Why am I getting the odd sensation that will be stealing this quiz from me in, like, 24 hours? Hmm, I wonder what that sensation could be from!!

Okay, I won't rant any longer, and I'll let you read all this random LotR nonsense - er, quiz.

1. When did you first become a LOTR fan?: Okay, well, this is either a loooong story or a really short one - take your pick. *hears all of my watchers yelling "THE SECOND OPTION!! SPARE US, PLEASE, OH GOD!"* Okay, I guess it's unanimous (sp? I can't spell today ), then.

You see, I was going to see HPatPS when it first came out back in November 2001 (damn that was a long time ago... wow ), cuz I was, sadly, an HP fan at that time (or, if I wasn't then, I was after seeing the film). I saw all these advertisements saying, "PRE-BOOK YOUR TICKETS TO 'THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING' FOR DECEMBER 2001!" and I thought it sounded kinda interesting, and I had a friend whose mom was right into LotR, but then something happened and we never got around to seeing it in theatres. When it came out on video we saw it, and I liked it, but wasn't crazy about it. Then when TTT came to theatres we saw it and I was obsessed for about three days, then that ended and I was back to my normal, un-obsessive self.

When RotK came out this past Dec., my mom suggested we watch the other two movies over again just so we wouldn't be confused when we saw 'King. Well, we did that. Then we went and saw RotK and I became instantly obsessed. I think it was Sam's loyal nature that showed a lot more in the last movie that did it, to tell you the truth. By the time I walked out of that theatre.. I was a different person.

2. Have you read the books?: I wonder.

3. Seen the movies? Duh, they're what got me addicted in the first place. ^___^;;

4. What is it that you love about LOTR?: Meh, no idea. I guess the characters are cool, but the story is just.. amazing. (And plus, all the hot actors in the movies are a bonus! )

5. How many times did you see each of the movies:
FotR: Meh, lost count at around 10. No idea, really...
TTT: Same as above.
RotK: 6, but this will change in 4 weeks when I FINALLY get to see it again. Seventh.. time.. *falls over* Omg.

6. Times you've read the books: Once, but I'm rereading them right now. *is too busy with /other stuff/ to get much reading done right now though! *

7. Just how obsessed are you with LOTR? I crossed the line between "obsession" and "psycho fangirl obsession" a long time ago.

Okay, I'll make this quick cuz you peoples probably don't want to hear every detail of the entire weekend (which, I tell you, I would prob'l'y give you, if I had time to write a novel, rofl). It was an amazing experience and I CAN'T WAIT til June 3rd, 4th, and 5th, when I go to my next show in Caledonia, Ontario It's only an hour away from Thorold, which is good, though it's a little more exciting then staying in my own town like I did for the Seaway Kennel Club show this weekend!!

Anyways, Deliliah's an 18 m/o brindle Boxer bitch, for those of you who don't know.

Here's what we achieved this weekend (no championship points But I'm very proud of myself and her anyways, since it was only our first show!):

Friday, April 30th - Reserve Winners (Against a professional handler, too!!!)

Saturday, May 1st - Best Open Bitch (I won against the guy I lost to on Friday )

Sunday, May 2nd (today) - Second Place in the normal show, and nothing in Jr. Handling unfortunately (although I did get a Participant ribbon, a can of Coke, and a pack of Mackintosh's Toffee which I polished off just a few minutes ago, rofl!!)

So, yeah. I really think we did good for our first show, and besides that, all the bigwigs in the business spoke to me and offered me tips on showing, so I can only get better, right??

At least not right now.

Today was awful. It's rare I have a bad day at school, but today...

Firstly, Sam was away in the morning on a chess tournament (sp?), so I thought I'd have to spend all recess alone - but then, I remembered it was Day 5 and I had to watch Pierce, the little boy in Grade 1 who I, along with 9 other kids in my class, offered to help stay "out of trouble" when the principal asked if we would. Bah. He gets into trouble practically EVERY time I'm on duty anyways!! But anyways, I'd forgotten I was on duty, so I was going home for lunch (for like, the first time in 2 weeks or more; I usually stay at school to eat nowadays!), and had to ask my other friend Melissa to do it for me at lunch recess. But in the morning when I was with Pierce, his psycho freak of a friend (who's in grade 2 or something and is already cussing like there's no tomorrow..it's a sad, sad world isn't it..?!! MG and him went inside the school when they were supposed to, and finally I just reprimanded them lightly, and the other kid's like, "Why don't you just be quiet? We're just getting drinks!" or something. Stupid kid! ARRGH, I coulda smacked him!!! :curse:

But then Sam and I got in a fight, and although we made up, it wasn't much fun arguing even for a few minutes.

And now, I'm in detention for a reason that is SO stupid. I wish I could just skip school tomorrow, but I'll still have to go to detention the next day. Arrgh, stupid teachers!!!!!

Anyways, don't respond to this. I'm just rambling. And I think I'll draw a bit to cheer myself up, that always works

I practically did just that when I got the news this evening.

But here's the whole story, in full.

