Especially when she took your abusive father's side 15 years ago and said you imagined your abuse at his hands, and you imagined the abuse of your daughter, nieces, and all the neighborhood children he was convicted of abusing?

How do you say goodbye when your abusive father had her cremated immediately with no calling hours and no way to find closure?

How do you say goodbye when this news is delivered on your already notorious birthday? (9/11)

How do you say goodbye when the person you have lost (your mother, for pities sake) did not stand up for you when it really mattered?

How do you say goodbye when so much has been left unsaid????

WELL, EVERYONE, IT LOOKS LIKE GRAY IS NOT COMING TO THE UNITED STATES. WHAT THIS MEANS IS THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOME AND MY CHILDREN IF I WANT TO HAVE A LIFE WITH HIM. THE SECRET DIARY OF A CAT (Jokes Galore)

DAY 752 - My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little
dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am
forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going
is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from
shredding on the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I
may eat another houseplant and cough it up on the carpeting.

DAY 761 - Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded, must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair... must try this on their
bed (again).

DAY 762 - Slept all day so that I could annoy my captors with
sleep depriving, incessant pleas for food at ungodly hours of
the night.

DAY 765 - Decapitated a mouse and brought them the headless body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was ...Hmmm. Not working according to plan...

DAY 768 - I am finally aware of how sadistic they are. For no good reason I was chosen for the water torture. This time however it included a burning foamy chemical called "shampoo." What sick minds could invent such a liquid. My only consolation is the piece of thumb still stuck between my teeth and the tiny bit of flesh under my claws.

DAY 771 - There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage.

DAY 774 - I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and
maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The bird, on the other hand, has got to be an informant. He has mastered their frightful tongue (something akin to mole speak) and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. 9 THINGS I HATE ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE

1. People who point at their wrist while asking for the time.... I know where my watch is pal, where the heck is yours? Do I point at my crotch when I ask where the toilet is?

2. People who are willing to get off their butts to search the entire room for the tv remote because they refuse to walk to the tv and change the channel manually.

3. When people say, "Oh you just want to have your cake and eat it, too." Too right! What good is a cake if you can't eat it?

4. When people say, "It's always the last place you look." Of course it is. Why the heck would you keep looking after you've found it?

5. When people say while watching a film, "Did you see that?" No idiot!, I just paid Â£8 to come to the cinema and stare at the floor.

6. People who ask, "Can I ask you a question?" Didn't really give me a choice there, did you Sunshine?

7. When something is "new and improved!" Which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it. Doh!

8. When people say, "Life is short." What the.....!! Life is the longest darn thing anyone ever does!! What can you do that's longer?

9. When you are waiting for the bus and someone asks, "Has the bus come yet?" If the bus came, would I be standing here, Brickhead?!

I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE WHO HAS EXTENDED THEIR SYMPATHIES FOR THE UNTIMELY DEATH OF MY KITTEN, COW.

WE HAVE DECIDED THAT THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION FOR ALL CONCERNED IS TO TAKE THE DOG TO THE SPCA AND SPECIFY THAT SHE NEEDS TO BE AN ONLY PET AND SHOULD NOT BE AROUND YOUNG CHILDREN, JUST IN CASE.

THE DOG TENDS TO BE JEALOUS OF ANYONE OR ANYTHING ELSE GETTING ATTENTION. SO, WE THINK IT MIGHT NOT BE SAFE HAVING HER AROUND YOUNG CHILDREN.

My first dog, Brownie, was found in the middle of a city street during a terrible snowstorm. He was freezing and frightened. It took my neice over an hour to even get close to him, he was so afraid. He has been with us over 4 years.

My second dog, Cheyenne, was found on a city street by my daughter's landlady. It took quite some time to get near her, as well. No one claimed her, so she recently came to live with me.

My stray cat, Hermes, came to me from neighbors that refused to care for him. He moved onto my porch and spends the winter in an extra room I have. I make sure he has plenty of food and water. He is fat and sassy. Unfortunately, he was not willing to become an indoor cat, so he spends the majority of his time outdoors. It is in his blood.

I found my older kitten, Willow, in my sister's neighborhood covered with burdocks. It was the middle of the night. She was hungry and frightened. She couldn't have been more than 8 weeks old at the time.

My other 2 kittens, Stubby and Jimmy, came from a stray my daughter rescued in a local park just 2 days before she gave birth. They were both runts. Stubby is doing quite well, but Jimmy is growing more slowly.

My last guinea pig, Killer, is the offspring of 2 guinea pigs I actually bought at a pet store. His parents and sister are gone now, and he is quite old.

I rescued my chinchilla from my neice, who was mistreating him. Unfortunately, I had to have him euthanized last year. Jaw problems made it impossible for him to eat and he was in terrible pain. I spent months spoon-feeding him mush. He used to sit on my shoulder and give me kisses. He was a real sweetheart.

Well, I could tell you about all the hamsters and mice, too, but you get the idea. I am an animal person. I love them and protect them. Well, my problem is fixed! The software and digital camera work with my new computer! I am so thrilled! I have even posted some pics I took with the new camera. Check them out.

I have loads of great photos on the memory card (256 MB) that I really want to submit, and I can't! I am so frustrated I could just tear all my hair out!

I have 2 different computers that I have tried to load the software on and neither one worked. All the programs load, but when it comes time to match the camera up with the driver, nothing happens.

Does anyone have any ideas for me? The camera is a Canon PowerShot A40. I am at my wits end over this! Thanks for any help you might offer. ]]> ~blueskys
