Just moved to a new city to do my honours in animation. My new place is way cool, as is my new film school as are all the people I've met... well not all ofthem, but some are way cool at least.
Stuff is going pretty well with the band. Anyone wanting to get hold of any of our pins, they're available throught the ultra cool HELTA SKELTA clothing stores.

Had a very cool weekend. Went to the biggest rock festival in the country. I was a camera opperator for the shoot of the DVD of the festival. Had to film 2 bands on Friday night and 3 on Saturday. The guy that was directing the shoot put alot of effort and thought into it, so the DVD should turn out rad.

Excluding work the festival was really fun. Got completely blown away by this band called Antipathy. From out of nowhere they're making this awesome dancy post hardcore, with a lead singer that puts on an ammzing performance, and an incredibly talented, blind drummer. They had me shaking my ass like a mad man in this boiling hot tent in the middle of the day which is a most impressive feat. Y'all should download them at: [link]

Other than that I've been working on the animations that are gonna be projected durring my bands live shows. They're looking pretty cool. Will submit some stills from them soon...

They were insanely good, kicking out the raddest funk-punk I have ever heard. Needless to say Ben went into complete dance-disaster mode, spazing my little heart out.
Documentary from the national arts festival got aired last Thursday and Friday which is also cool.

Shot the last sequence for the "These Arms Are Snakes" video. It was absolute madness. It involved a Chef spraying huge streams of some black substance from his mouth at high speeds.

Had to cover my entire room in plastic to protect it from the paint we used as the black stuff. Forgot that after doing that I would be bringing Lights and an Air Compressor into the room, so there was this constant fear we were gonna electrocute ourselves.

Had an insane weekend. On Friday went to a Rock club called the doors and got home at 5, then at 7:45 woke up to go to band practice, which was a mess and then at 3 went to a mini-music festival becuase on of the bands playin are a band I'm doing a music-video for (the gig sucked becuase most of the other bands were bollocks and half the crowd were little bollocks-loving children) then at 6:30 I went to see a play in another city and from there went to a Frenzal Rhomb gig and they really sucked but the suporting band was cool.

Strugling to come up with a "New beginings" piece for 3WC. Might do a freakin abstract piece so look out!

Humanity is so pathetic. I just read comments some deviant made on the IDs of one of my friends. This nasty deviant never even commented on the quality of the design, but merely insulted the way my friend looked using vulgarities all the time.

It's stuff like this that has been depressing me so much. All around I see people treating one another like pieces of crap. I thought in some way deviant art was different to the rest of this planet, but I guess not.

I'm busy reading watchmen at the moment, which is adding to this repulsion to the destructive nature within all people.

Anyway, ...Merry Christmas!

All 've really een doing is working on a design to give pet flyz as a pssible CD cover for thier incredible new album "Motive for breathing". I'm strugeling to get cool stock photos to use but I've come up with a few designs I'm happy with.

The only problem is half of my most recent submisions are CD covers that aren't really done in my usual style...
Hey.

Sorry I haven't been active for the past few weeks. My PC has crashed. It happened right when I was in the middle of a fight with some stupid guy. Now it seems lame to carry on arguing. He's to dumb to fight with anyway. I hate fighting with people that are to thick head to see they're wrong. Thanks to al you guy's who supported me about it. Sorry I haven't been checking all your stuff out. I've got 120 pieces in my deviant watch so when I get my PC back I'm gonna have a few rad hours of catching up on what you've been doing.

Hope my PC is back soon….

Hey.

The two "Brothers" works have been my most successfull yet, so I'm thinking of doing a collection inspired by the two kids. A few months back I did a couple of short films about them, but unfortunately I can't submit those. I'll work on some other stuff. Maybe submit still shots from the films as a devpack...