See, I was down here on the comp, surfing through LotR fanfiction on FF.net, when my mom rushes through the front door apparently with something extremely important to say. She called me upstairs and said, "Would - you - like - to - be - in - Junior - Handling?"

I was silent. This had been my ultimate fantasy when I was 9, but since then my interest (okay, obsession) with the breeding and showing of purebred dogs had given way to other obsessions. And plus, I was being homeschooled then - now I'm back at school, I don't just have the time for being an LotR fanatic, reading, surfing the Net, and getting tons of drawings done in my free time that's not taken up by homework. Okay, and maybe the fact that my Zipmister is a crossbred (Beagle/Wire Fox Terrier, hence ma username), and could never be shown in dog shows, played on it too. I dunno. But now, it was all coming back to me.

"Say yes or no," my mom demanded.

I just stammered for a while and finally managed to shriek, "YES! This has been my - my DREAM for two years! Are you INSANE??!!??" After that, I went utterly and completely insane. I would have thought they had heard my screaming all the way to Neptune, but apparently they didn't even hear it up the street. Mrrft. Either way, I couldn't contain myself. We rushed outside, and, well...met up with my neighbours (who just HAPPEN to be currently-unregistered Boxer breeders..ahem...) at their house, and the man, Geoff, sprang it on me. He'd let me show his dog, Delilah, if I really was serious and wanted to. In Junior Handling. At a dog show in like, FOUR FREAKING WEEKS. And maybe even in the REGULAR DOG SHOW too, if I was good enough. Wow.

...I was so shocked, I just couldn't stop grinning stupidly at the poor man. He must have thought I was possessed. But who cares? He said he could teach me a bit about Boxers, and I'm hired. If you can even call it that. Whatever. He's calling the woman that does Junior Handling lessons tonight, and he's going to get me signed up for, like, in two weeks. *squeals and starts freaking out all over again*

The dog that will be all mine to show in a few weeks time is GORGEOUS. She's one of the most beautiful Boxers I've ever seen. And, if that's not enough, she's from an amazing bloodline. I'm amazed, astounded, astonished, delighted, shocked, and most importantly, VERY VERY VERY V-E-R-Y EXCITED!!!!

What's more, I get to go right over to their house tomorrow after school (gosh, math'll seem boring tomorrow! Even though I like it! ), and walk Lilah around the block. Just to get 'er used to me before the "plunge". Me so excited! And hyper!

Now that that's out of my system, see ya! *waves and runs off, muttering "I'm gonna be in a dooooog show, I'm gonna be in a doooooooog show" over and over again*

Well, March Break is finally drawing to an end..but of course, I just HAD to have trouble with the girls at my school (over MSN earlier today) TODAY, of all days. Apparently I act like "Miss Perfect" (is that immature or what?!) and think I'm "all that" when I'm on MSN and at school. Not true. I can't believe they haven't mentioned this before! Needless to say I am dreading returning to school tomorrow (and I was actually LOOKING FORWARD TO IT less than four hours ago!). One of the girls was also spreading lies that I cried when I didn't get perfect on a test, earlier in the year. NOT true. In fact, I'm USED to getting less than 100% on my tests! If I was going to cry after a test it would most likely be due to happiness if I DID get perfect! Omg. They're so pathetic. And they also say I use "big words" (believe this: when I said "pray tell" they were shocked, and apparently had no clue what it meant!) that they don't understand (and when I said I'd try to make more sense if they didn't understand, which they SHOULD, because they're only "big words" such as "appropriate" and "extremely" and let's face it, we ARE in grade six, not four...*cough*...anyways, yeah, when I said I'd try to make more sense to them, they're just like, "U SHOULD STOP WITH THE BIG WORDS!!!!!" Yes, with the "u" and the large amount of exclamation marks. They're so immature, if I haven't mentioned that enough times already.

I think Sam will understand. At least I'm HOPING she will. And then there's always the Michael issue. He'll most likely intervene if anything happens tomorrow (which I'm praying won't!), and it won't look very good for me, especially if the girls are searching for ways to torture me, which I believe they are.

Oh well, on a happier note, at my Nanny's last night we bought Seabiscuit on the BellVu satellite thingie, and it was AWESOME! I FINALLY saw it! It was amazing! I was a bit confused as to who all the charas were at first, but it was great once I got into it. I can certainly see why it was up for Best Picture! And the horse was beautiful Poor Biscuit! That shtoopid radio announcer guy really degraded the poor guy! DOWN WITH WAR ADMIRAL! Mwahahaha! It was so cool, even though it was long..3 hours I believe!

...And I /finally/ got the RotK soundtrack. Took me long enough! My dad brought it home the night Sam stayed over, and I went nuts ;_; I was so excited and hyper! Hehe! I played it for the first time this evening, and it's just so..omg. Made me want to see the darn movie for a 7th time! ^-^ I was drawing a random wolf while Into the West was playing, and it turned out purdy good, for once I think I've finally got wolf markings down pat. *sighs*

Anyway, this entry has been /far/ too long today ;_; What is it with me, and having tons to say all the time?

