School, art, anxiety and my awesome boyfriend have kept me busy over the last year. I've taken 3 AP classes so far and gotten 5's on all of the final tests, but not without a heck of a bunch of preparation and worry. In between schoolwork I've not had as much time for drawing and painting as I would've liked. This summer I went to SCAD Summer Seminars for a week in Savannah, GA and gained huge amounts of inspiration. I took animation and figure study. The animation was fun (gee, it takes so much time just to do a few seconds !!) but figure drawing was pure intensity. I loved every moment of it though. SCAD is a great school, definitely at the top of my college list. DA sure has changed a lot since my last visit.
Now that I'm finally out of school I can breath and do whatever I want Got through finals, got through the AP European History exam, got through softball...whew. I'm glad it's all over- the only thing I have to sort of worry about now is my SAT Chemistry subject test....why in the hell am I taking it?? I'm going to SCAD- they don't care about chemistry! I'm out of my freaking mind Oh well.

Art wise, I'm progressing slow but steady. Having art as a class every day in school has really helped a lot. It's kind of like I've solidified my foundations more, if you know what I mean. I'm especially aiming to explore oil- I already painted my first oil painting back around February/March, but I just haven't gotten around to photographing it yet. My art teacher got me involved in a state-wide art competition- of course I didn't win but it sure was fun seeing all the entries. Here's the link to the winner:
[link]
shes' the 6th picture down and it's the picture of a green hose right behind her. Personally I thought it was a bit of cheap win- all it was was a picture of a hose coming out of the side of a building. Compositionally it was good, but subject wise very boring. I thought there were a lot of other excellent pieces that should have won- many other people felt the same way

Not much else going on. I can't wait until Coldplay's new album comes out!!!!!! Wheee!!! I've already gotten my hands on "Violet Hill" & it's amazing!! I'm reading Dostoevsky like usual..... watching CSI every minute I can......want to rent all "The Office" seasons and watch them.....I have lots of summer plans.....blah blah blah. Anyway, I doubt I'll be on DA too much (not that anyone truly cares ) simply cause DA kind of irritates me. It's nice to see what every one's up to, but 1) I rarely get the critiques I'm looking for, 2) I don't like sitting on the computer for long periods, 3) Lots of stuff on DA is same-o-same-o, 4) I have drawing to make and paintings to paint!and 5) When I do find an artist I could perhaps learn something from, they usually have so many fans already that they don't pay attention to their messages. Ah well, it's all good Dang I hate Florida. Incredibly depressing but incredibly amazing too- definetly a masterwork I get to see Ratatouille, Transformers, Steamboy and Renaissance soon also (my mom went renting) Mannn, I have all the Christmas junk still up in my house and yard. My tree smells like it came out of someone's stomach I got 7 amazing books for Christmas- Dostoevski (of course), the Art of Yasushi Suzuki, and some others, and my parents paid half of my PSP and got me a game (SOCOM Tactical Strike) though right now I'm playing Final Fantasy Tactics (which had a horribly steep learning curve). And for a hobby I'm learning Russian (so far I've got quite a few letters learned) Good stuff.
Though I suck at piano so bad right now That stands as a big black blot on my good morning today. Quote Of the Day According to Google:
Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well- warmed, and well-fed.
Word of the Day According to Google:
quixotic (adjective): Caught up in the romance of noble deeds and the pursuit of unreachable goals; idealistic without regard to practicality.
Speaking of words, I was just telling someone how strange the word "rural" is. Say it too many times and it becomes "rwurwrl".
Fine Arts Night at school is coming soon- Wednesday December 5. I can't wait!! There's nothing better than to be surrounded by art people for an enjoyable hour & a half

Soon I'm going to start reading Fyodor Dostoevsky's The Idiot and maybe Notes From the Underground. I'm a bit afraid to start them though cause I know I'll be so into them that I'll have a hard time putting them down (which is what happened with Crime and Punishment). I've decided that I must learn Russian at some point in my life so that I can read Dostoevsky's works in the original form and visit St. Petersburg. He's my soul-writer, through and through.

Just recently I saw the Yamato: Drummers of Japan They were jaw-droppping!! What strength and discipline! Rock & roll drummers can't talk compared to them

But anyway, onto the topic of art It's good to get on DA when I have time cause it helps to keep my imagination fresh and positive. Sorry I'm not talking to you all very much I've got 2 big projects to do- a cat pic for my aunt and a Christmas cover for my art teacher for the December Arts Festival at my school. Speaking of art class, I'm very pleased with it. The focus isn't on how to draw but rather on composition and the elements of style. Composition is definitely one of the most important aspects of a picture- it makes or breaks a picture. Unfortuantely I've always felt like that was my weakest point. Hopefully I'll improve with my teacher's guidance by the end of 10th grade.

