NO. I do not care about Twilight. I know half the school has read it, and I know I haven't read it, but I'm basing it's contents by your actions, and by acting that way, you'll never seduce me into reading that tween-bate garbage.

Yesterday, my Twihard sister got her hair temporarily dyed a reddish-brown (guess why). As I followed her through the school, everyone I heard compliment on it stated "I love your hair, it looks just like Alice Cullen's (the deepest, coolest character ever)!!" What, so the fangirls have been poisoned so far as to think that anyone with shortish brown-red hair Alice? She ruins my username.

Turns out my sister was dressing up as Alice to see the movie (you know, the one with the trailer so vague that it seems it is only marketed to those who know of the series, since no one else will see it?), and that brings up another question. How do you dress up as a character who wears NORMAL CLOTHES?

One of my teachers asked a student carrying the book, "Is that required? I've seen so many people reading that."

Well, at least it came out today and everyone will start to shut up about it. That is, untilt the next crappy movie comes out.

I went through the aftermath of the hurricane about 2 weeks ago. My power was only out for a day but I still didn't have to go to school for 2 days awwwwwriiiight

Also, the desgn I made for a homecoming t-shirt contest won. Yay. Although cheesy, people said they liked it.

And yesterday the marching band had a competition in the city. It was so funny because one of the guys from the news was there...and he was talking to our band (mostly because of the awesome superhero guy we have who dresses up and calls himself TubaMan). We were the obnoxious school for once. We felt so special. This was a special competition too, as we never win anything, but this time we won all the awards in our class (only 2 bands but still)! Too bad our director wasn't there, though...

So yeah. Ignore this journal. It's pretty darn boring.

Question:1.Do you like school dances?
I've never been to homecoming dances, as this is my first highschool year. I was half-n-half with middle school dances, I disliked the music and atmosphere, and I got tired real quick, but I loved just talking and screaming with my few good friends.

2: Do you move around a lot?
I was born in another town, but moved out when I was 1 or so. I've been living in the same house ever since, and've been going to the same school from when it was first built.

Except....it seemed like there were only two groups of fashion attire there: Hollister/AE, and emo.

Anyone who wasn't wearing a earth-toned 50-dollar sweatshirt with the words "So Cal '89" or "Aeropostale" slapped across the front was wearing emo clothes. Bad...emo clothes. Like...there's this girl who was sort of a "prep" last year, who now has her hair black and was wearing high-top Converse (still and forever will be cool) and a tied-corset thing (which was like the front half, and then held against the body by a single ribbon in the back I mean wth). In fact, there were lots of people that were wearing the corset/vests.

I was wearing stuff like that two years ago (fortunatly I grew out of most of it, but I still love plaid skirts, crisp white shirts, ribbons 'n vests :U). Not that it matters, but it isn't it a
late to be jumping in to this tired, old emo fad?

Or did my corset/vests start something....horrendous? x_x_{I hope not.}

Maybe they were just being sold at Wal-Mart. Whenever I see the same shirt on multiple different people, I go to Wal-Mart and it's there.

Here's a rundown:

<sub>It was awesome. One of my favorite vacations I've ever taken. Like the cruise we took to the Bahamas from Florida two years ago, half of these vacations are paid by my dad's business (fortunatly lol), as basically it's a huge business trip. We'd never be able to afford this crap by ourselves x_x

This time it was Las Vegas, and we stayed in the Treasure Island hotel and then the Palazzo. Super rich places with designer clothing stores in them. The suites were the fanciest I'll probably EVER stay in. Omfg how do people make that much money.

...and we saw Cirque du Soleil (Mystere). It. Was. AWESOME. Other than that and the Hoover Dam, most of the time spent went to walking the streets and malls. There were guys handing out call-girl cards, otherwise known as Hoe TCG. These things were trading card quality, about the size of a trading card, and featured a picture of your nude hooker. There was one for an azn group titled "Chinese Take-Out". Sorry, I lol'd

At Freemont, there was a freaking QUEEN tribute on the big screen light-show thing. OMGBBQWTF I bought souveniers, too; I got a hamburger hat to go to my collection, a Hello Kitty that you can color with markers from Sanrio, Host Club 8 (finally lulz), a keychain and program from Mystere, and a pen that features the backside of a dude wearing nothing but a lil' thong, and then when you flip it over it dissapears LOL



Of course there was more stuff we did, but it's not all that important :U (has already wasted your time ). And now....I'm stuck back i Ohio. Stupid Ohio.</sub>

Yep, w00t, I turned 15 today.

I got a Wii, too! To be honest I have very little knowledge of some of the Nintendo character franchises, but this system was WAY cheaper than the PS3, so me and my sister asked for the Wii. And we got it. And Brawl. Yey.

I haven't even hooked it up yet, but once I get decent at the games I'll give out my friendcode.

...And someone already actually CALLED and wished me a happy birthday! What a surprise. I didn't think anyone'd remember. C:


Oh yes, and I will be on vacation from the 23 Monday to I think the next Monday. So I won't be online :S And then I have bandcamp. Ugh.

