Life is great. Two more weeks and then back to the Motherland (um...not MY Motherland, but still :)). This time I'll stay in Cape Town for 4 months, aaah... Can't wait, I love the place, it's where I feel perfectly balanced... Wanna shoot some landscapes too, for a change. So, who is going to be there between November and March?

Lots of people asked me what equipment did I use for the last Paris pictures - does it matter? To make you happy, it's a 5dm2 + 24-70 + 2/3 580IIs, really basic. Sheeesh, I really don't get it when people get obsessed over equipment. Get over it.

Well, I am back in Milan, I came back almost two weeks ago. I feel strange, like this place is consuming me, slowly. My moods change costantly, sometimes I'm euphoric about pretty much everything that's happening around me, and the next day I feel so miserable. Like now. I am not sure that I've got what it takes, I am looking at my photographs, comparing them to what I see on the sites of the photo agencies and other photographers...Those guys are so much better than me, my work looks so lousy compared to theirs. Rome disappointed me a lot, it's been ten or eleven years since my last visit, and the city is just...I don't know, sad. Too dirty, too noisy, too many tourists and above all too many fat Americans. Really, there's a ridiculous amount of them, I couldn't believe it. Anyway. Big disappointment. Took very few photographs, which is extremely unusual for me...Go figure. And I'm disappointed with them, too. Nah.

In the past few days I've been taking pictures of some really gorgeous women. Life is good, I love my job! :-) Downloaded the whole Sepultura and Slipknot discography - and I feel 18 again.