I went up to Tennessee/ North Carolina for my annual mountain trip. It was good and all, but I won't give much details. But have any of you ever been up to Grandfather Mountain? If so, are you familiar with the trail up to the mountain peak right across from the mile high swinging bridge? Ug, that trail...jeezooos, if there's a hell, then that trail is in it Straight up, straight down in a fricken boulder field with ladders on the side of the cliffs!

Man I want to watch anime! ***Deprived and currently obsessed with getting straight A+'s in school*** @_@ Has anyone seen the new movie Tekkon Kinkreet? Is it any good?(it looks like amazing)

I'm also currently reading Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, so I want to talk philosophy. It's such a scary book but it's also wonderful just because of the sheer genius in it. I mean, when Raskolnikov (the main character) killed the 2 people I felt like I was killing them...it was horrible, but I couldn't stop reading it. It's so easy throughout the book to think, "well, what a terrible main character. I'm glad I'm not like that!" But, I think we all are so capable of what he is. We are all Napoleons......
>"But never had people considered themselves so intelligent and in unswerving possession of the truth as did those who became infected. Never had they believed so unswervingly in the correctness of their judgements, their scientific deductions, their moral convictions and beliefs....All were in a state of agony and no one else could understand anyone else , each person thought that he alone possessed the truth and suffered agony as he looked at the others..."<

For example, take a person who is feeling so incredibly empty. They're empty because they have looked upon the subjectivity of their own existence and are being smashed by it. Everyone around them is going about their lives, seemingly unaware of the crushing knowledge this one person has incurred. In this person's isolation, the thoughts of existence fester and become infected and begin to rot more and more. They hate others for their foolish interests, conceitedness and hypocrisy and ultimately because others don't give any regard to the state of being this person is suffering. The person begins to drown in their inner thoughts and the erupting confusion; to act or not to act melts into a mass of complicated feelings and questions. Their only reprieve is the day's tasks, but when idleness slips in, the remembrance of the gaping subjectivity of existence fires once more......

In the end, this person is a Napoleon, perhaps even more of one than the people they despise. As the horizons of awareness broaden, the subconscious effect of conceit gradually looms, although the person may be unaware of it, so preoccupied are they with their philosophical questions and judgments. So, what is a person in this position to do? How does one find a way to live with the gaping subjectivity of existence? I mean, if you think about it hard and long enough, it's easy to see the futility of society and everyday life, despite the...

Woooow, The Police concert in Tampa was AMAZING!! They played all my fave songs and more. It took me hours to get it through my head that Sting was actually there and I was actually hearing him sing and seeing him play I couldn't believe it! You know, I've seen him so many times on paper so to see him in person blew me away a bit. He's such a unique musician and frankly, one heck of a human being It's an event I'll remember and cherish for the rest of my life. I took about 500 photos, about 20 of which are good. Lucky for me I had a 2 Gigabyte chip I wasn't terribly far away from the stage, but it was so dark and I was so excited that I had trouble getting the long shutter to not blur the picture. I've put a few pics in my Scraps, so go check them out if you want

I spent a week and a half at my Aunt's and Grandma's in Tampa and had a good break from the usual. I mostly alternated between playing Spyro on PS2 and PS1(love those games )and drawing. I got Interpol's new album, "Our Love to Admire" and I'm really caught up in a few songs. In fact I'm drawing an amazing picture (which is rare- I usually don't think well of things I draw) right now that pulls its inspiration from one of the songs, "No I in Threesome". Lovely song there

I've seen Transformers, Ratatouille (it's from PIXAR, so of course it's an instant classic) and Harry Potter 5 in IMAX 3D. Aiyaiyai! They're all excellent! Today I'll be getting my hands on the last Potter book so I'll be useless the rest of today and tomorrow

Hmm, I suppose that's all for now. Best of wishes to everyone out there

Well I hope everyone is having a pleasant summer! I feel like I am
Currently I'm working on about 5 pieces and I have more in mind. Most importantly, I've got to get working on my Derwent Coloursoft Contest entries, sharpen my painting skills and start a picture of all 15 of my aunt's cats/1 dog (although I've set that deadline somewhere in December around Christmas).
I just recently saw an excellent anime show called "Last Exile"(I own the complete Range Murata edition). WOW, it was so amazing!! I fell in love with all the characters and was totally mesmerized by the intricate story, music and especially the artwork, done by Range Murata (). So now I have an extra push in the inspiration area to begin to plan out my own story and decide on character layouts.

