  Creo que ha sido una temporada muuuuy larga la que he pasado sin subir nada nuevo, pero como algunos recordarán, mi cámara Nikon sufrió de un extraño accidente y se dañó el procesador, por lo que la reparació salía demasiado cara...

  La vida siguió y siguió . . . y llegó mi cumpleaños =D

  Sinceramente no esperaba que mi madre hiciera eso, pero lo hizo, me llevó a Liverpool (una tienda departamental, no la ciudad de Inglaterra) y me dijo que que molestara a uno de los vendedores de cámaras fotográficas hasta que me convenciera de alguna, y yo le hice caso.

  Al final, resultó una Samsung Reflex GX10, con un objetivo 18 - 35. Yo sé que no es lo mejor de lo mejor, pero es mi primera reflex y es a prueba de polvo y lluvia =D

  I know it's been a looooong time since I last uploaded something new, but as some of you remember, my Nikon had a little accident and the chip got damaged, the repairs were too expensive, so I decided to buy a new one, but I didn't had the money...

  Life went on and on . . . and at last, my birthday came =D

  To be honest, I wasn't expecting my mother to do what she did, she took me to Liverpool (it's a store, not the city in England) and told me to bother one of the camera salers until I get convinced with one, and I did just that.

  The winer was a Samsung Reflex GX10 with a 18 - 35 lens. I know it's not the best of the best, but it's my first reflex and it's dust and rain proof =D

  La escuela metió su preción a tope, pero ya casi termina por completo, y lo que falta es arreglar detalles por todos lados, puedo decir que ya no soy estudiante, ahora soy todo un egresado, pero no sé si eso es bueno o malo, lo que sí sé es que será otra Gran Aventura (lo siento, soy fan de Peter Pan :XD:).

  Ha sido un laaaaaaaaaaaaaaargo tiempo desde la última vez que entré a Deviant Art, por cuestiones del trabajo y de la escuela, de pronto demandaron toda mi atención y mi tiempo, pero creo que las saqué adelante bastante bien. Ahora ya tengo tiempo para revisar mis 852 deviaciones, 175 mensajes y 3 notas que me están esperando desde hace mucho. Esas son las buenas noticias.

  Las malas noticias son, que se descompuso mi cámara :( ni Nikon dejó de funcionar de repente, yo creo que fue por un golpecito, pero de todas formas, había recibido golpes más fuertes y había continuado funcionando perfectamente, de cualquier manera, la voy a llevar a reparar, pero no sé en cuanto me vaya a salir el chistecito, de eso dependerá que la repare o que de plano, mejor me compre otra.

  School made it's preasure at it's full, but it's almost over, and what is left are mere details, I'm no longer a student, and I don't know if it's good or bad, but I'm sure it's different and will be a great adventure (sorry, Peter Pat fan :XD:).

  I've been a looooooooong time away, becouse of school and other things, like work and stuff, they needed my full atention and time to end well, and I think they did. Now I have time to put up with my 852 deviations, 175 messages and 3 notes I have waiting since so long. Those are the good news.

  The bad news are that my camera broke :( it stopped working suddenly, but I think it could have been a little hit, but still, it had recived stronger ones and continued working normaly. Any way, I'm taking it to repair one of this days, and see how much it takes, unfortunately, the repair of my Nikon will not be cheap, and I'm going to consider buying a new one, it all depends on how much money I have to pay...

   Y la pregunta sería, ¿para quién sí? Me dieron dos semanas de vacaciones por parte de la escuela e ilúsamente creí que me serían suficientes para hacer todo lo que había pensado hacer. No he podido terminar de pasa a computadora un par de cosas que escribí, tampoco terminar de organizar archivos en mi PC ni quemar unos cuantos discos que tengo ahí amontonados desde hace tiempo.

   La peor parte viene en el momento en que hay que regrezar a la mortal rutina de ir a la escuela todos los días después de trabajar, sólo llego a mi casa para dormir =(

   Sinceramente espero que ese ritmo termine pronto, me gusta hacer muchas cosas además de mis propias obligaciones, y con un horario tan saturado, difícilmente se puede.

   En fin, disfrutaré la semana que me queda y a ver que pasa :XD:

I haven't been able to finish any of those thing, like scribing in my computer a pair of thing that I had written, or organize my bunch of files, nor even to burn a couple of discs that have been lying there for quite some time...

