There are construction workers moving in and out of the house today, as they've been for the last week or so, repairing hurricane damage done to the ceilings in every room of the house.

They've finished Mom's room, and were moving her furniture back inside, but ended up leaving a small comfy chair that Luna had curled up on. She howled and snarled in an ungodly voice until they gave up moving the chair. The last time she made those noises she chased my mom's friend out of the house.

She's still in the chair and  everyone's just ignoring it till she gets up.

I got a comic called An Ideal World. It was a really nice read, and not just because the main character looks like Mac and has the same issues with size. It doesn't help that her internal blockage or whatever is causing her to be nauseous and not drink any water. So she's become dehydrated quickly, and that's very dangerous for a cat. And I know she's thirsty, she keeps hovering around her water bowl, but never drinks.

Christina's book first. She used to draw alot, but seeing as she has a litter of kids, she doesn't have the time, and has no idea where to start. So I made her a sketch book filled with 4 types of paper -- economy drawing paper, standard drawing paper, watercolor paper, and acrylic/canvas paper. Man, I made out like a king.

Firstly, I got a new computer. It's a Dell Inspiron 531s, with a 19 inch monitor (I'm scared of it aaahhh), 4 gb memory and 250 gb hard drive. All I know is that is is shiny and pretty and new and a vast improvement over my hand-me-down 5-year-old piece of shit no-memory-no-nothing computer.

No. No, it was the cause. I have a staph infection in my nose. I had to miss work Friday, but the doctor said I could work the rest of the weekend.