ISSUE 2
_{Wth is up with the show "America's Got Talent". Srsly. That rude, disgusting audience booed off an elderly couple that played the accordian (which, you know, actually takes TALENT), yet they screamed for joy for a freaking crossdresser that, does not even SING, but LIPSYNCS, to pass through. Wtf. I swear, if he were a real woman lip syncing, he wouldn't pass through. But because he's *gasp* A MAN in DRAG, he did. I know the approval is more based on audience cheers now, but if that's what America thinks is talent, I feel very sad for my country.}

ISSUE 3:

I got taggizzil'd by . It's the one where you post 8 things about yourself yadda yadda yadda too lazy to fetch the rules.

1. I can beat everyone in the area at Guitar Hero and DDR, for two reasons. 1)I was the first to get the darned games around here, therefor, instead of playing my level of Expert they're all stuck at Medium, and 2) Barely anyone's even played DDR. lol.

2. Mulan is one of my favorite Disney movies. I wish more Disney would have wars and armies and stuff like in Mulan.

3. I have spent more than $250 on Death Note crap. I'm not sure if I'm proud or not lol.

4. I named my two surviving kittens Belle and Hermy/Herman (since gray=silver=quicksilver=mercury=hermes=hermy).

5. I used to hate rollercoasters but now I love them.

6. Stingrays are cuter than bunnies.

I was in 3 events (all of which I sucked at lol) BUT not to fear because our homeroom won in the end wewt. The best part was during tug-o-war, when one class just let go of the rope and the whole other class fell down and I was like LOL PWN'T. And then after that, the dominating class challenged the TEACHERS LOOOL and they did the same thing, and HOMG it was hilarious. Most of them fell down, including one of mah fav'rit teachers (he's a big guy with a shiny bald head lol). He was first in line, and it looked like he did a mid-air spiral when falling down from where i was standing}

Sorry I've been kinda dead lately....this dang Lamento fanart is time-consuming, but I have a feeling the turn-out will be awesome.

KITTEN UPDATE!

If you remember, my cat was having babies when I was writing my last journal D: I was all worried because there were some complications....so here's the story.
The slow kitten that was found in the litter box survived! Yay! After her and the stillborn, we knew there were more kittens in the mother, so we waited...and waited....and waited....until the next day, and still nothing showed up. We took the mother (Bunny, a cute stray cat we found with half a tail) to the vet. She had a C-section overnight (meaning we had to bottle-feed the two kittens....d'awww) and get this: Bunny had 3 DEAD FETUSES inside of her. THAT'S 6 KITTENS for this first-time mom

The reason why they weren't being born naturally was because a suspected birth defect the doctor had never seen before: Bunny's uterus was strangely attached to her bladder. When we picked her up the next day, we were worried if she wouldn't be able to pee...but she did. Whew. The kittens started nursing again, and all was well. The End.

I srsly thought either the mom, the dumpster kitten, both or all were going to die. I thank goodness everyone miraculously came out safe Now the kittens just opened their eyes. One is sorta cock-eyed, but I think it's just because she can't control them yet.

Sooooooooo....that was an adventure.

And.....I found a pattern on the web that I am going to attempt to make plushies with (I'll link to it on the final project). BUT I'm not sure what to make! So far I'm going to be making L for a tester, and Lavi (HAIR OMG). Here's where I'm stuck: with white material for the hair I can either make Allen (DGM), Rai (Lamento), or Zero (Vampire Knight). Allen's iffy because I'll already have made a DGM plush, Rai is iffy because I'm already doing fanart of him, and Zero's iffy simply because his hair's a bit more grey than the white I'm gonna buy.

But oh wouldn't it be cute to paint Lavi's and Allen's eyes to be looking at each other *o*

No, I do not a body the size of my huge head, no I do not want hands smaller than the pupil of my eye, and no I do not want unnaturally-colored hair hanging down to my ankles. At least Tsukasa's hair is normal--oh wait, nevermind, it's friggin' purple.

Speaking of Tsukasa, they're making a Sekirei anime, once a manga by one of my favorite manga artists Sakurako Gokurakuin (Senstive Pornograph, Juvenile Orion). Now why didn't they do that earlier with Orion? IT WOULD MAKE PRETTY ANIMU ART, I WANT BISHIES, NOT HUGE-BOOB FIGHTERS!

Last week I went to that writing tournament thing I've mentioned before and got 6th place I got a lil' trophy. Last year I didn't place in the first round, but then placed 14th in the second and got a medal. Well, a classmate died today. One in my grade, and everybody felt it since the 8th grade class is only about 100 kids. He'd always had heart trouble, and he was a real nice kid, never did anything wrong, was quiet, and didn't do anything to annoy anyone. He was nice to everyone he knew. As for me, I was friends with him and went to his party last year, and I went to his :3. Anyway, he just passed out after sports practice. It was completly out of the blue and I couldn't believe it when they told me in the morning. We all miss the guy ~~
So, this is the 4th death in the past 2 years (one other in my grade last year, she was a close friend and she died of cancer). We will remember him, and I hope for the best for his family and we classmates.

ADVENTURES in OHAYOCON!!