   Maybe the worst part comes when I'll have to go back to the stressfull routine of going to school right after work, and get home only to sleep =(

   Sincerely, I hope all this ends up soon, I like to do lots of things in adition to those I have to, and with such a tight schedule, those are hardly done.

   Well, I think I better enjoy my last week before going back to all that mess :XD:

El trabajo está tomando la mayor parte de mi tiempo, de manera tal que la escuela parece algo mucho más sencillo de lo que era antes... Pero eso no me detiene, aín existen los fines de semana y los dos o tres días que puedo salir relativamente temprano de la escuela para jugar con el photoshop y lograr algo decente que subir =D

Por otra parte, la inspiración literaria anda medio fuertezona, pero el blog no ha tenido mejor suerte que DA...

En fin, la vida se sigue complicando y me handan ofreciendo trabajo en otro lado, con sus ventajas y deventajas, por lo pronto, lo que les puedo decir es que la otraes una compañía que se dedica a cuestiones de multimedia y trabaja para el CENART y el INBA y cosas así, por lo tanto es una oferta bastante tentadora, pero aún hay mucho que evaluar.

My work is killing my free time, in such a away that school seems to be the light part on my life... But that can't stop me, there are still the weekends in which I can go and play with my cam and photoshop to get something decent to submit =D

In something else, my literature inspiration is having a great time, but regadless of that, my blog hasen't had better luck than DA...

Well, life is getting a bit complicated, I've got an offer for a different job with it's advantages and disvantages, for now, all I can tell is that this new job is about working with multimedia, for a company that works for CENART and INBA (Art related institutes and goverment secretaries), so it's a very interesting option, but there is still too much to think about.

El lunes pasado entré a la universidad, mi último semestre de la carrera y aún no sé si quiero dejar de estudiar o seguir haciendolo por el resto de mi vida, pero creo que no me pagarán por seguir estudiando...
Últimamente muchas ideas han flotado en mi cabeza, convirtiendola en un mar de conceptos que chocan unos contra otros y generan caos, ya voy a empezar mi tesis, hay michas cosas que quiero aprender de forma autodidacta, tengo ideas y lugares donde quiero tomar fotos, y muchas historias que contar.

I reentered university the last monday, my last semester and I still don't know if I want to stop studing or continue doing it forever, but I think no one will pay me just for studing...

Hoy es el día en que tengo que abrir ese viejo cajón y meter el año ahí dentro, para no venirlo cargando todo el tiempo, hoy recopilo toda la experiencia ganada durante un año y la almaceno en el archivo de consulta, hoy armo sueños y esperanzas para mis años futuros y mido mis logros en risas y sonrisas provocadas en la gente a mi alredeor, hoy también cumplo un año más, pero ese lo guardo en el cajón.

  Hi ^^ today, my free subscription ended abruptly, as abruptly as it started and mos curiosly, exactly the same way, with a click to a poll of , anyway, I was going to purchase an acount and thought today was a good day to do so :XD: so I did. I only hope I don't get to eager about spending money in internet, just becouse I have a visa credit card of my own.   Hola ^^ hoy, my subscripción gratuita terminó repentinamente, tan repentinamente como empezó y lo más curioso es que fue de la misma manera, con dar click a una encuesta que hizo , de cualquier manera, hiba a comprar una subscripción para esta cuenta y pensé que hoy sería un buen día para hacerlo :XD: y pues lo hice. I know I have only 1 drawing, but things seem to go in a kind of funny way, I'll be doing some other stuff, but still taking photographs, lots of them, and submiting the ones I think are worth of it.

I'm still in a hard time, specialy this week and the next one, but then... all is kind of free time, so expect lots of deviations.

I work for a systems consulting company, programming and stuff like that, I like it.
Becouse of that, I've been kind of lazy in photography, and except for the pictures taken at the exposition of Dead Offerings at the UNAM, haven't post something (the waterfalls' pictures were taken by my mom, they don't really count)
To make things worse, I'm entering in a pesuring period at school, end of term exams and projects (just yesterday, me and some school friends finished a network project that took 24 hours straight to complete :XD: 24 hours of no sleeping)
But good fortune also smiles =) I got into , a great project to meet new people and improve your work ;)
