Unfortunately, my friend Caitlin, ~ChloroKitten, her mother passed away on the 11th. She had been sick for a while. So it's really nice to see her look peaceful and not in pain anymore. The funeral is today. So that's gonna be hard.

Finals are this week. After that I'm out until January 6th. AND..I get my license the day before school starts again. Which is filled with epic win. And what's more epic win than that is that we ((soccer team)) get to play another school who played dirty when we played at their school. And of course the refs didn't pay attention to anything so we had a girl get punched and another had a bruised rib and spleen. So it's gonna be great.

And as a side note, Houston weather has been crazy weird. The day after it snowed, it was 76 degrees out. And then yesterday it was 88, and now it's back down to 43. Crazy, crazy Houston.

So, I guess that's it for now.

Other than that life has been a big mess filled with madness. But I have been doing some art, for art class.
Not to brag, but it looks really good. Once I get it done ((maybe by the end of today)), I'll take a picture of it and post it up here. It's a painting by the way. And I've been working on it for about a month now, and I seriously hate painting skin tones now.

But luckily Christmas is coming soon, but unfortunately this means that my "sister" comes home. ((We got into a major fight when she came home for Thanksgiving, and I'm not gonna get into what happened)) I'm supposed to be getting a new iPod, which is gonna be great because the one i have hardly works anymore and it's falling apart. Wow, run-on sentence much??


OMG!! THIS IS LIKE THE BEST NEWS I'VE GOTTEN IN LIKE 4 YEARS!!
((this is Houston..so remember..it's not usually cold here..ever))
IT MIGHT SNOW TONIGHT!! AND IT HASN'T SNOWED IN 4 YEARS!!

- I gave blood during our school blood drive. ((I'm still really weird from it, and that was this Monday))
- The soccer team had its first game yesterday night, and we won six to zero.
- Last week I got majorly sick and could hardly talk.
- Halloween was amazing. John ((le boyfriend)) was wearing a guille suit, and we had decided to hide and try and scare kids. Unfortunately for us, the kids didn't want to cross the bridge that we were near. So he started to walk out of the bushes, and got stuck. If you know anything about guille suits, you know that EVERYTHING sticks to them. So John ended up stuck. It was really quite funny.
- I can't really think of anything else at moment. So I guess that I'll update again in about a month.

Robotics is gonna take over my life for the next six weeks. Joining the robotics team is mandatory for our Physics honors class. Ugh. So I joined the build team. It sounded like fun. But I'm not so sure now. And on top of that I have to juggle keeping my grades up, going to two homecomings (my own and John's), possibly walking doing the walk for autism, my boyfriend, my friends, my family, and the loads of homework/studying thats being piled on us because of the school hiatus for Hurricane Ike. Stupid Ike. Luckily, my Physics class convinced our teacher to postpone our test until after the dance. Lucky she's easy to persuade. But ya. It's gonna be a while before I can get some good art to you guys.
Ohh, ya!! I forgot to tell you guys. I've been working on a new character. I've been developing her since about mid-July. I really like her character. ((She's a Naruto OC)). All that's left to do is create her outfit. Which shouldn't take long. But I know that it's going to.

So, until I have actual time, I won't be posting anything. That means journals, art, or comments.
Consider this my little hiatus.

i went to the homecoming game..of which we lost..but john and i didnt watch the game..we went to the practice field and just talked all night..
SATURDAY -
got ready for the dance..went to the dance..tried to slow dance with john ((6'1"))..failed at that..then just pretty much jumped up and down moving my hair around the rest of the night..i had a bunch of fun though..
SUNDAY -
if i could die and then revive the next day..that would be what happened..anyways..that was an amazing weekend..g2g now..

we spent about an hour or two today talking just about cars..
'63 mercury comets, saleen s724s, '63 ford thunderbirds, dodge challenger, dodge chargers, etc..
the list goes on and on..
but i think its gonna be a good time for me..

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12:
all was good until 10..when the power flickered and internet went out..it didnt come back..so around 1 or 2 am i went to sleep..john ((the possible guy)) asked me to sleep downstairs during the storm..and of course i agreed to do so..and around 2 am the power went out..and i fell asleep in complete and total darkness..at around 4:30 the eye of the storm had made its way near houston..and since i am scared of noises..i woke up to the sounds of 100+ mph winds swirling around my house..but there was also a metal/plastics ripping sound from the side of the house..i, of course, wake up not remembering where i was or what was happening..i freaked..my dad was up and we ended up talking for an hour or two..finally i got tired and turned on my iPod and fell asleep to music..

