Wow, I'm abusing these journals. Aw, well.
So. I have a friend at my school, who I though was just, y'know, a regular guy. He seems normal enough. (Well, ok, 'normal' doesn't apply to anyone at my school XD) But at lunch one day, he says something about an agent for acting.
Wait... agent?
Did he really just say agent?
So he tells me to Google him.
....

HOLY CARP FISH, he was in ALL MY CHILDREN for 2 YEARS. He's been on BROADWAY when he was, like, 8. He was originally just trying to promote his mother's clothing store in a mall when he entered the pagents and contests. THE MALL MANAGER gave him $1000 dollars to go enter the finals of the contest. NO LIE.

AND he's a great dancer. Amazing. Amazing.

So. I feel really, really small when I real this. REALLY small.

But.
But it doesn't really matter. He doesn't lord it over people. He's not stuck up or anything like that. After all, he's the one who talked to me, ME, the weird girl who didn't talk to anyone the first few weeks of school because I had no friends. And now any chance he gets he includes me. (Mostly in teasing, it seems, but it's cool because I tease him back. It's how we interact )

Well. I'm going to die.
I'm sure you're wondering why I'm going to die. No, I don't have cancer.
No, I'm going to die because I wrote a song for an assignment at school. And now my teacher is having me actually work on it with really good musicians at my school. I'll be missing my math class because of it.
I expect some of you are saying "That's amazing, Luna, you get a chance to get recognized for your musical talent blah blah blah." Well, no. It's not amazing. Because I don't believe I'm a good singer. Or songwriter. Or anything of that sort. "Well, at least you miss math class," you might say. No. I'm amazing in that class, and when the other kids act up, I pretty much get to run the class because our teacher asks me what problem we should do next, ect. (I still hate that class though.)
At lunch today, my friend S-chan was telling me that this was a great opportunity, and my teacher wouldn't have chosen me if I wasn't good and such. After she got off her little soap box, I told her that I was freaking out over the fact that this might actually be recorded. Professionally. At my school. So. Yeah.
And I need to juggle that AND my routine for my movement class. I need to tell a story with a song in the background. Except, I can't use the song's plot line. So I'm doing Saltwater Room, and I'm a girl so full of life who isn't wanted anywhere. She gets depressed, cuts herself, then tries to commit suicide from jumping off a building. But she finds that she can fly. She's so uplifted and feels like she can do anything. And she wakes up from her dream (the flying part) and feels amazing. The end.

Apparently, I don't see myself clearly, says a few people. -3- SO. To my chagrin, I'm making a list, to see just how well I "don't see myself".

Pros:
+ I'm creative

+ I've got spunk

+ I suppose I can draw
+ I'm an alright writer
+ I'm motivated
+ I'm good at math
+ Maybe I'm a good listener?
+ I'm protective about my friends (could be considered a con)

Cons:
- I'm hopelessly naive

Well, I figured I'd get some use out of these free skins a-fore they go poof. ("Before they are gone") Though, since I know nothing about skins because I've never used them before, I'm not sure how to add my own links, ect. None of the art or anything that might show up here is mine. I'm working on figuring out how to fix that... **UPDATE** I think I have fixed this problem.

So. Random announcements, not in any particular order.

It's November! 8D Which means Christmas stuff is coming around now. Yeah, I know, I think it's way too early, too. But I love the Christmas season so much that I don't really mind. But I won't start listening to Christmas music until a few days before Thanksgiving. (That is, unless I give in, which I THINK I have enough willpower to not do.) I'll probably post a random Christmas list later on.

My writers block seems to be gone, at least for the time being. I've been able to write a half-decent story for a couple weeks now. If I actually manage to get a chapter done, I'll probably post it. Probably.

Speaking of writing, I've been thinking of doing a collaboration sort of story with someone. (I write a chapter, they write a chapter). Let me know if anyone wants to try it out. I don't guarantee a colab with you just because you say you want to - I'll probably only pick 1 person.

I apologize if I haven't been talking to certain people lately. Life is busy. I also apologize for not visiting the sites I belong to that some of you may originally know me from. I'm working on finding time. >_<

Other news. My face officially breaks cameras. No joke, it does. A friend of mine (who will go unnamed because I'm nice like that ) had been trying to get pictures of me, despite me trying to hide myself. And when they did actually manage a picture, it was either really blurry or my face was all white, with no facial features.
So yeah. It breaks cameras.
