The community is great and my art has improved so much! I don't know if I would even still be drawing had it not been for deviantART!

To celebrate, I entered in a contest, so now I have a little cake icon in the top right corner of my profile/page

I don't know if it's for all deviations, but I've noticed that my contest entry has a "Link" URL above the "Thumb" spot. I seriously can't wait until summer. Then, I won't have to worry about school because all my exams will be over, the only thing I'll have to work on is culminating (some people here understand). Summer will probably be filled with trying to get a job, finding myself (perhaps find out what I want to do when I grow up), and college road trips.

The SATs weren't bad at all. They were just very long. I don't think I did bad for the first time (I also forgot to study for it

Well, I guess that is it. I really need to catch-up in history and bring my grades up, they have been slipping (except for in math, which has actually been getting better).

Recently, something in my area happened that I thought was important. I wouldn't have been aware of this event if it weren't for one of my friends.

So, a local one-act-play event was going on in our schools and one of the school's plays was "The Laramie Project." Apparently, the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) doesn't approve of this play, which is a play the depicts the events concerning Matthew Shepard, a homosexual university student who was a victim of a hate crime. In fact, he died from the attacks

The WBC protested this play outside where the event was held. The WBC is also responsible for (it hurts me just to type this web address) godhatesfags.com.

It just hurts me so much that people can be so hateful!

I guess the purpose of this journal is to spread awareness of hate crimes and the hatred towards homosexuals. Please, try and spread the love, not the hate.

So, I've recently discovered an online RPG (that is free by the way) named "Pi Story" and it is sooooo much fun! The problem is that it is addicting and I have to do homework D:

My real issue though, is choosing a class (in Pi Story). In the game, once you become level 10, you get to choose a class you want to belong to (fighters, magicians, clerics, and thief). I want to be either a magician or cleric (cleric is a healer by the way, with good attack as well). I think I want to be more of a cleric than a magician because magician's have terrible attack and so-so defense.... but clerics have terrible defense D:

And clerics have to have really great timing because you have to activate moves by typing in specific phrases/prayers...

I think I'm going to be a cleric D: I guess I'll just have to practice to get the timing down...

I was watching D.Gray-Man episode 92, and I heard the 14th's song, and I was happy because it was so pretty

So I did some research and found some fan made sheet music and played it on the piano. That's what my video is... I discovered I only have the first page of the sheet music D: and there is another page, so it kinda cuts off in the middle, and I noticed I went a little fast D: but the original is so slow! D: So I repeated it, but in the video, it cuts off where I start to repeat.

Well, today is the fourth of July, an American holiday. Last year, I wasn't able to celebrate because I was in London (all I could say was "thanks for the holiday"

So, today I went with

and a few other friends to go ice skating, and I have never gone before...

Of course I was worried, because I'm terrible at roller skating (if you can even call it that)... but I ended up doing alright (for my first time) after our 2.5 hours were up.

Afterwards, we went to the mall, got some food and walked around, then came over to my place to brainstorm ideas for our videos this summer

It was fun

Even though I had to go through that biology practical today (we had to label pig parts... and it was timed!) and also go through that peer review for culminating (although I'm not done yet...), I was able to enjoy my day

A friend of mine gave me an awesome homemade card today with a whole bunch of random facts and happiness

she also bought me a cookie at lunch D: (its crazy, I know). And I had no idea another friend sent out a mass email telling everyone in my class that my birthday was today! Happily shocked? I also received a homemade coloring book and a bowling pass

It was wonderful.

But it doesn't matter what I get materialistically, its just nice to know that people care, even after I try to tell them "don't do anythings, its nothing special"

So I came home after school and found that my mom made my favorite food! This one chicken thing, and SUSHI (ãし

! She makes the best sushi

and we had shrimp tempura (ãã³ã¦ãã·ら

. Then we had the traditional cake ect...

THEN I went onto my computer and saw

What is this Calendar Project?
This is just a little fun project of mine that requires your help! IÂm going to compile a yearlong calendar using different artistsÂ pieces for each month. I got my tablet to work!!!

Well... I got Vista yesterday... Its nice that I now have a whole lot of RAM and space to put all my junk, but there are so many complications! For example, my tablet isn't working right

The screen is widescreen so even if the tablet did work, the proportions would be all messed up. I'm not on the administrative account so everything I do pretty much needs the administrative password

And a whole lot of other junk. I guess one good thing is that it looks kinda cool and that runs a whole lot faster than my last computer...
