I constructed two 7 foot coconut trees, fourteen bananas, and two 6 foot banana trees out of art straws, cardboard, paper and poster paint, and painted half a mural for the local primary school's production of Jungle Book today. And why?

My lecturers have now reached the level of 'utter uselessness' rather than just being borderline pointless, and I'm pretty much having to do ALL the work on my own, with NO support whatsoever. WHAT THE HECK ARE THESE FEES I'M PAYING GOING TOWARDS?? I MEAN REALLY?! I get seven hours contact time a week, and no support after that. what do they DO with my thousands? WASTED I tell you.

Still. If I get a job out of this pig of a degree I'll be happy. I need the money, damnit, I don't HAVE any.

Anywho. I have a lot more going on but I get fed up of writing about it, and to be fair no-one wants to hear a long list of complaints XD

I have a bit of artwork on the way, mainly a couple of request pictures aaand a rather HUGE ongoing work that is finally reaching some semblance of completion, after several weeks of monging over an A2 piece of paper with a mechanical pencil and a vague idea...

hehe. well. *cough* that's about it. *cue crickets* honestly.

I often wonder, you know, why my watchers watch me? If ANY of the 40 or so people who supposedly watch me actually read these....let me know why you watch me. I'm interested.

Still doing my wanky history degree, and still employing art as my hobby, which is GOOD, despite wanting to do an art course, I'd probably never do anything for myself...

I'm currently surrounded by copics (and have been for hours, getting sufficiently high on solvent fumage....*keeps getting alternating headaches and hyper giggle fits*) and scribbling away, trying to improve my 'skill' *cough* and somehow trying to finish my present for Annie, and my mothers day present for my mam. *busy busy*

YES. that happened. The reason I'm putting it up is because I was reminded of it TWICE today. see, I've had a very strange day. I've been half naked, in my best friends room...as has my -other- best friend. I've asked said best (male) friend to, and I quote, 'get on his knees and spread his legs'

(haha you dirty people, I know what you're thinking...)

I've also...wait for it....wrapped said male best friend up in loo roll, with the help of female best friend. This was a fun exercise.

and then I'm reminded of the time I scored my life model, after art class. haha. she caught me staring, and asked if I was gay (very blatantly)
I asked what gave it away, my lesbian pin badge or my staring.
she grins and says 'you were staring?'
I shrug and comment on her superb body. (which IS superb).

about an hour later, we left the art supply storeroom.

now THAT was an interesting afternoon.

yes....sorry about major fail on the art front. I'm going through a HUGE revamp of my art at the moment, and learning a lot this is always a good thing, though, so...
hmm. hoping to get some copic markers soon, don't get me wrong, I love my current set, but they're middle of the range. I've been working my BUTT off to afford new markers, so hopefully I shall be getting a set of 72 and then gradually expanding on my collection

I have to say, I rather like photoshop, but working on it doesn't feel right, and it doesn't give me the same buzz as traditional artwork gives me...so...in the future, once I've finished experimenting with my new (hopefully better) style, there should be some traditional art up.

also, I shall probably be deleting a large section of my gallery, because of how unbelievably old and crap some of the stuff in it is. I was thinking of getting a new account, but I can't be bothered.

I looked at my journal and realised it was nearly a month old. That should give you all an idea of exactly HOW often I have been able to get online.

Whoever said uni was a doss LIED. Well actually....its more that I spend all my time arsing around in good old Falmouth town to come on the computers. Jinny....with...a life???? O__o

...............you'd think I'd learn, but nope, extreme sports for the win!!!!!!

I went cliff climbing at Lizard Point, on of the most rugged and dangerous climbing locations in England.(random piece of info no-one cares about: Lizard Point is the southernmost tip of the country) Got down to the sea alright, but mis-calculated the tide times and got cut off!!!

*shock*

this has NEVER happened to me before, and we (me and four guys) were a bit sort of....um...what do we do now? SO ANYWAY. got very wet attempting to traverse some of the rocks, before realising our original route down was ALSO cut off.

BIG BUGGER.

So we ended up having to scale 200 feet of CLIFF-FACE....not fun. Exhilerating and potentially LIFE-threatning...we had several stumbles and slips (bear in mind we don't have harnesses or rope or anything but our hands (bare) and feet....)
aaaaaaaaaaaand there were quite a few occasions we honestly thought someone was about to die. getting over the top? WAS SUCH A MASSIVE RELIEF, I SWEAR.

anyway. going to sleep for a bit to recover....I haven't been in so much danger in years...it was AWESOME!

AT THE PRESENT I am not in a relationship, but my bestest ever friend Annie would in fact BE my girlfriend if I could handle long distance relationships. But I can't. I needs affection. She wouldn't have a choice in this matter either. So there. I am very in love with her.

I've been dating girls since I was fourteen, and liking them since I was thirteen (I used to wonder why boys never turned my head but i was embarrased every time I went to PE.)

My sister isn't bothered as long as i have kids (she wants to be an auntie)

YAY! Went to MCM Telford with Gav and Matt yesterday

We went as Vincent, Yuffie and Cid, and our costumes were EPIC considering we had barely a week to pull them together *cough*handstitchedjacket*cough*

I'll upload some pictures soon, we had a TOTALLY FAB WIN AND AWESOME day, exhausted four disposable cameras (we forgot our own like the noobs we are) and got lost getting there/coming back numerous times. We were in hysterics MOST of the day. It was epic win, and the people I went with were awesome (they were my bitches) and carried around all my stuff all day ^^

Hell yeah.

