Uni is going quite well, a part from failing a test today and not being all that happy with my sound project.
BUT OH WELL

I've moved into my brothers and his girlfriends house in Mosman Park which is going just swell.

And I'm really tired so Ill write more interesting stuff when Im more awake and enthusiastic

Also next weekend I'll probably be moving out to my brother and his girlfriends house in Mosman Park. Which means I have to quit my job at Gloria Jeans So sad to leave but way too far way to keep working there. So I had an interview at a bakery and will probably be working there.

Really Looking forward to Big Day Out nest Sunday. Mainly going to see Bjork and Arcade Fire but I've heard that Bjorks has had to quit her Sydney show because of throat problems? Hopefully she will recover enough in time for Perth.

Really getting into Terry Pratchett (shout out to Janelle (Mohawkinator)!) Reading small Gods at the moment and its veryyy funny

It happened a couple of nights ago, I stood on a bee and its still swollen and red.

Not really going to town this New Year's. Some family are over from England so we're all going to a family friend's house.

Quite possibly have a job at Jacksons I emailed them asking if they had vacancies and I got an email back telling about a position packing art packages for back to school orders etc.

Possibly moving out next month! But really should get license before
Going to go to my brother and girlfriends house to start making room in my new room next weekend Also need to start thinking about packing my own things. So exciting!
A lot depends on if I get this job though I suppose.

Got my TEE score back and Im really happy with it Its enough to allow me to do Fine Arts next year so all is well.

Got a summer job at Gloria Jeans which is good fun
Had an interview at Curtin for art, had to show my folio. Im pretty certain I want to go to UWA..excited..will find out if I get in around Christmas.
Could be moving out with my brother and his grilfriend NEXT MONTH So exciting..want to try and get a job at JACKONS art supplies.

NEED TO GET MY LICENSE!

Next week is Maths, History and Art History.
I should be studying today for next Tuesday (Maths) but so far all I've done is finish a painting and a book!

So yes.. all is reasonably well.
Tics is all done: I put Fine art down first for UWA, then Curtin Art and then Curtin design etc etc. It a boring process and I'm happy it's all over with.
Now I just need to pray I get in
SO I will go for a walk and then teach myself some Maths

I'm currently finishing my English report about the movie, Gattaca Ahh its an aweosme movie I recomend it to all.
I'm prematurely reallyyyy excited about leavers!!
Even though I havent had mocks, let alone actual exam. My friends and I have arranged our accomodation, we are staying in cottages in Dunsborough D
I'm also excited about going on art camp on Sunday! Going to be aweosme. We're going to be doing lots of art indoors as it will probably be raining the whole time.
Well that's all I can really be bothered writing at the moment..back to the report!

One of the things I'm finding difficult at the moment is having to do subjects like Maths, history and human biol. All I want to do is art when i leave school so i really feel like Im wasting my time.
And whats stupid is that I could get the highest mark in the world for my art..but if i fail my other subjects i wont be able to get into ART at uni.. I dont want to do maths or human biol or history..mayeb english. But yeah..frustration.

But on a happier note: I have a date for my ball So now I can be excited about that. I just have to try very hard to focus on exams and not the ball
Can't wait til these exams are out of the way.
In a couple of weeks from now I'll be the happiest person ever.

On some other notes:
I'm really enjoying Animal Collective at the moment.
My brother gave me a cd of theirs and it is lovely.
So that is highly recomended.
Loking forward to seeing Pirates of the Caribean ..and Grindhouse.

Apart from all the work I'm supposed to be doing.
I have to finish a big painting and my visual diary for art which is the better part of the workload, that sort of makes the histoy, human biol, english and maths work seem a lot worse.
Anyway.. My studio piece for art is going to be a painting of a city scape with factory smoke in the background. In the froeground there's a big tower with a giant penguin climbing it holding Senator Bob Brown. The theme is meant to be comical, taking off the whole King Kong imagery, but instead of an ape there is a penguin (was part of the brief to include a penguin in our work) and instead of a blonde damsel, their is Bob Brown, who this avenging penguin has taken a fancy to.
On the bsideline I've been sketching some frames because me and my friend are planning to create a graphic novel together..some day.
He's an amazing writer so I have a lot of work to do
ALSO I need to get around to drawing little cartoons of everyone in our yeargroup to potetially put in the year book.
I must say I enjoy having art projects to do
Really looking forward to finishing Year 12 so I can study ONLY art at uni..possibly journalism..
Going to be awesome to the max
