Kay so... I've decided to do Infection after all, but I'm gonna wait a while before I do it. In the mean time I want to come up with the characters, and as always I'd love if you guys could lend a hand or 2.

Now I need villains...well, they're not villains if you look at it in the internets perspective.

Basic Story:
Lee is a quiet hacker more than often thought to be a boy. Her father was a well known program developer before he died and on the 5th anniversary of his death, Lee releases her latest project, Viral005, on the computers of her classmates. However Viral runs into an Anti-Virus Program like no other that reverses it's program sicking it back on its creator. Virals programing both prevents it from destroying Lee's computer and itself and forces it out of the computer in the form of a teenage girl.

Viral is still programed to do as Lee asks, which becomes complicated as she has no social skills or any sense of personal space, requiring to occasionally upgrade the Virus as companies go searching to destroy the dangerous living program. To fight a living virus, you need a living anti-virus.


---Thus, I need some Anti-Virus' to go up against Vira every once in a while... it's like a mix of Vocaloids, Loveless and...I dunno, Yu-gi-oh! without the cards? Zatch Bell without the scary dolls? IDK. Poke'Mon I think is the third.
I need some character pitch's in other words. Like what would Norton Anti-Virus look like personified? Of McAfee (in all its crappy expensiveness...) Pitch me some other you know and some ideas. ^^ KK?

Part 2 of my question: (This is turning into an experiment, I'm sorry!) But it's great for people thinking of getting in on the fun and what to know what photographers are looking for.
Based on you views of "cosfail"....

You're at a local con and there are a few cosplayers walking around. The con is pretty empty at the moment and you feel you should take advantage of this and snap some photos. Before you take photos you ask them the origin of their outfits and why they picked them. Of the cosplayers listed who would you ask for a photo and why? (yes you can pick as many as you want)


Cosplayer A) Cosplayer A is our given, a naruto cosplayer, Male, Caucasian, about 5'5", thin. They say they bought they're costume off cosplayhouse.com and the wig off ebay. They're pretty dead on for Naruto. Though they only picked the outfit because "no one" does Naruto.

Cosplayer B) Cosplayer B is our other given, Ichigo from Bleach. However this time Ichigo is female, caucasian, about 5'2" and 145. She states she spent 6 weeks sewing her costume and another 4 crafting her sword out of paper maché. Her wig isn't styled much but it does appear she tried to spike it herself.

Cosplayer C) Cosplayer C is our mold breaker. Cosplay C is Miku from Vocaloids. Female, Black, 5'9" and about 120 maybe. Her wig is navy blue and the pigtails come down to her waist. They're slightly tangled and look to be poor quality. She's wearing a pair of skullcandy headphones and a dark blue skirt that has no black nor pleats in it. She's wearing a longsleeved grey shirt with a light blue tie, black tights and has green nail polish on.

Cosplayer D) Cosplayers D are a male about 6' 2" cosplaying Misa from Death Note and his girlfriend who's about 5'5" cosplaying Light. The male cosplayer has on fishnets and high heeled knee high boots while wearing a very nice lolita dress (that apparently his girlfriend picked out for him)and a very nicely brushed naturally looking blonde wig. The female cosplayer is in a clean pressed tan suit, has a Death Note and an apple and her wig is looking pretty sharp.

Cosplayer E)Cosplayer E is (a real example)...well, we don't know what Cosplayer E is. They're male, hispanic, about 5'5" and 135. They're wearing a tuxedo and converses while holding a keyblade and wearing a mask from Zero of Code Geass. He offers no explanation for his outfit or the reason for his choice.

Cosplayers F) Cosplayers F are two male cosplayers, one Black, one caucasion. The caucasion male is about 6'0" and 145 cosplaying Yuki from Gravitation. The Black Male is about 5'6" 175 cosplaying Shuichi from the same series. Yuki is in a black suit and blue shirt but the suit jacket and shirt are open exposing his chest. (X3) Shuichi is in the yellow and black concert outfit wearing black pants in place of the shorts. They explain that they just met and decided to tag along with each other through the con to provide fanservice.

Cosplayer G) Cosplayer G is female, caucasian, about 4' 11" cosplaying Tsuna from Hitman Reborn. She's spiked her own hair a sprayed it brown in places and she's wearing a head bland with a piece of paper with fire drawn on in crayon stuck to it. She's wearing orange skinny jeans, an orange T shirt and black gloves and sneakers. She says it's her first con and didn't learn about in until 3 days before so she had to rush with her costume.

