Posted a new shots of the location of the Donald Brown project, these images are for the use of people involved in the project and are protected under the creative commons act so please dont copy the images.

Got my college results i got MMP (BBC) which means ive gotten into Wolverhamtpon Uni to study Video and Film Production and im going to take the Photography Elective, Cant wait now its only 5 weeks away till i start

Start of the English football season this saturday and my beloved West Bromwich Albion kick of the season against Arsenal, and i hope we have avoided relegation by the end of the season i dont think i oculd bare being relegated from the Premiership for a third time.

For those who own a Fuji camera Fuji run a competition on their website every month and the winnder wins the new fuji S100FS worth like £350 (very over priced) next months competition is based on the theme of "Street Life" which i really fancy entering this month, if anyone has any ideas of what i could do, i would like to hear them if i did win i would just sell that camera and put it towards a my first DSLR. I havnt entered the fuji competiton for a few months now as i couldnt think of anything to enter for the set themes. Plus not being horrible but the people on the Fuji site are not very skilled, for example on the forum on the site someone posted the topic "what is shutter speed?" they need to be slapped they had a DSLR!!!!

Anyway im going to have a play in Lightroom.

Went to all the big tourist sites like Pisa, Venice and Florance and i also went to the Ferrari museum which was awesome.

Im starting to regret not taking a photo of someone in Venice, there was this little old lady wearing a huge cloak begging with a small cup next to one of the many bridges there, the light was awesome as it was at the end of a small back street, but i didnt have enough time to stop and take the photo as i was already behind the rest of the family, every 10 seconds i would stop to take a photo and my family wouldt even notice i wasnt with them.. or they know that i was in my element there so they let me get on with it

Im in the process of sorting my photographs and i am uploading the ones i like, so check them out and let me know what you think.

This must be the longest journal ive ever written on here.

Birmingham has some very scary places.
We went exploring the back streets and by the canals away from the nice areas around broadstreet. I must say what a Dump, i love Birmingham but away from tourist areas what a mess, pools of blood on the floor and decomposing pigeons with no heads and human excrement on the floor.

Glad we got out of there alive.

But what a place for photography
We may venture back there another day.

We found some modern art (as we like to call it) by an Artist called Carp. Banksy style art. [link]

sooo different to my old compact
why are jessops so expensive?
ive spent too much money on this camera and ive only had it a week tuesday
saying that got a bargin for a CF card, £8 (including P+P) for 1GB.
I got it from Memory bits its so cheap its untrue.
