I love DA, I love the community here, but uploading photos is such a cumbersome process and I always get sucked into looking at everyone else's work that I never get enough of my own work accomplished, so I'm discovering that I avoid DA like the plague when I'm busy.

This creates inconsistencies in my online presence.

My DD cherry has been popped and I owe much of it to 5 amazing members of the League of S.T.E.A.M. I know most of you are probably sick of hearing about them already, but I really can't say enough times what a pleasure it was to work with them, what a great bunch of people they are, how inspired their costumes, equipment, props and creativity are, and how much I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of the team the next time I'm in SoCal.

Tons of exciting stuff in the works. I feel like I've been waiting all summer to get shooting again, and boy is October going to be a busy month.

We'll be making a side trip to Los Angeles Oct16th-21st. If anyone has a spare bit of floor we could use a night or two of crash space. We have an air mattress and the less we have to spend on hotels during the trip, the better.

I shoot SO much stuff on every shoot, and frequently I only end up processing the model's small handful of picks and never manage to get around to my personal favorites. Sometimes I will go back to an old shoot to try out a new process or technique, but I have literally thousands of images at this point that are just sitting there doing nothing but wasting digital space.

I'd rather someone else turn them into art than sentence them to such a horrible fate.

One of these is a new magazine project that I am REALLY excited about. Expect a launch announcement sometime in August or September.