Cosplayer H) Cosplayer H is our final cosplayer. Female, Black, 5'7" 125. She's cosplaying Dark from DN Angel. She's wearing the black Phantom Theif sleeveless shirt and pants from the anime. She also has a set of black wings attached to the shirt. The shirt is slightly open and her binding is very well done. Her wig is a royal purple and spiked just right that it both defys gravity and sways slightly when she moves. She's waiting for her cosplay group since her "Diasuke" has her overcoat.

So even with NP going on (my motivation is on high so no new comics...) I was thinking... for the love of god, there's too much Yaoi in my gallery. (Yes I said that. XD ) so I started flipping through my faves and my watchers gallerys for inspiration for Yaoi's twin sister...Yuri.

It was gonna be a short comic called Infection (telling you cause I'm not doing it and someone might wanna) It's kinda like Vocaloids only...not. Stars a computer nerd(TRAAP!!!!), no friends... you know... Creates a virus to hack and destroy her hometowns computers from the inside. After some failure the virus comes to life and blah blah, smex and comedy and I'm not doing it so no more info.>>_>>

Kay so I've decided page one of V2 will be up on January 1st. Cause I love you guys. XD

I thought I'd share some random doodles with you guys too. Like they're random doodles cause I'm trying desperately to improve where you guys said I need work.
The cover was hard for me since Tai feels so short and squishy to me. Not that squishy isn't a bad thing...but I find tall people smexiful and short people are just the cutest things. (Translating to Tall Tai=smexi and short No-No = adorable) But that's my math...and me rambling.
Point being... it fell too compressed, but if it looks better, I'll try to get over it.

I'm gonna color with Paint Tool Sai for a bit since it's real easy to use, the lines are clean, It's just cleaner overall but photoshop is still in service for backgrounds and animations.

I owe Racconpup, Stalkerofneji, Timekeeper101, Twilightsxthorn...anyone else I forgot. I'm really behind in my work I owe but ahead in the work I should be doing.

Cosplay commissions are on hold as I'm a bit backed up on orders. As well as my own projects. (Nigaito, Winter!Kaiko, Gakupo!Kaito, BRS!Len and I have to finish Sebastian.)

Um also massive revision of NP V1. Like every page. I went over some last night (the originals cause it was like 2am) and I was...I suck. Let's put it that way. It was...what's the word I've been using lately... FAILTASTIC...so much fail it was almost a win. Page 9 has been completely re-drawn. Later pages in the same part will be re-drawn, some will just be edited in Sai. Like the anatomy was just SO bad in some places. I knew it before but looking back it's like "OHGOD!!!!!!" XD

My spelling is atrocious. To say the least. Grammar doesn't matter cause this it's a really laid back dialogue. The speech bubbles are garbage, my handwriting is...almost non-existent.

I'm stressed from the revisions alone. Cause it took me over 6 months to do all this, my fear is "Shit... I might not have this done by the release date." And I can't push back the date. The next con I'm at might not be Otakon after all. It might be ANEXT10 and I won't have a table. (Cause I party like a boat at AN.) So just me being the shit slow typer I am makes me worry. I'll try to revise 5 pages a day from X mas to Valentines...save cosplay meets.

As for the faves poll: Lolz Yuko only has one real fan. XD I'm surprised people like Chii so much...and Duh, Team Damato FTW! >D *totally voted for Tai like the biased artist she is.*

And if you have any hints for how to put those headers and footers I drew into my journal that'd be awesome of you. ^^

-- Usually I'll draw my characters and fan works with noses, EXCEPT No-Pulse, because that's the style choice I made. I designed it to be more visually pleasing as opposed to being anatomically correct.

3)Music puts me in a rhythm and my playlist changes that rhythm every half a minute or so. (Moonlight Shadow, Near's Theme, Misa no Uta, What's up people, Beethovens 5th Disco remix...)

But back to this...

A thing I want to do is still on the subject of DN, (if you've seen BoBo) I wanna make the whole cast of DN BoBoized. :p

Next up is to put up pics of Taunt, Tease and their stories...

I also have to finish Ch.1 of DN: SOL and check to see if I should post Ch. 2 (If anyone cares.)

Finally, and this is important... I have to learn to use GIMP!!!!!!! AGH!