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone! Doesn't really seem like it should be a holiday today, but ah well. Nobody makes a huge deal outta St. Paddy's Day nowadays. Mrrft.

I'M DONE ROTK. I'm done the entire trilogy. It's over. It's DONE. Gah, I guess I can reread The Sight now, and then go onto The Silmarillion (sp?) eventually.

Well, I've finally figured out how to deal with the DA problem of late. I mean, sort of. It still is showing the preview img 'stead of the actual picture, but ah well. I'll get it figured out one of these days; or maybe it's just a problem with . Anyone else having this kind of trouble with uploading images..? I try to upload a JPEG image, and then it says "You must select a preview image", or w/e, and it clearly states above that you DON'T NEED a preview image for JPEG files. And then when I DO make a preview image, and upload it as the preview image, it works - but then the image just comes up as the preview image.

VERY weird. Lemme know if there's something wrong with the DevART system right now, or if my comp is going all weird on meh (not for the first time). I would think the latter, but I'm really kind of clueless right now. Lol.

Anyhowl, that's why there've been no uploads from me in a while. Trust me, I've been drawing so much my hand is probably going to fall off sooner or lata, so that's not the problem, it's just I can't submit 'em for some shtoopid reason.

...My first problem with DeviantART in all the humble months I've spent hea. Pretty good, eh? Hehe

Plus, Hotmail hates me, and my MSN icon along the bottom of my computer screen has disappeared and forced me to use Windows Messenger (the same as MSN, but with the insanely-un-feature-ish OLD version...grrr...me misses MSN version 6.1 and all its wonderful special features..!) But oh well.

I actually semi-like the idea of it, which is really something, for me Uh, the plot is just too confoozin' to explain all right now, and plus I'm really lazy at this particular moment, so I will post some info about it soon. (TGDatCC stands for "The Gingham Dog and the Calico Cat", who happen to make a slightly evil appearance in the trilogy once or twice )

He told me some things, which were DEFINITELY just daydreams (or, more appropiately, in my opinion at least, nightmares ), but the one that I couldn't help but be insanely interested in was the "I'd like to take over the world with you!"

*foams at mouth* It's my dream. To take over the world and LotR and TS-ize it. *drools insanely*

Luckily, Mike is also a slight LotR fan, and he deals with my crazy rambling about it without flinching. Lol. But anyways, once he said that I went nuts.

Cabby: "Yeah! We can make every school read The Sight to their students. And if they don't, they'll be thrown in jail."

Mike: "For five years."

Cabby: "Haha, yeah! We'll make everyone become an insane Sight fan."

Mike: "And Lord of the Riiiiingssss!"

...You don't want to hear the rest. But I was in hysterics by the end of it, lemme tell ya. Basically it involved poor Cabs in Mount Fuji (in a negative way, I don't mind saying!) after we took over the world; LotR being farm animal-ized (move over Aragorn - meet Return of the Chicken! ); a new country called "Michael Land"; and some other random insane stuff.

Ah, good times.

...At least Michael can still talk to me without going all...weird, like he did yesterday. *shivers*

We watched Freaky Friday for the last three periods of the day - haha, it's been SO long since I saw that movie, and I laughed so hard seeing it again. Sam and I have already made up our minds: she's bringing her copy of the Freaky Friday DVD over March Break when she comes to stay over, and we're watching it all over again. *considers playing the drinking game with the word "Anna"*

No name yet, though, lol She looks exactly like Cabs but instead of a white diamond on her forehead she has a blue one, and her scar is on her RIGHT (facing me, not her) instead of left. Omg. I finished The Two Towers last night. >.<

I CRIED.

I've never cried at a book before, but I was truly in tears reading The Choices of Master Samwise. It wasn't like I was unprepared or anything, I HAVE seen the movie 5 times, but...I didn't think it was gonna be this sad. It was. Omg. I was sobbing, at one point I had to stop reading cuz I couldn't see the page! I started reading RotK immediately after I was finished, but I was still in a state of shock that I'd actually been in tears, and I got two pages in and said, "Enough's enough. I am really NOT in the mood for reading this right now." Plus it was late at night, lol. *cough* Anyways, on a happier note...I'm being stalked by ! Wooooo! Thanks so much, it's not often I get stalkers x3 Very much appreciated!

I've been drawing like crazy here, and not scanning any. I did this one horrible picture about The Sight but it's worthless so I threw it out...but most of the other pieces are still kicking around but I am just so lazy to scan them and get them uploaded. -sigh-

I am trying out for the Canine Dreams Studios. I won't get in but bwah, never hurt anyone to try anythin' new and at least if I do get in I will have a friend -huggles Kiti- ^_^

I am just so in luv with DeviantART. It is such a kewl site where you can meet such KEWL people! ^^ And people actually compliment you on your art, something you would certainly not expect from a majorly huge artsite. It's easier to show off your stuff hea than at Neo or anywhere else, that's for sure. FOREVER !!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
