'Kay, so, I was in some exotic animal sick ward, and they were taking care of this baby gorilla. Um..I can't remember her name....it started with a "D" and was two syllables, like Dohi, or Dudu, or Dodo...Anyways, she hadn't been responding to her treatment for months, but for some reason, when I started visiting, she did. Like I'm some sort of heroic gorilla-whisperer or some shit *shrug*. Eventually, they let me buy her because I was the only one she'd behave for. It was awesome; we bonded like *snaps* that. Then, one day, this brat kid came up behind me while I was carrying her on my shoulder and yanked her toe really hard. She turned her head around and just kinda made this low growl. She didn't show teeth or anything, it was just sort of a "Hey, kid, I'm the boss here, so don't touch me, 'kay?". But his stupid mom filed charges. And even though the kid provoked it, they took her away from me. I woke up before there was any euthanization, but that's bound to be what they would have done. *sigh* Oh well, it's just a dream. I swear I can feel her fur though...

Anyways, I have parents' night at volleyball tonight. *woooo* */sarcasm*.

And Mr.DeGear asked me to be in the Journalism class next year. That's almost always reserved for Upperclassmen cuz the stuff actually goes in the paper. He's scouted me out as a Freshman & asked me to do it as a Sophomore. w00tberger! Lol, sorry, am I gloating? I dunno if I'm gonna do it anyways. In my schedule I asked to be put in Creative Writing, but he said I could easily go in there and switch that to Journalism if I wanted.
This weekend is Baccalaureate (Choir is singing "May It Be") and the Rafting Trip- I hope I get to go!!
Including weekends, there's only seventeen days of school left.