Speaking of anime, I'm finally going to try my hand at digital art! I can hardly believe it! I bought a $400 Wacom Intuos 9X12 tablet and Project Dogwaffle ($119) as my software program. I'll definitely go through a learning curve, but I think it's a good start. Unfortunately, buying all that stuff means no Anime Festival Orlando this year or anymore presents for my 16th birthday. But I can deal with that( much love to my mommy!!).
Ahh, and I get to see Sting and The Police on July 11th....so, I have great expectations for that
And I got iTunes!!! All the more lovely music for my ears!

Agh, I feel a bit dizzy with all the ideas and inspirations rushing through my head Another update will come after the Sting concert probably
With all the computers I've been on, not one has ever crashed. What a pisser offer And my computer is only 2 years old with barely any use! Turns out the mother board was malfunctioning, so it has to be shipped up to a Hewlett Packard center for major repairs and won't be back for 2 weeks. The whole ordeal wouldn't have been that painful except that replacing the motherbaord means I lose all 9,000 of my digital photos......memories down the toilet.....I was in shock over it for about a day or two and now it's sinking in just how much I'm losing. Luckily, I at least have my 2006 mountain vacation saved to a disk along with several of my favorite photos stored on my flashdrive, but still.....

First thing's first: Please offer your hopes and prayers for the students at Virginia Tech, especially for those killed and their families. What a horrible massacre.....what in the world gets into people's heads that makes them do these things...?

Now on a happier note, I'm excited to announce that I'll be getting internet at home in a few days *finally*!!!!
I can't wait~
During my spring break, I tried out some new styles and have begun to fine-tune my colored pencil and watercolor techniques. At last, I'm beginning to get the hang of them-I definetly feel more comfortable with them than I did in December of 2006 Also, I've moved on up a size- from 9 X 12 to 11 X 14, which means 3 things: 1.) that I now have a humungous portfolio to lug around(it barely fits in my backpack) 2.) I can now detail my drawings to my heart's content, and 3.) that I'll have to start photographing my pieces. The scanner I use can barely fit 9 X 12 even now

Other than that, I have to say that I've fallen in love with a group called Röyksopp Heard of them? The Geico caveman commercial-the airport one- plays their song "Remind Me" . Also gotta love soundtracks: Memoirs of a Geisha, The Village and the DaVinci Code

Don't forget to check out my scraps-I have some experimental photos that need critiques
I hope I never again make the mistake of rushing and having expectations that are up to the moon

But without the bad, there can't be any good in life, I suppose

So, I've got plans and I'm moving slowly through them. Pretty soon I'll start on a huge picture of all 15 of my aunt's cats plus their now deceased dog. It's been nearly 2 years since I was first asked to do that, but I feel now I have the ability to actually carry it out well. Other than that, I'm continuing to draw things and people on the spot, which is doing wonders for my observational skills and perception.

Much thanks to all of my good friends and critiquers for their support

Well, hello to everyone out there Best new years wishes(although it's kinda late) and I hope everyone has a resolution. I sure do(or did). With all the new paint (oils, acrylics and watercolors) I got for Christmas, not to mention a load of brushes, an easel, and a couple very nice books, I had set my sights on mastering the painting mediums.

Hah, fat chance of that

My first serious try at acylics was met with total failure, the watercolors have evolved a mind of their own, and I've been scared off from oil for the time being because of all the complex properties and laws of using it. I then attempted pastels.

Fat chance of that too.

My new big set of Prismacolor colored pencils have also not been very kind to me. It seems my only friend left is the pencil. My problem, I think, is that 1) I'm trying too many things at once 2) I'm rushing, and 3) most importantly I'm expecting too much. Perfectionism has its costs it seems I'm so used to being able to forge ahead in my skills, and now I'm confronted with things that I've had no experience with and it's stopped me in my tracks. I think I might even be retracing my steps backwards. Well, you know how people say to take things slow and to be easy on yourself? I understand that yet I'm too stubborn to heed those simple few words and save myself all the anguish and pain. Urgh, humans. Anyway, I've almost completely lost my motivation (those pieces I recently put up are actually old- it took me forever to get to a scanner) I feel like I'm drowning in the sea of art and its seemingly endless rules, mediums and possibilities. *sighs*

