no im not dead... no have not died... just got lazy and over worked...
but now i have cleared somethings and have slightly more time... but still over worked

im working now, helping to provide some added income at home (some added substantial income, not like when i got paid $84 a month being a teachers aid and practically stressing my life out and working overtime for peanuts) anywhoooooooo next topic

so i come in and say hedo to everyone that i get along with on the floor... if i have time i go and bug some pple, if not i just find a cubicle and load my tools to take my first call (yessssss i am working at a call center X____X)

anywho... if there is not much to do, i jump, hop and skip around to other cubicles of pple i know and go talk to them... make lame jokes and just be silly.

I cant remember, but it was probably when i was a child... and probably one christmas where we acted out a skit... yes... i think i had fun back then

I dont know about anything overly special.. i just know that here what is important is the Nativity Story... and well, most houses it think, lay out little statues of baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph... acouple of sheep, the donkey the ox etc. and well here.. (although santa clause also brings presents) they say its from El Niño Dios (the baby God)

3. Which Christmas tradition do you keep? Does your family have some special Christmas habit?

We have the Nativity Story right next to our Christmas tree... and to me that would be the tradition i will always keep...

University news
So we finished the Recycle campain our friends really liked the characters we did and a friend in Mexico has asked if he can use the idea for his University. I said it was okay

also the University used some of the designs our group made for the Martyr Anniversary >> i had to change the original style so im not too proud of it now anywho... things are going okay for my communication consultant company.

Next is an a Project for UNICEF... for communities here in El Salvador... should be interestingly tiering

the costumes are sooo creative and colorful!!! and the pple have energy from the begining till the end!!! its like sooooooooo nice... they are caring big heavy costumes some times... or they dance... but they doo it with such entusiams that it seems they havent done if for a full afternoon!!! T______T i really miss it, i havent been to one in such a loooooooong time *teary eyed*

at first, its was wierd how it came about >_> but i think the ppl that i have be working with (a teacher i worked for for over a year and another worker from university i go at) sort of considered me for the position ^^ and well i took it >_> but then later i found out that the teacher of the course (who just came back from studying for a doctorate) didnt want or usually doesnt use an instructor >_> so i was like <_< i might not work this year >_>

so i was really happy cause then that means i have time to sleep and eat at home ^^ and that i get the chance to really concentrate on my studies ^^

but then today i got the call back and well i am sooo happy cause well the dynamic of the class is gonna be soooo amazing ^^ i would love to be part of it ^^ and well thankfully i am

and i know it sounds corney >_> but im really happy for the students that will be taking the subject this semester >_< its gonna soo cool

So im been out for like 2 days ^^ nothing much considering how long i've been away at other times <_< the reason, my internet was down and then my PC crashed <_< so yeah....

anywho i must say its been really productive have completed three of the 9 sketches and well ^^ i think they are okay... when i get my scanner up and running i will be submitting them ^^ of course i will only submit the sketch and later (cause it takes time) i will be submitting coloured versions of them ^^

i must say the hardest sketch, the one for ~pianolovesme was the easiest one for me to do <_<... and while the one i thought was the easiest (the one for :defjyhtse has been the hardest, so much so that i've done several sketches and none have been completed cause i didn't like them <_<

anywho, i also lost my reference pics for some drawing and that may cause some delay <_< but i've been getting really into the sketches (trying to do realtype) and well i think they are okay, I SEE LOTS OF MISTAKES BUT <_< yeah, i'm learning... >_> still

OHHHH and could ~periwinkleextraction please explain one more time what it is you want i didn't understand the last time

Eh estado fuera por dos días, que no es mucho pero bueno <_< la razón fue porque mi Internet se fue y mi PC murió al día <_<

De todos modos fue bien productivo ya que he completado 3/9 bocetos y cuando funcione mi scanner los subiré, claro esta que solo subiré el boceto y luego completare las imágenes con color ^^

