Right now, I decided to make myself a Norwegian Art-blog but I think I need to have a nice header
to make it a bit more interesting. The problem is just that, I have no experience with the photoeditors
on my Mac so I would need some help.
My blog is about me and art and a bit about me so keep this in mind as you make the header and feel free to use my
works from my gallery to create it!

The measurements are: 950x120px so please don't use any other.

I don't have any credit cards yet so my plan of giving out a Premium membership won't really work, but
I will do my best to feature you! I'm sorry I don't have much else to award you with.

Please leave a link to your work here so I can see it and hmm.. what should the due-date be?

Anyway, it won't be going on for too long but I can't say for sure when it ends because I'm in the middle of the exam-mess

The Pull and Bear Competition is over and I am sad to say that it didn't go as well as I hoped for.
No prizes for this Norwegian girl! I did not really expect to win anything after they posted the wrong picture anyway.
After all, it was not related to the Aviator-style at all! So thanks for that one Pull and Bear!
Anyway. It was a good party with free drinks for the contestants and I met two really nice girls there and
got some of my friends to come and support. It was a good night

I think many people got a bit disappointed over the final
winner though. [link] Go to the link and look for the one guy under the style "Bohemian".
That was the winner. BUT I got a $10 dollar voucher! lol. I love this brand anyway. I'm gonna go there tomorrow and buy some more clothes

I can't believe it... I have been looking forward to this weekend for 2 weeks now because I was having a horse competition.
It was stated that it was going to be dressage on saturday and jumping on sunday. But when we got the start list and timings, STUPID ME managed to not see that the jumping was on a SATURDAY AFTER the dressage!!!
So happy as I was, I woke up at 5:30am and was at my ridingschool at 6:50 am ready to ride. The dressage went very well and I thought that was it for the day. My friend said that I didn't have to wait and could just go home. the other thing was that the judges did not even say anything about giving out the prizes, which should have been given out after the class from what I understood. When I left, my friend also said that she would not go home so she asked me about the start list...

I got home and I fell asleep. Then I woke up to a text message from her asking where I was. I laughed and replied "haha at home.why?"Then she called me a little later. My class had just finished. MY FUCKING JUMPING CLASS WAS OVER!!!!! And they now just started the second class where I was supposed to ride with another girl... You have no idea how angry I'm feeling now... There would be no chance for me to be there on time now and they had to find a new partner to the girl I was going to ride with. So I called my instructor and she said it was ok. This happens when you are stupid enough to not see the correct DAY. My weekend is now ruined. And I had looked forward to this for so long... I just needed to write it somewhere so here you go DA. HEar my anger. I could break something right now...

I don't know what else to say. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SITTING ON THE HORSE RIDING RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!! NOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just woke up and got a message from DeviantArt that a certain picture I had seen was not "classified as pornography".
Well... Then I start to ask wÂ´WHAT IS the definition of pornography on Deviatart? The picture I reported was a female fingering herself (on the outside) with her legs spread wide open and of course showing her boobs. I have heard that one thing that is illegal is a boner when it comes to males. To me it is almost like there are only guys defining porn here on Deviant art since girls can basically do WHATEVER while nude males get reported very very fast.
Can someone explain to me what is classified as porn and what is not?
Many of the pictures on Deviantart of naked people does not even look artistic. They are more like snapshots of your
girlfriend on the couch fingering herself. No editing and no nice effect on the photos which I find trashy.
Deviantart better not turn into a porn website!
But there is barely any point reporting nude picture because they will just answer you by telling you that it is not
pornography

...unless the photo is of a male of course!

funniest thing ever. My humor also includes kind of dirty humor but lack of practice (not many people here gets it)
have made me kind of move away from it.

Do you ever get this weird feeling? As if there was another dimension? I don't know. Some music and some art makes me feel weird.
It is almost a bit creepy. like there is another world. Between reality and dreams. Somewhere you start to think without knowing what you are thinking about. I love it. It is very relaxing. Somewhere to "go" when you are exhausted and bored of the normal world.

poses and clothing style. So then they asked for me to come for an interview and
if I get picked, I would get paid and come in some magazines for this
"brand". So cool right?

