This is a newer version of my Colorful Paint Splat Journal Skin. The basic look is still the same, but I changed most of the text colors (leaving only the link hover and journal title and date colors the same), although most changes should be subtle.

The biggest addition to this journal skin is a div for scroll boxes.

You may add a box with a scrollbar to your journal by using the code < div class="scrollingbox">-your text here-< /div> without the spaces in the div tags.

As I have been working on the scrollbox div when I finally learned how to make it, (I was testing it on Internet Explorer at the time) I realized that the original layout I made displayed well on IE, but not on FF (the scrollboxes were not aligned in the same fashion as the journal text).

Thus, I tried to make it cross-compatible, in such a way that it would display well in both IE and Firefox. How was this possible? Thanks to =DragonX141's "The Complete CSS Tutorial", I created a slightly different text layout for IE and Firefox. Try viewing a journal using this skin and you'll see that there is a difference with the way the elements in the journal are aligned.