Ohayacon was fun. It was three floors high, and maybe a thousand or so people there (I saw new people around every corner, unlike at smaller cons). I saw there! He was in artist alley. At least I'm pretty sure that was him o-O I was going to ask where his white angel picture was, but I didn't in case that wasn't actually him

I ordered the L Nendroid doll last night for a freakin' $$$40. I am going to take funny pictures of him being carried away by my Ryuk plush (which i named Ugles).

I'm really not working on anything right now, except for Christmas presents for family. I hope I get a tablet or some high-tech art program thinger for Christmas. My awesome aunt that lives up north was working on it Wow that'd be amazing. Last Christmas gifts were the best Christmas gifts evar, as I got my first Guitar Hero and DDR, and the same awesome aunt bought me the rare Hyde - ROENTGEN CD online. 'Twas awesome.

I am getting so tired of these tards at school. Here's a conversation I heard a few days ago between a group of girls and a few boys:
"Hey, I didn't get that done. Lemme copy yours."
"Okay."
"Me too."
"Oh yeah I need it next."
"Can I have it after you?"
"Sure."
"Thanks."
"Hey, I never do my book reports. I just hand it to my mom and she does it for me."
"I know mine does too!"
"Pfft, lucky. My mom won't do jack-crap for me >:-U"

Maybe that's because you're 'sposed to do your own homework. Why don't you go use that 500 dollars you get every year from your mom for Christmas that you mentioned in an earlier conversation and buy yourself some homework help if you need it that badly.
AND some of these kids are in geometry with me. Whaddya know, they group-copy those works too. And cheat on tests (last year in algebra a kid in a grade above us wrote the answer on the back of her leg and stuck it out in the aisle so everyone can copy it down. Clever? I think not.) Truly an insult to everyone who does their work in class and still struggle to get an A (haha me lol). But I guess it's not all bad because it's fun to laugh at them when they are asked to read out loud and all they can do is read one word one at a time and in a monotone voice.
AND it's not only the psuedo-smurt kids (story 'bout that word at the bottom) that cheat. There's a tard that while doing class work will roam around the room and peer over people's shoulders to get all the answers for an assignment. I asked him if he should do any of his work on his own and he said "But I do!!" Puh-leeze.
AND there's a lil' redneck bugger that runs through the halls and up the stairs and yells and screams with the voice of an elementary-schooler. I told him to watch his step as he squeezed between me and the wall while going up the stairs and he tripped and fell lawl.
AND (almost done) the rednecks here (read: everyone) either talks wangster or their native language of redneck. The busride is the worst.
"Awww son WHUT! WHUT white boi?" (hint: 99% of the school is white.)
"He said he gon shoot dat deer." (a redneck says as we pass an inflatable reindeer, which we pass every day, btw).
"I gon beat you up! Mess you up gewd!"

So yeah. Also, which style of mine do you prefer: trad or digi? I can go both ways. Even though some effects I want can't be acheived with traditional art, it's waaay easier. In digi, the lines and coloring are smooth, but I'm constantly correcting them. So any thoughts?

Eeeee I won a drawing at school today, and I got a huge Hershey's chocolate bar! And we have this statewide writing thing, and every week we have a meet and then eventually we go compete for county, regional, state, etc. (Last year I went all the way to state, like, the only person to make it in the last 10 years XD). Today's prompt was "Watching, describe what you see.". And OMG mine was fantastic. It was about a person witnessing the end of the world, I might even post it on dA sometime. I think the last part went like:

THE AWESOME

Anyway, this week was boring, our football team won for the 2nd time this season, we got 3rd out of 3 bands this last competition, the ham in the lunch today was shiny and gross. Speaking of band (I write a lot about band, 'cuz it's one of the few things i really enjoy), next week we go to the mall after our last competition. They have a cheesecake factory there yay!!

I've noticed how there have been no Death Note commercials with actual VIDEO yet. They normally show trailers a week before the show airs, but I saw none. Suspiscious I c whut u did thar, adult swim...

I'm beginning to really hate school...well I always hated it, but I just realized that in this small school, I see the same people everyday, as I had been for everyday of my school life, and I already know them all so it's hard to make "new" friends. omg, I actually found my school on Youtube. We are so dinky and small, and I was looking at marimba crap (a xylophone thing i can play) (also, must watch "Marimba Ponies" on Youtube) and then I typed in the name of a competition we had a while back (they only had the winners, not us), and then there it was!! My school in the middle of nowhere on Youtube. oh wow.
I hate Youtube commenters, probably the dumbest people on the internet...racist this and you suck that. Less see them do it.

Omigosh at the school that hosted our marching band competition today they served PUMPKIN PIE as a conceission. yummmmm (best emote ever)
We got 2nd out of 2 bands for the 2nd time in the C Class. And I thought our "Halo Suite" song would hook the people...

You might not see any deviations from me in a while, I am working on a time-taking piece on Paint right now. OMG DEATH NOTE showing on adult swim at 12:00 the last week of October. EXACTLY ONE MONTH (4 episodes) away from the DVD release (4 episodes). not sure if i like this deal or not.
