It gets in the way of my art all the time and I've had more than enough. I'm gonna do what's called e.r.p- exposure-response prevention. It's a cognitive- behavioral technique I learned at a treatment facility. I'm not gonna let this disorder rob my life.

Anyway, I intend on having fun with this.

I'll post it later if it sucks or not.

i've also been inspired by my friend Bitter-Alkaloid to just go with the flow of emotions and be more spontaneous with my art. i just need to chill, and do what i feel, without analyzing it. i've tried this and now have three new pieces where i just felt and painted. it was so much fun. i'm finally truly enjoying doing art now. it feels great. thanks Bitter-Alkaloid!!!!
