Right. So I love Hetalia to death, but it causes some conflicts for Pai sometimes. Mainly in her history class. The chapter we finished today was WWI ja? When we learned about it, every time my teacher said the name of a country, I instantly thought of hetalia. Every time we copied notes from the powerpoints, I wouldn't write "Germany" I'd write "Doitsu" or "Egirisu" instead of "England" ... etc..

Even after doing it four, maybe five times now, I still can't make it more then half-way through. And even then I go easy on all of the exercises with the hope of, "Oh, maybe I'll make it farther if I conserve energy!" Poor me, I never learn. Back on Friday, we did another new one--Back & Biceps. I X'd through the whole thing, using 8lbs for almost everything, with the occasional 5lb for curls when I was toast and even a 10lb for lawnmowers.

"Wow Pai, I bet you're all strong now!" WRONG AGAIN. What came along with me "bringing it"? Pain. Lots, and lots, and LOTS of pain. NEW ONE TODAY! Chest&Bi&Tri I think it was. Or something to that effect. I just know it had chest in it, for there were LOTS of pushups. First move in it? Slow push-ups. Killer. Also included were one-handed pushups and Plyometric pushups, which are the ones where you clap at the top. IT IS A VERY HARD WORKOUT. And there's only one water break in it! I noticed that they become more and more rare as you continue through the harder workouts... Not only that, but Recovery Week turned into Recovery WEAK. I didn't get to use the 8-lbs even once today! Which is basically abs and stuff. I have to admit I enjoyed it, despite how much my parents don't like it. It's got things like SUPERMAN BANANA, and BANANA ROLLS, and BOW TO BOAT, and DREYA ROLLS and stuff like that. Back to Chest&Back today, and I BROUUUUGHT ITTTTT. More weight, more resistance on the bands, more reps! First thing we did was standard push-ups. I DID 20. YEAH. AND THOSE WERE JUST STANDARD. Did... more than 100 total, PLUS pull-ups on the bands. Yeah. And I did heavy pants/lawnmowers/back flies with EIGHT POUNDS. Which doesn't sound like a lot, but it is when you're doing the exercises! Apparently, Tony Horton (the instructor dood, who is the man and is most definitely a super saiyan in disguise) can lift MORE than my ENTIRE BODY WEIGHT with ONE ARM doing lawnmowers. It's crazy.
