I've got a trillion pictures from the past few years in photo class, and some stragglers from my random snippets of life, and once I get some time to upload them, I'm actually really excited to.

I've returned to help my friend submit stuff, but having looked through my massively flooded inbox at all the amazing work you guys have created, I'm eager to comment and submit some more of my own.


As for my personal life, I'm finally in college now, and to be quite frank, absolutely hate it. I work at Bath & Body Works, hopefully for longer than 3 months like all of my other jobs, and am not making nearly enough to cover driving 45 minutes to school in the mornings. Everything else is upsetting and boring. Hooray!


*ahem* So that's all for me.

I'm taking it down, so long as I've got the original drawings, I've got no need to share them here.

For the few pieces I do decide to keep, most are being moved to scraps, though my photography is being kept up.

Even though they all suck, I'm 10 times more fond of them than I am my art.





From now on I'm afriad it's only going to be comments from me...no deviations, journals, or anything else. Even then, I can't promise I'll be around here as much. Feel free to take me off your devwatch, it'll be less of a hassle. I'm sorry to disappoint anyone with this (if possible), I really am.

In my partial defense however, I would like to add that I do stop in from time to time to check on people's art, and though I may not comment, have only isolated one or two pieces as being god awful. So, for all those reading this, your art really is good, I've seen a whole lot of improvements in just about all of you, so kudos and jazz

For those of you wondering, life is getting better and jazz. Blah blah and such (I really only posted this journal to see how cool it would end up looking < __< *lecough*) Gotta go kids, dinner's ready....

Luckily for my sanity though, my friend stayed on the phone with me for most of the storm (he had evacuated, as did just about everybody else which made me even more nervous).

After the storm, we were without power for about 3 days. I took showers with pool water, which was absolutely gross, my hair smelled like chlorine, and there was nothing I could do about it. I went into withdrawls with no phone, there was no way of communicating with anyone, even the cellphones were screwed up. The AC didn't work either, I wound up sitting in my dad's truck most of the weekend. The above, hopefully explaining my absence, and if it's not enough of a valid excuse, screw you.

Highschool started about a week ago, and surprisingly, wasn't quite so bad as I had imagined. A lot of my friends aren't in my classes, but I get to see them during lunch anyway. The teachers are nice, and (an amazing record for myself) I've already started to make new friends. The only problems are that I have to get up at 4:30 x_x and the school is HUGE! I've already gotten lost about 15 times But, I suppose I'll learn.

With that said, I do believe I shall depart for now. Goodnight all, thank you for always being there...

Yup, 86, as an average that is, I conducted this experiment 4 times (we were in the car for 10 hours, and I had nothing better to do It's not like I don't have a life ) It usually ranged anywhere from 80-90.

...With that pointless rambling over, the hellhole known as school starts up in two days At the moment, I only have one class with my friend in them ;_; But, c'est la vie I suppose. Thigs have been going spectacular otherwise though. NJ and Otakon were amazingly awesome, as has everything else been lately I woke up this morning at 9:00 (4 hours earlier than usual) and was chock full 'o energy, and so, needed somewhere to channel it.

Anywho, as an excus....er......explanation for my absence, devART apparently doesn't like me anymore. I can't submit anything, pictures, poems, whatever. Right when I actually have stuff to submit (including giftarts) my computer turns gay and against me -.-* I will however, try to submit stuff at my dad's work, maybe it's just my computer Nonetheless, I am determined to get it on here somehow...

The 8th grade dance was a while ago, it was awesome. We got a balloon stuck in the fan, the ribbon got caught in the motor and jammed it We had a great time.
I went to Sunsplash the other day w/Amanda, where I got the absolute worst sunburn of my life. My shoulders are all blisterey and my face looks like I have leprecy (sp?) Not to mention that it hurts like a biznatch I can hardly move without being in pain.

After that, ~darkmoon3636 and I went on "All Night Ride" where we went to the bowling alley, the Skate-ium, and Greenwell's (mini golf, arcade, go-carts, etc.) where we hung out in the arcade most of the time. With our combined 203 tickets, we got 40 little green army men and had a war. Her side=Yemen, my side= Poland. We sat there practically the whole night having a war RPG-style, it was great. People kept looking at us strangely, asking what the hell we were doing, and some helped us with our strategies It was wonderful. Sadly, the war ended in a draw, for there was no time for the rest of the war, BUT WE WILL PREVAIL!!! POLAND WILL NOT BE SILENCED! I want a rematch ~darkmoon3636, bring it on

....and for those of you still reading, may god have mercy on your sanity

today was terrible. Absolutely terrible, and yes, if my spelling or capitalization is screwed up, I apologize, but I feel the need to ramble rather than worryabout my grammar.

Morning- woke up late, and was still extremely tired. I had to finish my Little Prince project, but since I was already late (and can't afford to have afterschool detention) I only worked it on it a bit, and was going to finish it in school. I took the paints and paintbrushes and stashed them in my pocket, grabbed my backpack, and ran to the car. When I got in the car, I noticed the side of my leg (next to the pocket with the bottles of paint in it) was feeling unusually cold. I reached in my pocket, only to find that the bottle of blue paint I had stuck in it had no cap on it (these are the little bottles of acrylic, mind you x___x ) and my entire hand, everything else in my pocket, and the side of my pants (favorite, might I add) were completely blue. I then dropped my things into the back seat and ran to wash my hands and change my pants, which on the way, I ended up getting paint on my jacket, too. After washing everything, I hopped back into the car, and sped off to school, which, of course, I was late for.

Afternoon- 7th period came, in which, we were assigned new seats. Before I go on, I must mention, while on spring break over in Europe, the guy I like found out, and explained how he wanted to stay "just very good friends" I knew he didn't like me, but it hurt so much more hearing it in his voice. Anyway, I was assigned to sit next to him, and when he found out, he was like "Hmmm, where do I sit?....*glances at seating chart*....oh, next to.......Jennifer..." with this hint to irritation in his voice. Afterwards, in 8th period, we were to get into groups to do projects with. Usually, he comes to me first, and asks me to work with him together. But today, he didn't, he went straight to someone else, didn't even bother to glance at me He just seems to be avoiding me ever since, he acts all awkward around me, we're just not as good of friends as we used to be (which is where the inspiration for "Aftermath." came from). My friends were fighting with eachother, as were my parents when I got home, and I lost my Stretch Armstrong CD

Evening- Found out my friend's on drugs, and has no intention of giving them up. We're trying to convince her to go to rehab or something of the sort, but she's threatened suicide and so many other things, it's hard to choose. Also found out we have no graduation ceremony. Damn bastards at school apparently don't think we're good enough for one, that a simple report card is good enough Can't find any info for my report for Language, and can't find my Algebra book to do my math homework with.


myrrrrhhhhhh............any advice about anything above, the guy, my friend on drugs, anything, would be most appreciated, thanks.

Wehn I was gone a while ago for about 2-3 days, I returned to find I had over 100 messages and so, I'm afraid that after being gone for 10 days, I will be drowning in them. After spring break, I'm afraid that I won't be commenting on any art and perhaps no journals as well, and for this, I'm terribly sorry I will however, see if I can respond to my comments, notes, etc. but as for the deviations, I'm sorry ^_____^;;;;; Anyway, everyone have a happy spring break
