The main principle governing this transformation is the principle of perspective, which represents the effect of a subject's space and depth in a 2-dimensional plane. The perspective effect in a photo is determined by the position it is taken from and the direction the camera is pointing. Like every Tuesday this semester, I finished the Studio class pretty late; we're always the last ones to leave the building after the reception lady shoos us out. It was 20min past 8 in the evening, the night has already fallen on the city and as I went past the main doors, I felt the cool air all over my face. The air smelled all smoky... I could smell the wet soil, the dry decaying leaves... autumn is so beautiful.<br /><br />This makes me really eager for the winter to come. Every year I hope we'll get some snow, but we rarely do. I've had people from Norway, Wales, Netherlands and now the US as well!<br /><br />A few weeks ago I went to meet :devDurochka: at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and I got completely charmed by that girl's awesomeness. It's rare that people are as funny and joyful as her. We've spent some great time wearing our ankles out while walking around Paris and taking jumping photos of her.         <media:text type="html"><![CDATA[ Spring Holidays<br />Hey everybody!<br /><br />A few days ago I got back from my trip to Italy, which was cooler than I thought! :D<br />So I joined students from my school (mainly 3rd years and above) for a trip to Florence, Siena and Rome.<br /><br />Florence was a bit disappointing. Apart from a few famous basilicas and the funny looking Old Bridge, there was nothing to see. :hmm: So much fuss around the city of the Italian Renaissance, but we didn't particularly like it. We did however go out and enjoyed a bit of its intense nightlife. The drunk Scottish dude hitting on my male friend was funny to watch and to translate for. =P And their mojitos were just perfect! : ]]></media:text>

Had my 20th birthday with wishes from my closest friends that I had left in Moldova over 2 and a half years ago... been nice to see that they still remember me and my birthday!<br /><br />Last weekend I got to celebrate it along with :devZandaa: who also turned 20 last Friday. One week to go and a new semester starts up.<br />I've kind of screwed up the first one.. failed an unit so far, but hopefully I'll recover it. Also, been kind of lazy in the Project and Architectural Analysis subjects, been late on handing the final projects, had to finish them during the holidays, which didn't really let me enjoy them, still feeling stressed about them being accepted or not..<br />Well, hopefully a new semester will give me anew start and this time I'll do things right. We were stuck at :devZienna:'s place the whole time since the buses weren't driving, but it was fun. We shared our Christmas presents, people seemed happy of mine, which is great! Haven't spent such great time with people since forever!<br /><br />I know I said it to each one of you, but I can't help thanking you over and over again for coming to see me and share such fun moments. It's been waaaaaay better than I've ever expected.<br /><br />To start with.. I felt SO welcomed just at the hear of the "ANAAAA!!" screams on the platform and seeing a bunch of happy faces eager to finally bound in hugs FOR REAL! <br />Is it specific for Dutch people?         <media:text type="html"><![CDATA[ Hello, everyone! :D<br /><br />Something new starts on Monday! I'm moving out of Paris! I'm going to live and study in the beautiful city of Toulouse, aka The Pink City! :love:<br /><br />I'm very excited, but also sad to leave the city of lights and my family here. I can't really believe that I'll be living away from everyone. I got no ticket back to Paris, it's so bizarre... I must get used to the idea that my main residence will from now on be in Toulouse.<br /><br />I'll have my first day at school on Friday where they'll present us an overview of everything we'll do this year. I can't wait!!<br />And since my future classmates come from all over France, we all decided to ]]></media:text>

Because postcards are awesome! I love sending and receiving them. And since I sent one to :devAnoya: today, I got in the postcards mood. So if you want one, GO GO GO!!! :la:<br /><br />In other news, I'm soon moving to Toulouse. Found a nice flat and I'm waiting for the contract to rent it. I'm excited and panic-stricken in the same time! I'll be all alone in the new city, new school. I don't know what to expect!
