Merde, i'm so behind with everything because i have been sick.. My inbox on DA here hit the roof again, 16215 messages and 568 deviations,, i need to go through , which of course i won't be able to get through

My tarot deck i really need to get ready, they want everything the 1 january, and on top of that i noticed that some of the permissions from the stockphotographers i can't open anymore since some kind of update of that program to open it

Now i have to send another note to all the stockphotographers that i got the permission from to ask if they want to send it again... This is driving me nuts i must say, i will be so glad when all this preparation of the deck for publishing will be done

.. So the stockphotographers will recieve another note and they get a little bit of an update on the deck that i still have to keep a little secret

They deserve to know because they are a part of the deck

You can't believe how hard it is to keep what is all going with the deck, a secret

My home is a mess because my sickness of 2 weeks. and i really need to clean that first because its getting on my nerves..

Christmas in a few days, and also because i have been sick, I still need to wrap some gifts and need to get some presents and put them under the christmas tree ... don't know when i'm gona do that .

I missed 2 artclass lessons because of that dammed sickness...

2 weeks sick and still recovering, my voice finaly start to come back after be gone for 2 weeks, still very tired, so i still sleep a lot, which of course doesn't help to get everything done in time... Well , i hope next year i won't be sick one single day, i have my fair share this year , i must say

Good news, I'm finaly getting better, i hope it will last

I just watched 'the Docter Phil show' about drug addicted twins.. don't even know why i watched it, i normally don't watch tv, and especially things like that, but now i kept looking while i was drinking my morning cup of coffee , eating a little bit because i need to get my pills inside me so i can get better ( i hate taking pills )..

I don't know a lot of people who take drugs, I'm totally against it, and when my husband and i dated in the beginning and i got to know he smoked once, i went through the roof and our relation almost ended that day because of that.. so you can understand i have an almost zero tollerance on that area

When children in school start to say they think drugs are cool, well they get to hear a doom speach from me and i actually call them losers for even thinking that drugs are cool. Where i got that zero tollerance against drugs from.. simple, once we were with some friends in a pub and an idiot put something in my friends and my drink, and I never felt so awefull in my whole life.. Update:
Still sick. still no voice, got back to the docter, it seems i have some fungus? on my troat as a reaction of the fluids running from my sinus into my troat or something like that. now back on other pills to get rid of that. Well i hope it will help, the next step will be getting my health back ,meaning get some kind of resist against all sickness. Don't know how they want to achive that, but we will see, aren't we

wondered where I am the past week? Well, nothing news, except, i've have catched another bronchitis which made my day's very boring.. wake up- work- sleep- go to work again, sleep and then go to my other work and at 20h back in bed.. This is how my day's looked the past week, I've tried to get on DA but I gave up really fast because i just fell asleep behind the pc.. I didn't want to go to the docter again, 2 weeks ago i had a stomach flue, and 2 weeks before that an Agine.. Now this again, i called the docter to let them know that they should get the result of the scans and the sleeping test, and she heard that i had another bronchitis and she said ' you really should come before it get worse' ... And i was so stuborn to not go.. For 5 day's i haven't eat a lot, i just can hold it inside.. ( on the other side, it won't hurt if i loose some weight

) I bark like a dog and my voice is almost gone.. If i hold it like this for 2 more weeks then its hollidays and i can be as sick as i want to be .. I know its not smart, but i'm so sick of going to the docter when it doesn't help a single bit .. I'm sick of getting sick and i'm sick of all those tests i have to go through and everything seems to be fine except for the high level of white bloodcells that indicate that i'm fighting against some infection even when i'm not sick but they can't find what... Its now 16 years i hear that story and i really begin to doubt that they will find that infection or whatever that is infected... Ohh and on top of that i'm again overtime 8 days again, i'm not gona test it, because i will have my periods again someday, with the result that the docter already said that if i'm over time again and get my periods again that they will examine that to... well i won't, they won't find anything.. How i know it because i feel it that i won't give a single result, and just a big waiste of time and money..

I'm tired, have a headache, i'm hunry, i bark like a freaking dog, my troat hurt, and i'm just fed up with it . I just want my health back, and the frustration back to hell so i can sit down and relax in doing some fun stuff like a little photomanipulation, or painting or just whatever...