Since I have not much clue around the whole modeling thing,I have started off
with researching the website and it seems like a proper place. Not very small though.
More like a sole-trader company or something. But why not?
Are there any specific things I need to consider or do before I say yes?
I know I have to have a contract just in case something goes wrong with the payment.
I also got the phone number and address so I could always walk in and just talk to them.

Please help me! It would be a lot of fun to try!

or go over to showing the beauty of them? I'm scared I don't have the skills

I woke up at 5.45am (it was a sunday today) and was at my riding school by 6.45am. Even before sunrise!
I was competing in horse jumping today and I started two classes: 75 cm and 85cm. The 75cm didn't go too well with one fail, but when we came to the 85cm round, we speeded up and went without any fails! I'm so happy!

I was home before 9am. How early! Then I had no homework and not much money so I was bored to death. Yes I could have gone to the gym but I wasn't really in a mood for that today

My boyfriend went to a party so I decided to sleep for 1 hour while he was out. He then woke my up by calling me and I had slept for 3 hours.. So wish me good luck with getting some sleep tonight!

anyway. I feel really bored here... I have the horse riding to keep me entertained and happy but I don't know how to really have fun in a city when you are 1 month from being 18. Any ideas? I really need some help. I'm a country-side person but I love shopping. But haha. I can't really say that is a free hobby!
It tends to get very depressing as well... Especially when my boyfriend isn't here. but we talk everyday and everything is going great! Again, I gotta say that I really love him

He is the best!

So.. please help me to find out what I can do here in Singapore.

I have spent quite a lot of time lately on DA and as I see, my self portraits seemed to be
quite popular! I'm glad you guys liked them

I'm almost done with my school project now as well.

I wish the weather here was colder. There are sooo many nice clothes that I want to wear!
Too bad I'm quite limited but I'm hoping my parents will agree to go to Tokyo this October
so I'm crossing my fingers for it to be cold there!

I'm very busy lately. Yesterday I had horse riding after school and got home at 7.30pm.
We were jumping 85 cm from trot. It was a lot of fun! So hopefully this weekend, I will do a
training show for jumping. Can't wait!
I also have riding lessons on fridays now and then I do RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association)
every thursday, Yearbook photography club on Wednesdays and Photography club on fridays.
Very busy but it is some very fun stuff as well

I gotta say, "Pull and Bear"... MY new favourite fashion brand. You can even download music from their website (www.pullandbear.com) and this music really inspires me to do art. I don't know what you would call the music though. It is quite mixed, but good background music.
Anyway. I have never EVER bought so many things from a shop before... One day I went, in one corner, I ought two tops and a dress. All my money. The day after, I went back with more money and bough a necklace, dress/top, belt and a bag. Again, all my money gone. This is Singapore and I can often walk a whole day without finding anything to buy. Thank you so much Pull And Bear!

Anyway. I got so much Homework and I need to start my final piece for art this week. Not much more time left.

I really don't like how people breed on animals to benefit themselves
economically. It is sad and usually, the animal is born into suffering and
they are not able to work naturally. Good example: the Belgian Blue.
The owners say of course that the bull is 100% natural. No, it doesn't use steroids.
But it is not natural. It would never be like that in the wild. The cow is not able to give
a normal birth because she has too many muscles that it needs a complicated surgery
to get the calf. then we have chickens that grow from a tiny little yellow fluffball
to a big chicken ready to get slaughtered after 3 weeks.

I really hope this project turns out well and I have a feeling that it will.

So finally I am getting myself Photoshop. Now I just have to learn how to use it. I see so many amazing
pictures here on Deviantart and it is not hard to realize that my simple "iPhoto" edited pictures are not
meeting the high standard here! So time to learn! The camera is OK so now it is the editing part. Well..
I just need my imagination because I love looking at other's pictures, but when it comes to doing it myself..
haha. Harder! So I guess I will get a lot of my inspiration from other Deviantart artists in the beginning

So we have got a new baby in this family, Nikon D90.
It is actually my dad's camera, but I'm using it a lot so I got the biggest Memorycard

Yay!
I am still trying to learn how to use it, but I tend to be very lazy using the manual and to go into detail.
I think I am more like a party photographer. Put it on auto and take it there and then.
What I do love is to watch other people's skills though! And I just found one girl who have some
amazing photos. But I figured out that it is not just the photo itself but the clothes, hair and the people in them.
All those things together!

