Well, my subscription has ran out, probably for good, I honestly don't know if it is worth it for me to renew it. I've been here for over 5 years, and have seen a number of changes, most have been good, but the ones that weren't as positive have left me scratching my head. I'll still visit the site, but I will no longer have the nifty * or = symbol anymore. I hope all of you enjoy your time here, I know that I enjoyed parts of it if nothing else.

wow has it been a while..

anyways, i won't waste your time, but today i am asking for your help

i recently came across something that would possibly let one of my poems be published, but i cannot choose for the life of me what to submit to it, so if anyone could help me out by listing your favorites

for anyone who helps out, i will be forever grateful

this is by no means a ploy for my poetry to be read and commented, it is merely a way to get a demographic on the writings i have done, however, i will not stop you from commenting on them

have a nice day

i've been quite busy with school and work, so my time to really get back into the swing of things is tough, but i'll ease back into this site again in time, my time just doesn't allow for the attention i used to give this site

damn.. its been such a long time since i wrote one of these.. this is gonna be a long one

where to start...hmm

¹:&plusmn last night was the senses fail/early november/allister/home grown/the starting line concert.. and i must say.. it was goddamn amazing, we left for the concert around 5:20 because it was mass confusion as to when the concert started (damn you ticketmaster), and the drive down there was absolutely hilarious, i hope that no one's easter is like that of how my dad described it.. because that is truly terrible.. and you gotta love the philly cops.. just gotta

when we finally arrived at the electric factory around 6:45, we got in line and damn did it get cold fast, so i went looking for jackie and bill so we could talk to them, since we (well some of us) had known that they were coming for a while.. but i didn't find them until i caught them walking by us and they hopped in line with us.. saved them a lot of time and warmth, once we got past the airport-esque pat-down from security, we were in and all was well.

jess, laura, and i then all got our shirts, and i stuck jess' in my pocket.. that shirt woulda strangled me if i wore it too long.. then we got some food.. those cheese fries were so strange.. and spicy OO HOT, then after that, we went to look for bill and jackie, but to no avail, they had found their way all the way up to the front, as we'd find out later on.

senses fail went on first, and their set was amazing, they were the band i went to the concert for, and they didn't fail to please me one bit, i will definetly see them again... next was the early november, the other band i really came to see, their set was so good (MAKE IT HAPPEN!! SUNDAY DRIVE!! FLUXY OH SWEET FLUXY!!), when they closed their set with every night's another story, the crowd went insane and most of the other bands came out to sing along and just make some energy.. after that was allister, who played a wonderful set, even though i had rarely listened to them before, i will surely give them a good listen now, they gave an excellent performance, and somewhere down on fullerton blew me away, being able to sing along with all of the songs is truly fun, then jackie morely came walking by after not having seen her since before senses fail went on, so we grabbed her and she ended up staying with us for the rest of the night, but bill was still way up front she told us, then home grown came on and blew everyone away, their guitarist is hilarious and had a strong performance, then after that set, jackie ended up coming with me to get jack her shirt since she bugged the life out of me for one, it was the least i could do, so we got one, and headed back, until laura and i ran back and got my keychain for my keys when i drive (NOVEMBER 17 WOOOO), then we met the lead singer from allister, which was awesome, so i felt obliged to buy one of his shirts, but i was nervous to ask him to sign it, so i held back, and when we went back to jess and jackie, jess got all excited so she ran back, but unfortunately, he left, but jess got the early november cd, which is incredible, then the main performer, the starting line came on, and who should appear.. bill, he made his way back after being crowd surfed, he looked sweaty and tired, and at some point of the concert, i forget which part, jess talked to jackie about something i am unaware of, so i'll have to see what that was about.. but back to the starting line.. they came on pumped and full of life, and told us a short story how they had joked about playing at the electric factory someday as headliners, then they started playing a great set of songs, regardless of my contempt for them, it was flawless, and they really kept the crowd moving, as we stood in our usual spot, right near the stairs, a circle pit was in front of us and people were moshing like crazy, i was urged to go in, but i would have died, so thank god i didn't, they played for a good hour until on the final song, confetti burst from both sides of the stage and the crowd went wild, everyone was singing, and the stage was again full of the other bands, so it was a very cool moment to remember, after that song, jackie and bill left after saying goodbyes, but soon after that, the crowd started the rarely-effective "one more song" chant, but this time it worked, and the...