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13:
the rain was still extremely heavy..but we went outside to see what had happened to make the ripping sound..it ended up being 2 trees falling on my street, shingles coming off the roof, and the siding of one side of my house ripping off completely..nails and all..the fence fell too..me and my mom think it was a tornado..but my dad still thinks it was from the winds of the hurricane..around 2 pm we went out to see some of the damage..trees were all over the streets and the sewer was already starting to back up into the water system..i also saw one car that got stuck in the water..me and my sister went for a walk but forgot to bring an umbrella..so of course we get soaked..so we went over to my aunt and uncles to get showers and such..((i took more pictures..one is totally amazing..ill post it later))..

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14:
no power or water..but my aunt and uncle had gone to san antonio to look for generators, ice, batteries, etc..some good family friends came over and he ((ogie)) ended up helping us clean our yard..but it was all fun anyways..but then my school but out another notice saying that we wouldnt have school until thrusday..

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15:
still had no power..but finally got water back..we went out again to try and find something to do..some places actually had power by this time..and so we found some gas..filled the tank..and then found a sonic..and ate that ((our first real meal in a while))..then me and the fam were running out of food to cook at home and ice..but luckily the same aunt and uncle that we took showers at had gotten supplies..so we had some ice and batteries..

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16:
no power..we had seen the other day that an ihop was open and decided to go have lunch there..they had a hurricane ike menu!! it pretty much made my day because i was in food heaven..try going that long without good food/a homecooked meal and then go get pancakes..and let me know how much of a heaven you're in..then my school put out another notice saying that due to the lack of power of the families..school wouldnt start again until the next monday..since it was my sisters last day in houston before moving out for college, we went to our regular friday night restaurant ((of course we did know it was tuesday))..and it so happened that the girl whose dad owns the place and who goes to my school was there..we spent some time talking about how lucky the restaurant had been for not losing too much food..but then i found out one of my other friends was working that night..i hadnt gotten to give her the present i had made for her birthday so i finally gave it to her..and then i had to finish packing when i got home so that we could leave for philly in the morning..

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17:
still no power at my house..but we went and dropped off our two dogs at another aunt and uncles house that lives in town..they had power ((not fair))..but then around 12 we left on the road to drive 1600+ miles to philadelphia, pennsylvania..so i spent most of the time watching tv shows on DVD ((supernatural season 2 & charmed season 4)), reading my book ((dead witch walking)), sleeping, or eating..

THURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18:
i spent the remainder of the car ride awake watching tv ((until about 4-ish))..but then finally when we got to drexel we moved my sister into her dorm room with a friend she has met online thru "drexel 2012" on facebook..then she dumped us to go hang out with her friends..meanwhile me and my mom and dad had a nice meal at a VERY fancy restaurant..but before going to dinner i talked to john on facebook..and he seemed really excited to talk to me again..its his birthday..and im sad im not there to celebrate..

so..thats been my week..

plus ike's eye is gonna hit the coast ((galveston)) at 1 AM..
im probably gonna be without power for like a day or two..
or something like that..
so if i dont respond to comments or journals or deviations..
just know that im suffering without any internet, air conditioning, or power..

but in reality..i dont think its gonna be as bad as my dad is making it sound..
he, of course, is freaking out..
and im just all like chill out man!!

so..ill be riding out the storm here in my house..
trying not to kill my fam cause they're driving me nuts..

and not to mention chellsie memmel's mistake on the bars (her best event and only)..
the mistakes have been big..but its not going to keep team USA out of the event or team finals..

so..lets see..
heres my whole trip in short..

FRIDAY:
left my house..but before we left..
my sister says she smells gas on the driveway..
my dad refuses to believe it..
we leave to go to my family reunion..
but..we stop in middle of nowhere oklahoma..and the truck breaks down..
why?? theres no gas in the tank..its been leaking out of the tank ever since last night..

SATURDAY:
i ended up stuck in oklahoma for another day..

SUNDAY:
got to the reunion finally..but i didnt get to hang out with the fam as much as i wanted to..

MONDAY-THURSDAY:
finally got to the lake house..
and pretty much just chilled from there..
drove the jet skis and just had a really good time..
im sad im not there still..

FRIDAY:
left for home..but made a college visit..
not saying where..but i will admit i loved it there..
i think i may just end up there..
uh..ya..then i got sick on the way home..
slept alllllllll the way back down..
got into the house..
and what do ya know??
the air conditioner is BROKEN!!

so i spent the rest of that night sleeping downstairs on the couch with two fans running..