Actually its almost done, if i just can stop adding details on the king of wands

... But I can tell that in less then 1 hour the last card of the deck will be finished

A little more then a year, they were my curse, my pleasure, my crazyness . and now they are done, ready to be go into the big world.. I have made my own deck, For myself I succeed in my goal to create a deck that speaks to me, that is my ideal deck

and i couldn't have made it without all those fantastic stockphotographers that gave me the inspiration for it, who made photoshoots just so i could have the poses i needed... i can't express the gratitude i feel towards them , that they were the ones that give me the opportunity to create them , and i'm proud to have them in my deck..

I'm also very gratefull to all the people who commented, supported me in the whole process.. i would never ever finished the deck if it wasn't of all the support i got.. There were times i thought 'what the hell was i thinking to start on this' when i couldn't find the right stock and then reading all your comments, all the notes i got, it gave me the courage to not give up

While i'm writing this, i start the last and final step of the card, merge all 100 layers and paste them in the card layout .... So now i can say ..The Mystic Dream Tarot... has been finished

And now off to bed

Ohhh shoot.. Again
I've got another DD.. I couldn't believe it when demoncherry told me in msn that i had another one

This is the lucky one

I never could think that getting another DD would be possible.. 1 DD ok, that can happen ...( actually the first DD I wasn't jumping in the air

because i didn't feel that it deserved it then, now i can understand why they chosen that one, and that the one who picked it then, did see more in it then i actually did

)

The second DD was very surprising again...

Then Caddman got a DD on our collab we did together and i was glad that this time it wasn't me who got it, so i gladly stayed in the shadows

And now this one... Wow.. I couldn't believe it, the thirth DD, What are the chances to get another DD?? That must be very small isn't it

I think i have to stop being so hard on myself and start to believe that what i make, actually has something that talks to the people

and still i can't take credit for it alone because of all the stocks that are a part of it .. In my eyes, they got the DD to... i'm not the only person here, i couldn't have get totally nuts on 'Titania' without all that great stock, that gave me the inspiration to create that piece... And I hope it gives them more exposure, and more people get inspired by them

Notes... Is this going to stay like this that you have to copy the username in your notes before you can send the note?? because I don't know about you, but it does get on my nerves.. Its a disaster when you go to the stock you have used to send a note and then first copy the name and past it there and then come to the conclusion you first need to save the link in notepad or something or open 2 windows before you can write the note... if this is going to stay like this, i think stockphotographers will find more and more stock been used and not been notified about it or people will just put in on the frontpage where it got lost, or they have to search in hunderds of photo's to write it under the deviations... and that is to much time... And i'm not gona watch everybody , just to have them in my notes, so i can note them easier .....just my humble opinion.. Now i'm going to do this time eating sending notes thing but I hope they get it a better way for sending the notes .

I just see i got a DD in my stockaccount for this [link] ... Its so strange to get a DD for something i made during my first tryouts to find out how Vue d'esprit works

Like usual i didn't notice it fast, i was just quicly jumping into my stock to see if somebody had used my things so i could fav it when i saw in the comments that there suddenly was more comments on a piece then i'm use to have on my stock

.. And i clicked on the pic to see what one that was.. so i scrolled down and noticed some text under the pic that normally isn't there.. My thought ' ohh DA has a new feature thingie add , lets see what it does

I'm not really very awake for the moment

I never considered my stock to be worth of a DD.. I just put stuff up because I use it a lot and i think ' maybe somebody can use it to'...

The tarot.... 3 pieces to go and then the deck is done... 3 pieces and I already feel a loss, how silly is that..
For a year they were my 'friends'

real life model drawing.. Quite a shock i must say, i wasn't totally prepared for it

monday i walked into the class ( an hour to late as usual because i had to work till 19h ) and i was confronted with a nude model.. First thing that slipped into my mind was ' shoot what have we here

' second was ' how on earth will i pull this off, i never done that '
And then the teacher asked, do you want to paint further on your painting, or do you want to give the model drawing a try... I said, it can't hurt to try it

Dang, i didn't know that the model changes poses almost every 20 minutes

my first drawing i made the model thinner then she was but the proportions were good lol second, second , just the same, and the teacher said that for some odd reason i don't seem to have any troubles with hands and feet

if you know that the one thing i curse all hell lose then it is the hands and feet