But I'm trying to change that. Art is my life and I think that if I lost it I would lose my soul. So, I'm trying to take mediums one at a time (I'm currently practicing colored pencil techniques and trying to learn a bit about color theory) and most importantly I'm trying to be patient with myself. Now let's see how long I can keep doing this......
I have little time to work on art in between school, home and piano. I've always had this vision of being a world class artist at a young age, which kept pushing me to go faster and faster, so fast that I veered off the road......and now I'm trying to pick myself back up. It all comes down to where to start. Art and it's techniques and laws seem, to me, endless.....but I'll try giving it all a new start. New mediums, new techniques and new people (yes, no more Neia, well, at least not as much)
If you actually took the time to read this, thanks so much. I'm sure all artists go through this at some point.....

Wow, I haven't written a journal for a long time I was getting really tired of seeing my convention journal, so now something new! I've been in school for about 3 months now, and still I barely have time to go on dA, so I apologize for late responses to all my friends. I hope I get internet soon at home..... anywho, I just recently went to the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, and it was fun, but COLD! My parents and I went camping on a campground that had no hot water or electricity, and the temperature went down into the low 40's at night with a windchill in the low 30's. One night we had a stiff wind of about 30 mph, with gusts of 60 mph, and being on top of a mountain in a tent in 60 mph winds is no fun. It was actually kinda scary; I kept thinking a tree was going to fall on us or we were going to blow away. The days we were up there were crystal blue though, so we got lots of good views. I'll put up some of my pictures as soon as I can

My birthday has also come and passed. I'm 15 now, but for some reason I'm kinda sad that I'm 15. I feel like time is going too fast. I just keep gettimg older and older.....someday I'll be 30....urgh. I got a nice digital camera for my birthday-my first digital camera!! It has a lot of abilities, and I'm working with its manual setting, trying to figure out shutter speeds and aperture values. I did get a waterfall I saw up in the mountains to get that glossy, smooth look, so I'm getting there

Same-o same-o for just about everything else in life. I've recently been listening to a few bands I’ve come upon, just to name a few: The Police and Franz Ferdinand. Both are awesome; check 'em out! I got to see the great Tom Petty in concert a couple weeks ago; he’s from my hometown. My best friend took me, who is I’ve got some photos in my scraps. And then I got to see Sonicflood, a Christian band, in concert at my church. I’ll try to write more often in the future It takes me forever to write these things, and they’re boring as ever probably to you all

Woohoo! I got to go to my second anime convention, and boy, it was fun! It was in Orlando, Florida, and I live in Gainesville, which is like 2 hours away. Last year I didn't get to go, and I almost didn't get to go this year. Usually the convention is the first weekend of August, but it was a week early this time. I found out about it pretty late, and then my mom had to get my dad to let me go. She succeeded, thankfully

I didn't cosplay, even though I'd really wanted to, so I just wore an anime T-shirt and capris Holy cow there were soooooo many people there! There were surprisingly a lot of goth/punk people, which I thought was strange because I wouldn't expect goth/punk people to like anime. Ah, guess I'm wrong There were so many awsomely dressed people in general, the hallways were crowded with people wearing all sorts of stuff and in all colors imaginable! Ooooh, it was so fantastic! I shot a whole roll of film, and when I get it developed, I'll put some of them up in my scraps section. There was this really awsome guy in traditional Japanese clothing, and..... Eeee, he was just so nice and good looking Ahem, anyway, I bought a lot of stuff, including: A "Samurai 7" and "Ghost in the Shell:SAC" T-shirt, a whole lotta Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children posters and other anime posers(Inuyasha, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Vampire Hunter D), a "Bleach" pillow, some manga, a "Rurouni Kenshin" cup, and a cute little Ichigo "Bleach" pin. I have so many posters now that my bedroom walls are just about completely covered I didn't buy as much stuff as I had the year I first went, just because of money issues.(The price of gas is outrageous) Plus they had more figures, jewelry amd manga than before. The year I first went they had an awsome booth with a whole bunch of Japanese artbooks and clear files, which I absolutely loved. The Vampire Hunter D poster I bought I might have to take a picture of and show off just because it is so out of this world. The artist, if I'm not mistaken, is Yoshitaka Amano, who has done some Vampire Hunter D stuff. His work is mindblowing. Plus he did all the promotional/character artwork for Final Fantasy X. Woww, I totally admire him... He's going to a convention where my grandma and aunt live, so I might have to go to that one just to see him. I'd be speechless and if he shook my hand I'd never wash it again