I got an L versus Kira wall hanging , a present for Annie which I will mail WHEN SHE GIVES ME HER DAMN ADDRESS *hinthint*, several gifts to myself (a shuriken, a key ring and several posters, although Gav got the Cloud/Kadaj hanging I WANTED.....but I have permission to visit it lol ) and a million pictures.

I got 3 D's in English but got one hell of an A in the only module i thought i'd fail completely. Lol. So it was a nice C.

History was an A..

And Art was a B. I SHOULD have applied myself more to art, apparently I could have got an A with my eyes closed, but i always drew/painted/coloured stuff for dA instead of school XD

Oh dear LORD. Results day. Tomorrow. TOMORROW. less than 24 hours. The most HUGE eff-off exams of my LIFE....and I get the results tomorrow. WELL, after 2 and a half weeks, I finally ran out of money. And we all came home.

Seriously though, big subtropical swimming pool and all the wine I can drink? Heaven. AND there were some pretty people too.

...Although, lying by that pool, I felt REALLY skinny, and I aint thin. I swear some of those people were about 30 stone. In BATHING suits. Not pretty. Sorry, but hugely obese is NOT my thing. Some guy was wearing speedos so small his belly rolled over them and obscured them. In fact, I'm sure he was actually NUDE under all those rolls. EW.

I've had a pretty eventful week. I gave up on two friendships, broke down, got right back up again, kicked a guy where it hurts, got a new job, slapped someone, went to a Prom (and had a blast), got screamed at, got hit, had a panic attack, and went out for dinner.

Wow. My life is hectic.

*sigh*

I hate giving up on people, I really do. But sometimes, if you are hurting because of them, you have to let them go. Or so everyone's been telling me. I miss them like crazy.

Maybe I'm better off without them. People are jerks. You'd think I'd have sussed by now that the only person you can trust is yourself. Ha. I'm too forgiving, that's my problem....

ANYWAY. Don't you just hate children? Had an exam today, unfortunately the year ten chem exam was at the same bloody time, and I had some little twit with a cold sat across from me, SNIFFING his way through the WHOLE TWO HOURS. Little snot probably cost me about twenty marks. Could NOT concentrate at ALL. EVERY THIRTY SECONDS.....*SNIFF* It was really loud, too, a real cold-filled explosion of noise twice a minute. I was SO ready to throw a chair at him.

On a happier note, going into town tonight to get some new DS games. Because I'm a loser like that. Female gamers FTW!

Wow, well, had an eventful couple of days. been for tests, had some arguements, been to a party, and been ill in bed for hours.

Anyhow, all is well again in the madhouse I call my home. Pretty much. ONLY 4 MONTHS UNTIL I MOVE OUT!!! That is scary ^^

WOW I have a headache. One of those real b*****s. You all know which ones I mean....

I'm doing a BIG artz at the moment, of Axel and Demyx for my sister (who I have converted since introducing her to the pretty-ness that is Demyx...although I won't let her near Zexion. He is mine and she will STEAL...her love of pretty boys alarms me.) It is for her birthday, and is so TIME CONSUMING I might die. Colouring pencils are good for small pieces, but they make your fingers hurt after a while.

We told him it was an important psychological experiment (we were playing bull****) and he believed us. FOOL!!!

Had a lot of fun tonight fiddling around with the scanner...which STILL refuses to like skin tone...I own four shades of the damn colour and none of them work. *grumps*

I'm not doing any digital work because it hates me, although the meme is on MS Paint (i'm hand drawing the pics though...can't stand using a mouse to draw)

My grandad died a couple of days ago. We weren't surprised really, but it did come as a little bit of a shock. So I don't really know what that means for my art...I've drawn loads since it happened, but all little scratty things so far. Depending on how the funeral goes, I should be back to my normal self in a week or so.

BUT....in honour of the festive season I'm taking Christmas commissions. Y'all know I do anything but pronish stuffs...so...yeah. Certain people who ask may be able to recieve them as presents...but meh. Note me. Or comment, either one. I've got...*counts*

...four to do already, so get them in quick if you want them by christmas, since you know i work on a first come first served basis. Don't think that just because I say 'Christmas commissions', i don't want anything unchristmassy. In any case it would break the monotony. Basically I'm opening up commissions again. Normally I don't work through dA, as most of my work doesn't even end up here, but I thought I'd note you all anyway. just in case.

Anyway, onto Arty things, I have to do an ESSAY for college on Celtic art...but seriously, an ESSAY? That sucks so much...but never mind. I'm doing a ballroom picture for my art project ^^ its taking me ages..but hopefully it'll look nice.

New artwork? Erm...since I joined the Marushion club a few days ago, (being the rabid fangirl I am...) I'm doing their two challenges, one of which I'm about to put up, and the other which I haven't started...yet. If your worried about the boy on boy...ness, that is the world of fandom Kingdom hearts then don't worry, I don't draw pronish stuffs, unless someone is paying me to do it. And even then I normally don't.

Oh, I'm also colouring another one of Nijuuni's pieces. her gallery is fantastic And I love colouring her linearts

My gallery is going through a major change at the moment, I've noticed. I'm not putting up as much traditional artwork, I'm putting up a load of manga fanart type stuff..! When did this happen! It's not like I'm not producing the 'normal' stuff, I just 'forget' to put it up...

Oh well.

On a happy note, I'm should be getting a PS2 soonly to replace the crappy xbox. Sarah gets a 360 and i get...squat. So I'm campaigning. I may FINALLY be able to play Kingdom Hearts on MY OWN console. Instead of 'borrowing' Ophexis' one. Or watching her play. Which is boring. *yawn*

Although, watching her play Spyro the other night was really amusing