Debo mencionar que el boceto mas difícil para ~pianolovesme resulto ser el mas fácil mientras que el que pensé seria el mas fácil para :devjyhtse: es el que mas me ha costado <_< incluso he hecho muchos bocetos pero ninguno me ha gustado >_<

Por cierto, ya que se murió mi PC, perdí las imágenes que estaba usando de referencia y por tanto, algunos pics van a tardar un poco, pero he estado entusiasmada y pues ^^ siento que están saliendo bien ^^ aun estoy aprendiendo pero eso nunca se deja de hacer

well, i was in Belize for a while >_> spur of the moment trip <_< that i got suckered into i wasnt going to go in the first place but >> my mom (some how in ways only moms can) suckered me and my sister to go >_>...

anywho, i think i really needed it ^^ i didnt know how i missed the old place till i was there. Its so beautiful ^^ its green and the roads are lonely with few cars ^^

^^ the population is about 270,000 ^^ well the entire population >_> its really small compared to its size but thats how i love my Belize ^^

well i was only there for... hmmm.. five days, arriving on wensday and leaving on sunday it was really tireing cause it was a car trip from El Salvador to Belize, passing throught Guatemala ^^ (yes ppl these are central american countries ^^) any who, trip took bout 10 hours and we arrived home around 7 >_> then i went to do errands with my dad ^^ and i got to meet an old (not that old, same age as me) chemistry buddy ^^ he even stopped by the house later to say hey to my sister too!!

speaking of the house ^^ i was not so messy as i expected and it was really quick to clean ^^ but i did miss her too and it felt like home...

the next day >_> (this is gonna be long) we went to Belize City ^^ thats almost an hour drive from the capital (where i live: Belmopan) and the road is fearly empty with a few scattered towns and villages ^^... we didnt to much in belize >_> went to by some shirts for some pple ^^ and i wanted to get some gifts for some of my friends but >_> there was no time <_< and i had no money (lo que es ser pobre - what it is to be poor) Oh i also visited my aunts house ^^ and met some of my second hand cousin ^^ i fell inlove with the youngest one ^^ kristopher ^^ he was sooo cute and playfull (i guess thats why i like boy better to guys, they are more playful and free spirited) and then it was back home ^^

the second day ^^ to Chetumal ^^ thats the capital city of Distrito Federal ( a district in Mexico) i got a brand new pair of jeans and i ate a yumy yumy shrimp coctail if you ever go.. you should try it ^^ just ask how you prepare it first ^^

then the last day was simple cleaning up and slacking of... OHH AND I HUNG UP CLOSE IN MY BACK YARD AND COLLECTED LEMONS!!! (i know it sound stupid to get excited over that >_> but i miss my back yard <_< I HAVE A LAWN IN BELIZE and i miss that)

the trip back home was another 10 hours or so ^^

well thats all <_< so now im back ^^ and its all good ^^ except for deviations i have to check out >_> so now... im gonna take some time to reply to them ^^

First things first. SONGS FROM KEANE MAKE ME WANNA CRY... okay i said it. *big load of my chest* yeah its true, i cant help it, he just describes all my thoughts and what i feel or felt so well... so yeah.

Second: I HAVE AN UNHEALTHY ADDICTION TO COTTON-CANDY. (yup, me and mr. cotton-candy are having a sorid affair ) Yeah, its getting pretty bad, to the point where i can locate the cotton-candy vendor in a crowded mall, and i can detect the faintes smell of it, and sick it down like a blood hound. hehe...

Third: BEING BAREFOOT IS ONE OF MY GREATEST PLEASURES. yeah, i used to spend my life being barefoot when i was younger, my feet would get really dirty and i would have to wash then every night before i went to bed. Now i cant do that, cause here it would be worse. Still, everyonce in a while i do it. I just cant help the feel of the cold tiled floor on bare skin... it really is one of those few pleasures.

