sorry everyone, i don't mean to go missing for long lengths of time, but i always end up being too busy to really post and stuff.
i'm trying to make a come back though.
as i've said in many of my past journals, i have new stuff to post. i've been feverishly working on my original mangas, and they are coming along nicely. i'm making a lot of progress, and upgrading my style too.
...
...and as such, i'm considering removing a lot of my old stuff, and making room for my new art. i might just move my old stuff to scraps, but i also might remove them completely.
i'm not quite sure which yet, but i feel that my work quality has gotten better, and the old stuff just brings some of my better stuff down.

what do you all think? that is, if anyone still pays me a visit that is...
i know my visitors have diminished during my inactivity...

well, i'm not dead... yet.
things have been going good.
schools been good. the occasional project here and there. a few tests too. a crush or two (oh god...). the usual.

i finally penciled my "rising stars of manga" entry. i'm so confident!!!
i saw the d.gray-man and death note animes. so awsome they are!!!
i've become a bleach fanatic. i want a KON of my very own... and a zanpaku-to that reflects my personality... (sorry, those of you who dont know what i'm talking about...)

its all good....
and to top it all off, i found 20 bucks lying in the street!!! sweet!

i do miss my buddeh though...
but now that i have my license i can pick her up and hang out with her!!! i might need a car first though... one step at a time ^_^

it rocked. my brother even discovered his new idol- ROY MUSTANG!!!
i feel real bad though. on saturday, and my bro were waiting in line to get Aaron's (alphonse elric's) autograph, and due to the length of the line, the fact that my dad was waiting for us outside, and my duty to my swim team (to be explain in a sec), i had to pull them out of line, and they didnt get his autogrpah... TT_TT i'm so sorry guys!!! dont hate me!!!
so yeah, after that, we had to say goodbye to the wonderful convention and head back home...
....
...where i was needed at my city swim meet.
yeah, only a few hours after the trip home was my big meet.
i was soooooo tired!!!
but i still got up and did what i had to do.
in the end, i got 6th place in the city for my age-group in butterfly-stroke, aswell as the very surprising "swimmer of the meet award". i had to accept it after the big awards-thing, at the after-party. i knew i shoulda stayed longer.
i didnt, however, accomplish my ultimate goal- to ask out the girl i like.
i got several chances to, but i was too busy thinking about possible scenarios that would happen to actually follow through.
i did manage to pull a lil' something off though.
i possibly scored a few brownie-points when i asked her mother if it would be alright to call her daughter sometime. aheh... sadly... in all my exitement from that accomplishment i forgot to actually GET the phone-number. oh well. one step at a time. i will try and get that tomorrow by actually asking the girl herself.
whew wish me luck ^_^

it was sweet!!!!
yeah...i've been way too lazy about my updates. i just got too obsessed with MGS3...
but anyways, yeah.

i'm going to give my own lil' summary. here it goes:

friday- we went to the airplane. i sat next to this rather BIG guy, and i had the window seat. i was cramped, but i didnt care cuz i had the new volume of death note with me!!!! we stopped in dallas and waited for the next plane, and while we were there, i fell in love with this japanese girl. she was sooo beautiful, had long legs, and yeah... it turns out she was going to vegas too (though i never talked to here... that would have been awkward). we rode into the night and headed to vegas. we got there, and slept.

saturday- we got up early and met with some family (reason for trip: family reunion). it was fun. then we went to where all the big stuff is!!! we got tickets to lance burton's magic show, and then wasted time in an arcade until it was time for the show. they had this 75 ft rock climbing wall. my brother almost made it to the top, but he got too scared to go on. i tried, but i chose a hard section to climb on, and only made it halfway. i wasnt tired, but my hands were too slippery...(its the truth!!!). then we went to see the show. i loved it, and so did my brother and our little cousin. i really liked the magician's assistants. they were so lovely...er, but thats not the point. then afterward, i looked around and noticed some girls looking at me from time to time. i hope they thought i was attractive... cuz...i'm a lil' unsure about myself in that department... yeah, not a lot of self confidence there... then we went to the excaliber hotel. fun fun!!! NOT!!! it was a real drag. the rooms were bad, and so were the TV channel selections. we did watch scary movie 4 though...

sunday- big family reunion! one of my cousins was soo cute. she was real shy, but stared having fun when i showed her some magic tricks ^_^

monday- grand canyon!!! we rode 6 hours in a cramped van to get there. the trip was fun though. when we got there, i was amazed at the majestic canyon. so beautiful. it was like a postcard! then when we were done, we rode in the van again... this time, not as fun. my iPOD died on me, and everyone mostly slept. i just read love hina the whole time. we went back to the reunion house and ate dinner there. then as the day died down, everyone sang karaoke. yep, everyone. it was fun, despite how bad my voice souinded...

tuesday- we lost three of our compatriots. they had to head back home. its too bad. but at least we got to sleep in that day. we also went to circus circus. it was fun, and my brother rode his first roller coaster.

wednesday- we went looking around at more hotels. we went to new york new york (yes, it repeats...) and played in the arcade. we also rode the roller coaster. my brother rode this one too, and i was a lil' worried about him, but he made it through A-OK. then we went to the Wynn hotel. that was one nice hotel. everything there was really great, 'cept when everyone made a crack on me about looking at beautiful women rather than the scenery. i cant help it if i look!!! ugh...

