I've been fighting to get enough financial aid to attend Community College. This has made me realize that going to my dream college is way out of reach, because if I can't afford $8000 a year, i definitely can't afford $17,000.

So for the past four weeks, I've been rather sick. Kinda up and down, from extremese (hospitalization/103º fevers) to not as much (shivery/weak). Currently I'm on my way either up to or down from a high extreme....weak, coughing up blood (not as dangerous as you think...probablyfrom sores in my throat), tired, unable to eat....all that stuff.

Doctor doesn't know what's wrong with me. She keeps testing me with the same stuff and it keeps coming back with the same results. Everything's normal except my lymphocytes are low. And she doesn't know what that indicates. I have been crusading to get out of the rape-tastic dorms because my health is totally shot from worrying about it. As in, 41 days so far in which I have been so nauseous I can eat almost nothing. :( AND YET THEY REJECTED MY APPEAL. So I'm still getting off campus, my parents just have to pay the fees as if I were staying in the dorm still next semester (some $3000 D:)

I'm still working through it, and working on character designs. I decided that if it were anthro, the main character would be the fox from February Desktop, dressed differently and with wings. But then I realized it would make no sense that:
a) a fox would turn into a cat?
b) an animal would keep a cat for a pet?
So, no anthro central characters for you! But I'll make sure that a fairly main character is anthro, and that the general population is mixed.
I look forward to criticisms and stuff! I know the sample is really crowded and ick. :(

Obisidian does not have a strong story yet: it's character-based right now. It focuses on three storylines woven together...one of Liz/Adrean, who are trying to get Liz's "memory" back, because she's driving Adrean crazy (I can't fully explain this, until I do the story!!). The next is Abylis/Scrawl, in which Scrawl steals something dear to Abylis which is worthless to everyone else.
