Today we mourn the loss of a true hero and icon of a generation, if not an entire century: Neil Alden Armstrong, former NASA astronaut and first person to set foot on the Moon, has passed away due to complications from cardiovascular surgery. Armstrong had recently turned 82 years old on August 5.

Well Science Fiction and Space art is going strong and I find more artworks than I will ever be able to give Daily Deviations to.
On my front page you can find a slideshow containing all of the wonderful artworks that have received D.D.'s over the last few months. Well after being on the road for 6 days I am finally home.
Five nights of hotels and traffic and I am glad to sleep in my own bed tonight. First time in 3 months.
We stayed in Lafayette, LA., Sonora, TX., Casa Grande, AZ., Stockton, CA., and Canyonville, OR..

In this my first news article I want to Feature some lesser know and IMHO under-appreciated Wallpapers from the 3D section.

But first, lets talk about What is 3D, and What should go into that gallery.

Hey everyone;
In case you haven't noticed I got me a new hat today. It is really pretty and shiny and blocks out all alien rays that try to control me,,,,,,,, no wait,, that was the other hat I had....this one says I can be a Co-Gallery Moderator for the Wallpaper Gallery. lol
The PTB's and ^vsconcept :iconvsconcepts: have decided to give me a chance to wreak havoc in the Wallpaper Gallery. Real big shoes to fill there. I hope I won't let them or dA down. I look forward to having a lot of fun! :)

I know I have been absent a lot lately, and haven't been posting too many pics or stock, but I have been in spring cleaning mode...
Both on the computer and the house. I have 2 computers with a total of close to 700 Gigabytes of harddrive and they are 3/4 full, and I  also have tons of cds that i am trying to consolidate on to DVD's and get rid of the stuff i no longer use or want, a daunting task that i have slowly been working on... plus I am trying to remodel my house little ]]>
