So apparently Russia got their shit together and finally flew this thing yesterday or so and...

I found it underwhelming. I was expecting something awesome like the Su-47 or that Nosferatu thing in AC6, but it turned out to be some kind of YF-23 looking thing with tailplanes and Flanker looking engines. Oh well. I guess it's kinda neat in it's own right.

I'm guessing any new flyan gaems will immediately put this plane in.

So i've been playing the original RIIIIIDGEEEE RAAAACEEERRR tonight. For the first time in the 13 years the game has been out, I have finally beaten the #13 car and beaten the game. Holy fuck. My impression so far is this: It's definately MUCH more chaotic and intense, yet at the same time it feels slightly slower, if you can believe that. One of the changes that I do like, is short hopping is much easier to do. That and being able to get ITEMS while moving around is nice.

What i've been thinking of doing, Is making a sort of visual novel thing for Animi. I've already written the first chapter of a short story, and i'm thinking of putting it in flash, and drawing pics and whatnot to go with it.

The story in question is written from Marcher's perspective, which makes it tougher, but he's probably my favorite character to write for. I'm contemplating making him the main character of Animi. Then again, I doubt many even care what i'm talking about lol.

In other news, I just saw Godzilla: Final Wars. It's somewhat of a departure from the Godzilla movies I remember. However, once the second half of the movie gets underway, shit gets epic.

Watching a guy in a rubber suit beat the fuck out of other guys in rubber suits (and occasional cgi monsters), is one of the best things ever. The controls are pretty much exactly like the PS2 versions, although the analogue was a little too sensitive. Aside from that, hard win.

Graphics are impressive too. I actually ended up saying out loud, "shit, is this IN GAME?". You only get 1 level to play, but there are TONS of enemies, which is nice.

Scorpions of the Sky

This is that "Animi Visual Novel" project i've been talking about. If you've played any of those visual novel games like Tsukihime, or Kanon or whatever, this will be kinda the same format.