I can still remember exactly where I sat in religion class where I heard the first announcement that a possible bomb had gone off in the WTC buildings, and then only two periods later in history, I learned of the true terror. I will not forget the true heinosity of it all. Ever.

wow, its been a wonderful, wonderful summer, in fact, it was my absolute best summer ever, i loved every moment of it and wouldn't trade any of it, from going to my first concert with jess, to the last day of camp with the pictures and final playground chat, to six flags and the safari (EREPHANTS), i truly and dearly will miss this summer, and all of the fun that came with it

i came into this summer nervous as anything for my job, but i found that everyone was very warm and welcoming, especially both of the jess' and andrew b., then keith came along and i just got along with him so well, even though i made fun of him, it was all in good fun, and my supply of beanies never ceased to amaze him, and our twins.. nick and steve, i gotta love em, they made camp worthwhile for us since they weren't crybabies and were always smiling no matter what the situation, i look forward to seeing them next year, and i never would have known that i could have met so many cool people named jess.. jess n., jess g., and marshy.. such cool people, jess n., i can't thank you enough for being brave enough to go to my first concert with me, but we had a damn great time there, and how could i forget the train rides.. haha, i know that i'll see you everyday this year, jess g., you were so cool at camp, we got along so well, and your girls were nice, even though they were forever beating me up, it was always a good time, good luck at school, and you know where to find me if you need me.. and marshy.. even though you can't read this, the summer was fun, like halloween and breakfast, best of luck in tenn., keith.. you can't read this either, but you and me were a team man, we ruled the camp, well, in my mind we did, haha, and just know this.. i am better heh, hope to see you next summer.. so that was the bulk of the people i worked with, there are others, but time won't allow me to write about them at the moment, i'm too tired, maybe another time, working at camp was such a joy for me, it brought so much happiness into my life and let me meet so many cool people, i wouldn't want any other job, and thats the truth, the last week of camp was amazing, with the trip to dorney park and to bowling, where i almost beat keith, almost, but he cheated anyways or something, i am extremely excited to go back next year

soccer is still going very strong, still on jv, but thats fine with me, i will be fully skilled by the time tryouts come next year, and very capable of doing wonderful, this year is my year to shine in soccer, i've worked so hard to get to where i am right now, i just want to keep that pace going, and i think that i will, its just a matter of time, a new club team would be nice to play for

with the strike going on, i have no idea when exactly i'll be back in school, but i go in on friday for orientation type stuff again, but thats ok, i'm home by 11, then after that, i don't know when i go back to school, there are rumors that i might be off all next week until all is resolved, but that is yet to be determined yet, so i'll play it all by ear, it should be a good schoolyear, i have all of my necessary requirements done for once, so i should be in great shape for any tests that come my way

my written art continutes to mature as my drawn art is just coming into its own, i have much to share, and i will in time

tomorrow is the dashboard confessional/brand new/mxpx/vendetta red show, so i am very anxious about that, as it should be absolutely amazing, i am very excited for it, just need to finalize all of the train information, and we are good to go, then on saturday, i go down to sea isle again, perhaps the last time this year until next summer, so i have much to look forward to

..as well as much to look back on

thanks for a great summer everyone

damn, its been such a long time since i last posted here, work has made things so hectic, along with soccer, but i will return fully once i return to school and have a little more free time

anyways... the concert on july 15 was absolutely amazing, it blew the both of us away, and we had the best time, i was mighty surprised that the two opening bands were as great as they were (anberlin and autopilot off), further seems forever played a wonderful set, but the best part of the night was the movielife, their energy was so powerful, and they really played great, such a good time, after the concert, i bought a couple shirts and a cd, and me and jess headed back to the train, of course missing the 11:04 train by 4 minutes, but that was ok, we talked for a long time until we got on the train an hour later and drifted off, i can't wait until the next concert, they are the best

camp has been such a joy, nothing like this has ever made me so happy in all of my life, from the whipped cream fights and the sesame place trips (haha jess! ) to dressing up as a banana for all of the kids with keith as a monkey for halloween, i love it, its a real shame that my two boys are gone for the rest of the summer, but its ok, i'll see them next year, i gave them one of my bracelets, nick and steve, next year will be even better

i just got back from the shore today, a 4 day trip from monday, it was great, the ride down there was hilarious, never again will we get lost, i'm making sure of it, but once we got down there, it was all fun, me and tom visited jess and laura at their condo on monday and played rummy for a couple hours, haha, i'll make that dollar worth your while

ah, i'm going to hate seeing summer leave me
i pray i get the chance
well, my work for the summer has started, and i must say, i absolutely love it, my senior counselor, colleen, is so cool, and the CIT, dan, is funny, i'm gonna love being a junior counselor this year, the kids are so much fun to play around with, and of course, i have fun with the other counselors that are there, so it should be an awesome summer