I did a little "shoot" with my friend today ( [link] ) but I am not of the very
posing type so I think that needs more training. I wish I could pose like other people! Would make the pictures so much
better! But I have to thank my boyfriend a lot. He actually made me be able to do tiny tiny poses which was impossible before!
And now I just want to try to work a little further on that. Thank you so much Jufry! Well, the pictures today were actually
for the newspaper. lol. One or two of them though. So I hope they turned out well!

I really like the vintage style with flowery dresses and bright light in the picture where the colours are a bit faded. But
if the photographer is good enough, any style and any picture is super nice! But in "my favourites" under "models" are the
type of images I wished I could be in. but that will be just dreaming and imagination until I either get a professional
photographer or I learn how to pose better. Lol. Yes... I am too shy and unserious for that. Any tips?? Help meee!!!

I'm off to bed now. I have work tomorrow starting at 6:45am so have to wake up at 6 am.
I'm home in Norway now! And it feels great! The nature is beautiful and there are so many animals.
I have seen many mooses (how do you say moose when there are more than one?), horses, birds and other creatures.
I feel such great peace inside of me! But there is one thing that is stopping me from feeling complete...

My boyfriend, Jufry, has moved to the other side of the world and only God knows when I get to see him
again. When I am writing this, we have been together for 1 year, 1 month and 27 days. He is the best person I
have ever met and he is on my mind all the time. It is crazy how much I miss him. I have changed so much and it is
hard to feel fully happy. Because happiness just reminds me of him. No other human being can make me feel as complete
as he makes me feel. But at least I am not in Singapore right now. Where all the memories are and where I am stuck
in a big crowd with nowhere to go. Here in Norway, I have open space and I can walk without seeing another person.
I should take more walks and bring the camera.

Yes, I get my inspiration from the nature. Human feelings are too strong and unpredictable to make art out of. That is
what I feel. They keep changing. If I was going to make art out of my feelings, I would have to make a masterpiece
in one minute before changing to something else. Or it would loose its power. but the nature has always been in me and
it gives me this very relaxed feeling of being home. Not just any forest though. It is Norway with its dark woods and rivers and
lakes. Maybe a bit dark and scary, but there is endless beauty in it. Ever seen a field so big you can't see the end of it and it is all
a big wave of gold when the wind blows on it? Isn't it beautiful?
Yeh. This is hard to describe. You just have to see it to feel it. No picture can express it. No words can explain it good enough.
No eye can get enough of it. No heart can be too filled up with it.

Jufry, I wish you were here to see all this together with me, holding me hand.
You inspire me to keep moving. Because one day I will see you again.

Anyway! I have started to think about what I could make for Art if I end up doing that subject. I have been thinking at work.. I work at this Laundy place 8 hours a day, 5 times a week. It's ok, I just get a bit tired from standing at the same spot for 7 hours, putting towels into a machine

The one hour break divided by 3 is like heaven. Hehe.

I hope I get to take art in school. then I will update my Deviant Art more often with (Hopefully) good work. I want to learn more techniques and styles such as Street Art, Sculpturing (Wax, Clay ++), oil painting, Pencil drawing and maybe some more about photos. I got some inspiration when I went to my friend's place yesterday. He told me about Photo Editing and how you can take different photos. Thank you ThorbjÃ¸rn! He gives me good feedback on my work, and new ideas to how I can do my next work.

A few days ago, I went for a walk. then I walked across the big field next to y house in the evening... The sun was about to go down around 9 pm. I walked towards the sun and it was shining on me and the field. The field shined like it was covered with golden crop. And it was all quiet and the landscape was open. I loved it. that's how I want to live for the rest of my life