90 F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SATURDAY:
so..finally here i am..
air conditioner is back up and running..
cat all over me..(we left her at home)..
and exhausted as hell..

omg..i just came back from the beach..
and i stayed on the beach for an hour..
and then went to the pool for like another 4..
so..lets just say im a tomatoe..


so i leave for missouri on thursday..
and i wont be back until the 21st..
and then ill be completely exhausted..
so..really i wont be back until the middle of the week after the 21st..

so..ill be gone for a long time..
there is internet access up at the lake house..

but i dont think that im gonna bring my laptop with me..
i see no point in bringing it..

so..until the middle of that week when i come back..
so long my friends..

holy moly.
16 days until im 16!!
ha..too bad its not the sixteenth..

i had a friend who's birthday was on the sixteenth and it was sixteen days until her sixteenth birthday..
weirdness..

but ya..nothing much is happening..
except this stupid comp is freaking again..
and i lost all the files ive been working on for the past like month..
and what does that mean??

MAJOR research paper = GONE..
persuasive speech & powerpoint = GONE..
*Tobitkiwi's colored version = HALF COLOR UNDONE..
and a bunch of other things are gone too..
like notes for classes that i have major tests coming up for..

it seems like every time my comp seems to like me..
it goes haywire the next week..


on other terms..ive turned my life around..
ive always believed in Christ..
but not in this way..
ive let God take control..COMPLETE CONTROL..
and you know what?? im actually happy now..
this is the happiest ive EVER felt..
i owe all of this to Cassie Bernall, Rachel Scott, and both of their families..
they wrote books about their daughters..and their stories have changed my life..

if you're wondering who Cassie and Rachel are..
they were victims of the columbine shooting on april 20, 1999..
they were asked by shooters Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold if they believed in God..
they both died..what was their answer?? it was "YES"..

if you want to read about them and their amazing life before their death..
read "She Said Yes" by Misty Bernall & "Rachel's Tears" by Beth Nimmo & Darrell Scott..
they are truly the most inspirational books i have ever read..

EDIT: i spent the entire school day seeing if i could recover anything..
and i ended up getting everything back..
but it took forever..but im still like in a frazzeled state of mind..
and yes..i still am cussing my computer out..
but both my new story "fallen angel" and the piece ive been working on are back..
and im back on working on both..

oh my gosh..
i think im gonna go crazy..
i wanna cuss the hell out of my computer..
but unfortunately..that wont do any good..

why am i angry at said computer??
well..my computer decided it wanted to erase EVERYTHING I HAVE..

that includes the month-long project ive been working on for you guys..
i was coloring a picture called "team 7 - lunch break"..
i was finally on the background..
AND ive been working on a new story..
and what happened to them??

THEY EFFING GOT ERASED!!

so..ya..still feeling like @#$%..
but better than before..


so i have to write a rhyming AABA poem (4 verses with the last being either AAAA or AABB)..
and each line has to be 8 syllables..
which completely throws EVERYTHING off..
and so now instead of having the whole done..
i only have 3 lines..
so tell me..what else rhymes with "meadow"??
other than shadow..

FACTS

1) im 1/4 japanese and 1/4 irish..(weirdest mix ever..i know)..
2) my grandma's (full blood japanese one) maiden name is mitsunashi..and mitsunashi is a made up name that her great (however many) grandfather changed their name to because of shame to the family..
3) i pulled my chemistry grade up from a 32 to a 92 in the time of 2 days..
4) i hate the color pink..yet i wear a lot of the color..also..my room just so happens to be pink..(my mom doesnt want me to paint over it..but its going to happen this summer..blood red paint for the win!!)..
5) i had a dream i was a fallen angel with dark black wings last night..(ive been reading the newest Max Ride book..and then fell asleep on it..haha)..
6) i wish i had those wings..so i could fly away from everything..all the mess that is here..so i can go anywhere with the sky being the limit..(lol)..
7) im really good at sports (not to be bragging)..i was natural at gymnastics..i got my skills easily..but i was scared of most of them..double-twists, double-backs, back-handsprings on a 4 inch wide wooden leather covered beam that is at least 4 feet off the ground, yourcincho (sp??) full, etc..you guys probably dont know what the hell im talking about..unless you have been a gymnast..and gone up to level 8 or 9..
8) when i put in both earphones in a classroom..it feels like i cant breathe..dont ask me why..but i get really weird about it..unless im in my room or trying to tune a teacher out..i cant have both in my ears..*is shot*

the rents surpised me with an early b-day present..
i get to go back up to missouri to the lake this summer..
for my sweet sixteen..
and i get to bring at least 3 friends..
which is going to be amazing..