Anyway, I did take part in one contest, a Quick Draw Contest. Ugh, I was so nervous cause I was alone, walking into a room filled with people who stared at me(I don't have any siblings or friends to go with me) but these really nice people let me sit with them, and we talked about anime stuff. I was so nervous when the contest finally started that I couldn't keep my hand from shaking. One of the really nice people, a guy, could draw crazy good stuff! He drew like an entire pic in just 10 minutes(which was all we had) and the pics were hilarious too I hope I get to meet him again Well, needless to say, my drawings SUCKED, and I definetly didn't win. But it was fun, and that's all that mattered. Oh yeah, I bought artwork from a person who signed their name as "Messa", and that reminded me of So I just went into her gallery to see if she has the same artwork I bought, and she does!! I just sent her a note...

Agh, I have 3 weeks left until school starts!! During the next 2 weeks(July 24-August 4) I'll be going to a summer camp at a college where my mom works, so I'll be on DeviantART more than usual. But when school starts, I will probably not be on DeviantART for a long time, perhaps for weeks or even months, at least until I get internet at home. Just don't you all forget me! It'll totall suck not being able to go on. I'm gonna miss so much good stuff.
I can't believe I'm going into 9th grade, my 1st year of high school! It's a new Catholic school(even though I'm not Catholic) that's only been up for 3 years. They're still building classrooms and stuff like that. I'm filled with lots of anticipation as to what it'll be like. I'm hoping it will be fun, but I have a big feeling that I'll probably be working my butt off too since I'm in all Honors classes Meanwhile, I'll of course keep drawing, but not as much as I do during the summer. Anyway, I'm looking forward to high school, even though I'm a little sad because it makes me realize I'll be grown up soon. I can't ever be a little kid again, and the world will never be as big and innocent as it did to me when I was little. Time just keeps moving. It's like the lyrics of one of Pink Floyd's song from their "Dark Side of the Moon" album. I can't remember the title....ah, but since time won't let off from moving, then that makes me feel like I shouldn't let off from trying to make the best of everything
I will have a new entry before school starts just to let people know I won't be answering their comments cause I'll be gone
NOTE: I've submitted a painting in my scraps that I need some critiqing on(I'm trying to improve my painting skills), so if anyone knows any patient painters who are willing to give some advice, please notify them any help from anyone is appreciated though

Ah, well, I'm back. Needless to say I have no story to put up. I started writing a draft of a summary and never finished it. So many things in it are changing that I have a hard time deciding on stuff. My trip was kinda depressing, so I had very little energy to do anything. I hardly drew at all, and I got scared out of practicing piano because I got yelled at for doing my scales too many times( so I practiced only once) so really all I did was play my PS2, which I had brought with me, to take my mind out of reality.

I keep wondering something: how am I going to gain status as an animator and artist in a world overflowing with millions of people who have the same idea and are better at it than me. You see, I don't want to be just any animator/artist, I want to be an animator that creates works that are memorable, that create a lasting impression on a person. Yet I realize that there is nothing mememorable about what I draw, or ideas that I have for a story. It has all been done before, and it will be done again. But I don't want to be the one who does it over again. That's the problem. I feel like I need something grand, something so fantastical that it will go beyond things that have been done before. I lose hope everytime I go on deviantart. Things I see in my mind I see in another person's gallery. I know that people are bound to have similiar ideas, but what's left for me or anyone else to do then? What's the point of doing something that's already been done? Ugh, I don't know how well I'm explaining myself here; maybe this makes no sense. I feel like I'm drowning in hopelessness. If people have already been impressed by another person's artworks, and if I have a similiar idea, then my artwork will have no impression. And what a scary thought to think of how many years it will take me to become an animator, and when the time finally comes to do my first work, if I fail on it then there goes any possibility of gaining status. But I'm only 14, why am I worrying about this?? It keeps bothering me though. I just have to keep trying, keep pushing forward, I guess. I feel selfish in my ambition. Am I?

P.S. How in the world do I get people's avatars to show up, for example if I drew a pic for someone, and instead of saying their name, I would use their avatar. But how do I do that?? I've tried and looked around for answers but can't figure it out. Er, so could someone tell me?

