarity of mind. perhaps its that my body isnt having to process all the fucked up shit i eat/drink on a daily basis.

i didnt really have a plan on how long to go into this. last time i fasted was for 3 days. yesterday i decided 5 was good, but if i feel good after tomorrow evening i may go for 7 or more. we shall see.

john's last day was yesterday and even tho i have been fasting, i was obligated to take him out for drinks, cutting out early from work. we had a couple of shots and a pitcher of good beer. needless to say i was rather intoxicated having eaten nothing. we played kickball after that and it was hella fun. i was quite tired from the drinking and running around, so i fell asleep soon after. i must say, tho i havent felt this good in a while. perhaps 7 or more is the way to go.

yeah, we're getting a crapload of art together for the outsider artshow at the end of the month in indianapolis (email me if you want more info). last night i got really frustrated with a piece of art i was working on. i started to set it on fire with a lighter, but the burning plastic made everyone nausiated. so i walked briskly to the door and drop kicked it out into the yard. after getting a cigarette and calming down a bit i decided to finnish the deed. i walked back outside with a book of matches in one hand and a gasoline can in the other. dousing it with the 2% oil gas mix, i dropped a few matches onto it and watched it burst into a fireball. slightly more content with the catastrophe i had created in the back yard, i went back inside and went to bed.

lucky for me, i dreamed i was in a hospital that had been locked down by the military. they were lining all the men up and forcing them to enlist, stripping them of their cloths, taking finger prints, tatooing barcodes on our arms and rifling us through single file lines. somehow i managed to hold onto the civilian cloths i had been in there with in the first place, so i tried to dump the BDU's and escape. unfortunately i didnt make it too far before the perimiter guards spotted me and detained me again. i woke up soon after.

after a few cups of coffee, i found some of amy's art supplies in the corner. a three faced doll's head immediately caught my attention. i also found a good sided rubber octapus and many other assorted little plastic oddities. i put the baby's head on the octipus and shoved a nail through to hold it in place. the pointed end goes right through the crying face and adds quite a bit to the disturbing image. next, i added this veeeeeeeeery unsettling hat shaped clown / pencil eraser thing to its head like a hat. then, in one tenticle, i put a little catholic boy praying to it, an american flag in another, a swordfish, coilspring and sprocket, and a m-16 from a gi-joe if i can find one. standing in front of the beast and facing a small group of monkeys, insects and butterflies is a business man, trying to talk natures children into embracing the social leviathan. but talk is cheap..