why did you pick missouri if you could go ANYWHERE in the U.S.??
well..i LOVE missouri..and my aunt and uncles lake house is filled with amazingness..

on another note..
i hurt myself again..

i either fractured my wrist or tore the ligament in my hand..

i put my hand behind me to stretch my back..
just like any day i do that..
but this time..my hand popped..
so..instead of hurting myself doing something hardcore..
i hurt myself by stretching my back..
and now i have to wear a stupid brace..
(and may have to get a cast depending on the xrays im supposed to get today)..
but ya..
[EDIT] - good/bad news..my wrist is not broken..so that means that it is the ligament..which is worse than a break..and i was excited on the possibility of getting a cast..oh well..

anyways..thats whats happening..

so basically i had a falling out with my best friend..
we didnt talk for like 4 to 5 YEARs..
(i know..thats way long..)
but a couple days ago i told her everything..
everything includes why i hated her..
and why i ignored her when she said hi..
and that i needed her..
and i really wanted to be friends..
but i didnt expect this..
this are her exact words..
ill explain some at the end..

yet she still has enough in her to say all this..
she truly is the best friend a girl could ever have..

but..

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

ive been meaning to do this..
but my mom and i have been on a shopping spree..
with very little money to spend..

but..
anyways..
i got on to say this..

my new years resolution(s)..
1) do better in school..and actually try to pass history..(it's the teachers fault he doesnt know how to teach a stupid class)..

2) in order for the first one to work..this means i have to slow down on drawing..which means less artwork..less time for anime/manga..and less work on LEC..and more work on school..

3) get my body back..i used to be a gymnast..so im in the worst shape of my life..and i want my abs and arms back..(not to be bragging or anything)..

4) actually play a game or two in this soccer season..(coach doesnt put me in..but he says im a really good athlete..but its really because im not good enough to be a starter)..

5) actuallly go to drivers ed..and eventually turn 16 to get my licence..

6) get an actual job..and not a job from my dad..

7) learn how to color in/use photoshop..

8) try to tell a certain enemy off..and exactly how i feel about her..(although..on a certain level..this could be bad for me..but i could end up making me feel tons better)..

9) find myself in all the mess ive created in the past 4 to 5 years..(i dont really know who i am anymore..and that makes me sad)..

10) remain friends with all my peeps now..and forever..no matter what our differences are..or how hypocritical these friends are..(none of yall here are whom i am talking about)..

and that concludes my hopes for this new yet not so new anymore year..


so..school starts again tomorrow..
and i am totally excited..
!!NOT!!

well..i should get to bed..
its getting late here..

i was in heaven last night..
i have soooooooooo many pics and videos to load..
it went from 6-10 PM last night..and my 2GB card in my camera was completely full by 10..
and my throat hurts..and i think im gonna go to sleep now..
i was up till 12 from all the excitment..
i got to see my IDOL..and i am soo riled up from it still..

ooh..ya..and i stood in line for an hour and a half for an aVRIL jacket that was $65..
i missed lifehouse and jordin sparks..
but my friend took pics of them for me..

technically he died the night before..
but we found out on the 15th that he died..

and for all you who were lucky to know him..
IT WAS NOT SUICIDE!! HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE WAS CHANGED TO SHOW ACCIDENTAL CHOKING..HE WAS NOT PLAYING THE CHOKING GAME!! he went to get a game in his closet..and there was a wire hanging down..he slipped and the wire ended up choking to death..

i will always remember him and his great big smile..

so if i dont answer comments, notes, journals, and so forth in the next few days..just know im here..but im going to be with my friends..and remembering him..

so ive decided..
that im feeling somewhat up to doing some stuff here..
but..things might change..
for the worse like they always seem to do..

its gotten a little better..
because i found out that i made it on the VARSITY girls soccer team at my school..
and this will be my first year playing..
if you are a fellow defender..
please let me know if you have any tips..

AND my grade (class of 10!! aka X!) won the pep rally..
its the first time we ever won ANYTHING..it was amazing..
we actually pulled together..
i was SO surprised..
and ya..

i think thats it..
but i wont be on as much as i used to..
ive really got to get focused..