The thirth one actually looked good exept i didn't had the time to draw the legs and feet well. and the fourth was such unusual position for me that the only thing i got right was her belly and breasts

I never drawed a real life model before in my life . And it was frustrating, but i was in a way glad to hear that the proportions were right ( except that i made her more thin

) . Next time she will give some pointers to add some tiny details so the positions of legs and arms looks more in dept, now i got to flat... It was an interesting experiance, frustrating and fun

I do feel shy when other students ( or how do i call them

) say they envy me because i have talent ( again i not really agree because i feel that i'm at level zero next to them ) maybe i should gain some confidence in what i can but for the moment its not really there

Gona take some shots of the drawings and then you can see my first drawings on that area

and saterday if i don't forget it, i will take a photo of the ' tears of Atlantis painting i'm trying to make

.

in a way i find it kinde sad that i just can go 2 days in a week to the artclasses

if they would be each day, i would be going each day if it was possible

Hmm i don't have my day today

i baked a cake.. it burned, i baked cookies, it burned.. some silly easy cookies.. burned.. Everything was just chaotic today... Then a silly door to door salesmen... 12.50 euro for a liter of product to clean a toilet

what is in that stuff, diamonds or what

no i didn't buy it, i'm not that crazy.. My pc shut down 4 times today, 3 times because my own silly mistake and the fourth time because the electricity fell out. I wanted to burn some of the permissions for the tarot on a cd, coming to the conclusion that nero still didn't work and of course i didn't find the other program fast, result nothing burned.. we aren't friday the thirtheen aren't we :
... No, its just the my hormons i guess.. mixed up ... You know what would work very good to get rid of the anger and frustrations... Trowing with stuff, and stuff that makes lots of noise... Actually i'm fine but i'm just mad at myself...

and on top of it, I had 2 spam notes, never had these before here and because of the brilliant shiny sunny mood i am in today, not really something that brighten up my day...

I just got again a print rejection for the calender this time

And i have an issue... My neighbour gave me photo's , lots of them, photo's from an airballon flight, photo's of caves 100m below the surface.. And she was insulted when i said that i needed a permissionform so i could use them... She said, i gave them, they are a gift, i can't do anything with them, and when you use them, they having some purpose.. I noted one of the print people... it seems i do need the permission, even when she gave them ( just in case thing ). Now i have to rish a mad neighbour because of that, she finds it really ridiculous that she must write a permission... So DA what now???? its like when you get a gift for your birthday, and you ask if you can have to ticket of the price in case the police wants to see prove that its a gift and you didn't stole it.... I can understand why i need to permission, no doubt about that, but this puts me in a very uneasy situation . and i don't dare to use the photo's anymore for the moment

and probably the photo i used in the oktober piece is the reason why its rejected because of the photo if my neighbour i used

.. And believe me the rejection emails just drive me nuts.. Now this time i send list with questions to their helpdesk if they can provide decent info on the why rejection..

Actually, i'm feeling a bit down.. The pregnancy thing again.. This time i was pregnat, 20 days over time.. sunday, i start to bleed, not heavy, but with a lot of pain.. with my son i had that to. so on one side i wasn't worried on the other side i was. Today, its heavy, with big fat blobs.. . I called the docter and he said when i described the bleeding he said that i'm losing it, that it doesn't live anymore.. natural abortion.. duh that i figured out already, i just called him if i should do anything special and more specific from what moment i should start count again

And actually i didn't want to hear him say it, it was exactly what i didn't want to hear. a bit sticking my head in the sand because now i'm just confronted with the fact that it's all the same over and over again, just like the first time we tried. Then i lost it also a few before it actually stayed inside, this is now the second time. I really don't want to walk that path again.. So for me its done..i had enough with it. For some odd reason my body kills whats insides me, I just can't call it any other way. I have enough of the uncertaintity if its gona stay inside or will i lose it again.. Ok its not much, 20 days, its not 3 months , But i just have enough with it. I just have flashbacks over and over, and i really don't want to follow the same pregnancy like i had with my son. 3 months with bleedings not knowing it it would or will not survive... It just sucks that each time there is something and because of something it dies after 2-3 weeks. Then it would be better if it just fails , then you don't have that yes feeling, followed by dissapointment... Why can I be 'normal' for once...