thursday- we left for home. we got up early, and blegh. we rode the plane back to dallas, waited another long wait (and almost missed our flight!!!) and then headed back home. then we all chilled... too hung-over from the trip.
and so... we are back home...

ok, ok, ok. seriously. i just finished the SAT today. that was a LONG test!!!!!!
5 whole hours of sitting there in a desk, filling in little tiny bubbles on an answer sheet!!!!! ugh!!!!!!!
i never want to see another standardizied test again!!! (i still gotta take final exams...)
yeah, so my brain is drained.....

ok, new subject! or old subject, depending on how you look at it...
it has now been officially one week since animazement. i failed to make an update that night, heh heh

ok, yeah. it was really fun!!! i went with my brother, and
we cosplayed (may i mention it is our 1st cosplay?) as characters from death note. my brother was light, lili was misa, and i myself played the role of L!!!!
yeah. it was a great feeling, haing random people coming up to me, asking if i'm L, and then taking my picture. i even made a new friends in the form of and who were fellow death note cosplayers!
the really cool part though, i must say, was the fact that i had fangirls!!! *aka stalkers* yeah! i ran into them in the dealers room, and the asked me if they could have a hug from L (me). i gave them one. i ran into them again, and they asked for another one. i gave them another. then i ran into another girl, who was all little and cute. she asked me if i could give her a "L hug". i just couldnt say no. she was just soooo cute!and then, in the main lobby... i was mobbed!!!! gahh!! there were about 10-12 girls all wanting L hugz!!! how could i deprive them of hugz? that would make me a horrible person! so, i gave them all hugz! yeah.... made me feel good ^_^

so yeah, here i am- braindead, fatigued, and full of longing for animazement to come back and happen again!
in the mean time, lili and i (mostly lili... i've been to busy...) are looking for a summer convention in floridi (florida for you non-lili-speak-things....)

next week is animazement, the con that comes through where i live!
i'm so exited!!! i'm going to cosplay too. i'm gonna cosplay as L, from death note, which is one very awsome manga (and soon, a movie)
so yeah, yay!!!!

ok, 2nd order of business.
prom was just this past friday, and it was great.
it was a really last-minute deal for me though. i didnt decide to really go untill the week off, and i didnt get my tux untill the day b4.
oh, well.
i had a great time!!!
me and a few of my friends went and ate at ihop (no, not after. before...)
we were sticking it to the man. i mean, you dont need to pay high dollar to eat b4 prom!!!
sadly, i missed out on 's b-day dinner/limo party. i'm sorry brinkles!!! TT_TT

yeah. ok, now onto the actual dance itself. it was fun. i didnt start dancing right away (i hurt my ankle yet again that same morning), but i eventually warmed up and turned out what i could, being slightly injured and all. yeah!!! i had to occasionallt sit and rest though cuz of my ankle.
yup. anyway, fun fun fun.
it ended up raining on us though... this was bad, cuz the dance was on a roof-top... so yeah, we moved everything inside and continued the partay there.
long live da party!!!
afterward, me and a few of my friends (mostly girls, woohoo!) went bowling. the only other guy was . yup, midnight bowling!!! woohoo!!!
we were doing pretty good too (except a few of us, sorry marcus and hillary!!!).
then the people shut everything down in midgame. they started closing early!!! grrr, how dare them! cut our game short!!! oh well. there was some good that came out of it.
that good was in the form of a face full of boob (made me go yay!), though not bare boob. also, i developed a bit of a crush on the girl. she can be that way alot, but i was getting this vibe from her. i dunno, maybe i was imagining things, but i'm startin' to feel somethin for her (starting!).
ok, thats it. end of prom update.

i am now off to go work on my L costume!!! yay!!!

though there were a few lipsync problems, alright for english final fantasy 7 voices!!!!!

ok, main subject. heres the lowdown:
about 3 weeks ago, i started taking a karate class. i'm going for that blackbelt!!!
alright, well, this past thursday i had a bit of a mishap. i was learning my new kata (lil' stance-performence thingy) and on my way back to starting position, i jumped and landed on me foot side-ways.
something cracked...
......
so i layed there for the rest of class with an ice pack to keep the swelling down.
my instructors and the rest of the students were all so nice (except one of 'em, who didnt realize the what happened)
i got x-rays done the next morning, and thankfully i didnt break anything despite the loud CRACK.
whew.
but i still got a serious sprain in my ankle, so i was told to stay of it for the weekend. oh well. at least people are treating me well (well, most of 'em)

i'm hoping to be better by monday. already i'm able to move my foot 'round and 'round. yay!!!

but im kinda sad...i was dog-sitting all weekend, and the owner took 'em back yesterday. it was fun having a dog for a short time. i cant get one, cuz my mom's alergic.

oh! i saw "war of the worlds" a couple days ago, and i thought it was awsome. as i walked out of the theater, i decided to play the crane game (that game no one ever wins >_< and would you believe it, i won something!!!!

well, in florida, i did lotsa things. i fished (i caught a crab!!!with a fishing pole!!!) i snorkled (and got rammed by a fish) and i went to that virtual place in downtown disney. once i remember the other stuff, ill put it in here....