Fourth: MY FAV SMELL IS OF FRESHLLY CUT GRASS. yeah, i really love it, and if it rains, the smell is even more perfumed ^^ its the best... i think i could spend a whole day just lying around in freshly cut grass... >_> minus the ichiness

Finally: When i'm all alone, at night, listening to music... ^^ i dance my ass off... i cant help it, it just one of those things... if im really in the mood that is... >_> which would be most nights ^^

Isn't it amazing how many new deviations are submitted daily on dA?
That the amount of people who are interested in dA increases daily?
And the fact that so many artists have found a platform to dicuss and present their work to others?



Without a doubt it's a big, interesting and versatile community.
But isn't it amazing to always see the same artists on the frontpage every single day concerning the fact that so many new deviations have been submitted?

We're all aware of that and believe that this has to change. It is already quite difficult for the "unknown" artists to promote their work and gain more attention.

Clearly, we do not intend to deny the skills of those great artists who enrich the community by sharing their magnificent work. But we do intend to enhance the platform in such a way that "unknown" artists might get a real chance to draw the public attention to their own pieces of work by promoting it on the front page of the community.

In our opinion we think it unjust to only have the chance to be represented on the front page if one has the luck of having many watchers.

We would like a better system which allows a deviation to be seen on the front page if, for example, it has 'only' reached about 40 favourites and about 200 views.

Take a look at the actual situation: You have uploaded an impressive piece or art that gets faved according to the number of your total views/watchers. Then, however, a more popular deviant uploads a more or less 'average' deviation and automatically reaches more than the double of your favourites/views in a mere moment.

A new structure of the frontpage could enhance the actual competition on dA, i.e. popular deviants wouldn't be able to best the "unknown" artists by posting a rather average deviation.

A reasonable alternative to present the "daily top favourites" on the front page would be a bigger amount of thumbs which would show the 40 best deviations of the day in a random order.

We think it's in everyone's interest to change the current situation and make dA a place where creating and sharing unique art plays a far bigger role than scrambling for new watchers.

at least theres a lawn... *likes lawns* i miss seeing grass so much... here in El Salvador there are hardly any houses with lawns... and i miss that... so im gonna spend lots of time in the lawn drawing ^____^ *imagines it in her head*

Mondays through Fridays i wake up at 6:00 am to go to my frist class at 7:30 am.

from Monday and Wensday i stay untill 5:30 getting home around 6:15 ^__^; if im lucky...

thursday i stay untill 8:30 getting home around 9 ish... v___V

and tuesdays will depend on me and the group whether we leave early or not... the range is from 4-6 pm though im told that it could be later on really heavy projects... (its an audiovisuals class so im going to be using a camera and going out to tapestuff... >_> also i got a really bad bruise on my knee from last tuesday when i hit myself accidentally with the equipment... today is saturday night and i still have the bruise )

so yeah... friday im using it to sleep as soon as i get home i just change into something comfy and flop on the bed... *really likes to flop on bed... does a crazy a$$ spin just before she flops* >_> especiall on my parents bed cause its the best one in the house... nice and big with lots of leg room and serious body twisting and shifting action plus they got lots of fluffy pillow i can cuddle... *likes cuddling almost as much as wiggling*

Saturday is >_> well that will depend and Sunday is HECHAR LA GÜEVA!!! in other words just be lazy...

all in all >_> weekends are for hibernation

anyway... due to this semesters schedule... im gonna be replying to devmesseges until the weekend... and my routine for checking is as follows...

1-delete all hot topics (who reads those anyway )
2-respond to comments (>_> most of which i have lost track of anyway... i have to parent a couple of times)
3-read and comment on journals (<--- i dont really like those i call them reading comprehension mini exams )
4-deal with the miscelleneous (if there are any)
5-view and comment on deviations (which will make me go back to step two )
6-check out devpage for stray comments (if any )
7-remember to go to emote abusers anonymos (cause i do this to much... but init cute XD)

So i signed on today and i realized im SUBSCRIBED??? (of course its just till march.... i think my eye is twitching in shock!!!!) this was to be a normal day for this simple deviant.... but wtf... i still cant believe it....