Maybe they will find it now. I'm on the list for the sleepclinic again and also for 2 EMG scans or something like that. they've done another bloodtest, and maybe just maybe they will find something now..Probably not, so why should i 'hope'... So you understand i don't feel very fluffy happy with the world today...

Maybe my DNA is changing

I read some article , new age kinde stuff that every humans i going through some DNA change and that results in the 3th DNA string, and that the changes has to be done in the year 2012.. Yeah right, don't know if i want to believe that one

The stockphotographers i used in the deck are probably cursing at me

i'm contacting most of them back to let them know the deck is going to be published, and some i forgot the link to the model release forms, so i'm doing this now. they really gona think i'm crazy , i think

I told a few people and strangly enough they think and say that i don't realize how big this is, that my deck is going to be published... actually i still don't realize it fully ... but i don't think that i will become famous , i can't understand why i would become famous because the deck is available.. ( you know they say, don't forget us when you are famous

) Famous because of a tarotdeck

i really wonder lol...

but it does make me wonder, do i underestimate it, because i think its a good thing that i don't start to fly in the clouds,.. For me the main thing of this tarot project is actually finish the dammed thing, make my own version . it was in the beginning my only goal and it still is my main goal

That the deck itself convinced a publishing compagny that they are worth to be published, i can't take actually credit for that

the deck did it, all the wonderfull models did it... Like in all my pieces , i'm just a little tool that makes it visible... Its maybe very strange to say it but the deck told me what to do, I didn't tell what i wanted to do, i just followed the clues..
lots of 'things' did happen, when people started to ask about the deck , that they wanted one...I was concidering to publish it but not untill the deck was done.... i remember that a week before Llewellyn contacted me, i thought ' what if a publisher see my deck and contact me.' followed with the next tought ' silly goat, that will never happen'.. a week later i got my first email from the editor of Llewellyn... and my only though then was ' what the hell is happening here ' lol
I had 2 publishers in mind that i would contact when the deck was finished , the first one was USgames and the second was Llewellyn... but when Llewellyn contacted me i didn't dare to believe that they were the second one i was planning to contact, in first i thought it was another Llewellyn lol ...

but become famous because of publishing a deck, no i don't think it will go that fast lol

I must say, I'm a little overwelmed , even knowing that there was a big chance, i never really tought the comitÃ©e would liked it so much that they actually want to publish my deck...

The Aquarium- Terarium Art Exhibition 2009

Ok i have a little more information

The things that are going to be displayed on the aquarium/terrarium exhibition has to be pieces that contains creatures from the reptile and fish world meaning those has to be the main eye catcher from the piece.

It has to be digital art, meaning that its has to be photomanipulation, digital painting with the main character a fish, or a reptile, sea etc etc
Digital photography is also allowed.

I need to find lots of artists who wants to display their pieces.
It also came to my intension that if people are interested to buy the piece that they can do it. so that means that maybe you can sell the piece that hangs their..

Fantasy is allowed but not much, there will be a little corner for the mermaid pieces but only a small one
sureal pieces, 'real pieces' will be the main theme

If you have a piece in your gallery that you would like to see there hanging( we will print it out and hang it there )
send a little note or something with the link to the piece or pieces you would like to hang there
each piece will have a little card with the name of the artist and also small cards next to them with the link and contact info of the artist ( in case they want to see more of your work or buy something).
in case a piece get sold there and the buyer want the one that hangs in the exhibition, i will contact you to send you the money of the sale .
( thats also why i have to need a price you want to have for the piece)
So that means that before you send me the file, you get permissions from the used stocks that you may sell it.

I'm not the only one who will choose which pieces will hang there on the exhibition. They expect more then 3000 people to come to the exhibitions

We want this exhibition a very good one, this means one that people see and say ' wow ' to. Its also a way to promote Digital Art and photomanipulation as a form of art.

There will be probably one famous digital artist there , i forgot his name again , we will try to get him involved in this project to..

People that display their art will be invited to the opening, of course i realise that this can be impossible to come

If they live nearby they are welcome to come

but that is for the year 2009

And least but no least, IF you know anybody who has a passion for fish and makes art about it, tell hem about this.

I also hoping to recieved lots of photo's , Art of fish and reptiles from members of the aquarium club that can be used in future aquaristic pieces