Yay, next week(July 8 through July 15) I'll be in St.Augustine visiting my grandparents. For those who don't know where St.Augustine is, it's in Florida, which is in the United States. Anyway, I usually have a pretty good time there, especially now that I can entertain myself.(when I was little I would get horribly bored ) I'm planning on drawing a bunch(of course!), playing PS2, practicing Japanese, reading, and practicing piano. For piano, I want to focus more on music theory, techniques, and improving my sight-reading. Hehehee, my grandparents' piano is 30 years out of tune, so it sounds horrible!! I'm sure all the neighbors around the house will wonder what the world I'm doing.

Hopefully I'll get to go to the ocean, go have shrimp at my favorite restraunt, and maybe even see the lighthouse there. I love lighthouses~ But going to St.Augustine means no DeviantART for a whole week, ah, oh well, I'll survive.
When I come back, I'll probably have several new things to put up.
Oh yeah, and I'm also going to try and write out a summary of my story. I'm sure some of my friendhere wonder what my story is about. Well, just for starters, it has a lot to do with the human mind, and human behavoir, and philosophy. Also, love has a big part in it too. My story reflects what I think about, my beliefs, and my intrests.(well, not necessarily the love part; I'm not all that intrested in love really)

Anyway, see everyone later!!

WoW, I have a big packett of Algebra 1 Honors work to do, 4 books to read, and I have to do 3 projects for each of the books!! I thought summer was supposed to be homework- free~ That's what I get for being in all Honors classes for my first year of High School. Well, I guess it could be worse. My mom doesn't think it's very fair though, which is really weird since she's a parent

Books I have to read:
"Mythology" by Edith Hamilton
"Lord Jim" by Joseph Conrad
"Lord of the Flies" by William Golding
"A Separate Peace" by John Knowles

I like reading, so these books will probably end up being an enjoyable breeze. I'm especially looking forward to "Lord of the Flies" because I've heard that it is a sort of phsychological book, and I like learning about human nature. The real baddies are the assignments I have to do with each of the books.

My Assaignments for each book: ()
2 page summary of book and analysis of characters
2 page critical reader response
A visual/ creative representation of the imagery and symbolism in the novel

The visual/ symbol thing shouldn't be too hard since I'm good at drawing. Man, I'd rather just read the books, but I guess I gotta do what I gotta do.

My summer activities usually consist of drawing, reading, playing PS2, daydreaming, practicing piano(I need to practice my flute too), watching movies(especially anime!) and reading old volumes of my many titles in my 140 manga collection. I also need to start seriously taking on learning Japanese, Spanish, and practicing doing real animation.

Books I'm reading for fun now(I read several at once):
The Count of Monte Cristo
Everyday Tao
Tao Te Ching
The 7 Habits for Highly Effective Teens
A bunch of Manga I just got, including Saiyuki, Fruits Basket, and Fullmetal Alchemist

Music I'm listening to, and would recommend to anyone who likes rock:
"Keane: Under the Iron Sea"(it's awsome!)
"The Fray: How to Save a Life"
"Interpol: Turn the Bright Lights On"
"Coldplay: X&Y"
"Coldplay:Rush of Blood to the Head"
"Princess Mononoke" OST
"Haibane Renmei" OST

Of course I listen to a lot of other stuff, but these are my main music right now.

What a boring journal entry!
Heh, like anyone could really care about what I do over the summer~ or about my high school, which just happens to be Catholic~
Whatever... I just feel like talking

Yaay! I'm back!
I was starting to miss deviantart. Well, anyway, I've got a couple more things that will be going up soon that I have drawn, although one I must still shade, and the other one will remain a line art until I get Photoshop or something to color it in with. I may try coloring a copy though.
I had a good2weeks,although really all I did was play my PS2. June 18th marked my 1 year anniversary of my first piano lesson. I've come a long way in music theory and my ability to play. I can actually play Coldplay now, even though really the music is above my level.
Anyway, I'm back, and glad to be.

Well, it's June 9th today. I'm going to be leaving for my aunt and grandma's house this afternoon. I won't be back for 2 weeks, so if anyone sends me something, and I don't respond, it's not cause I'm ignoring you!
I'm gonna have like 200 messages when I come back not that that's a bad thing. They just take forever to go through. I was gone for a week from here, and when I came back I had like 86 messages, so I'm expecting double.
Much thanks to all those who have left comments and tips in my gallery!
Hey, and check out my SCRAPS section for one of my little sketches. It's nothing special, but I think it's kinda cute, and if I don't raise some hoo-hah about it, no on will probably see it.
