i'm finally counting down the days to my vacation in october.
i'm soooooo excited. it will be quite an experience, i'm sure.

it will be my first trip to asia. i'll be going to japan!

I really have to give all the credit to my dear, dear friend Bashie!!!! He did it all, he came up with the design, all of it! The only thing I had to do was shoot the pictures.

well, for a couple of reasons i decided to change my journal today.

1st, this time of the year i always think about the year that's about to end, and try to figure out whether it was a "good year" or a "bad year". i haven't come up with the solution just yet...

2nd, my bday is just around the corner.
lots of friends turned 30 this year, some were quite upset about it, others were pretty cool. i still have 2 years to figure that one out. ehehe
normaly i feel happy, loved and excited on my bday.

3rd, it's been a while since my last post or comment. sorry for being away for so long, especialy for not showing my support. but you know, i'm here for you.

1. I'm a morning person, though lately I start wondering. It's hard for me the morning shift, it means I have to get up at 4AM.
2. I normally make friends easily, and start talking 5 minutes after I meet someone.
3. I cry easily, when I'm sad, angry or happy, but not while watching movies.
4. The photographer where my mom used to take me, when I was little, had one of my pictures up for 2 years.

7. I can't sleep unless the room is totaly dark, I wake up with daylight unless.

10. I have lost contact with some of the most important people in my life. I mourn those lost friendships often.
11. I walk into walls at least once a week. Normaly it hurts!
12. I hate the colour yellow.
13. I love buying people gifts, and to prepare surprises.
14. I love to know new things, and try to teach myself, but often I tend to give up 1 or 2 weeks later.

How are you all doing?

Last weekend, I went to Barcelona. It was my first time ever there. I won the trip (thank you RFM and Sony) and went all alone, really happy!

The city didn't amaze me the way I thought it would. People always told me what a wonderful city Barcelona is, and I was really thinking that I would get there, and never would want to return. That didn't happen.
Don't get me wrong, I saw many beauitful things there, Gaudí buildings are fantastic...

So expect some new shots soon.

the festival i attended to, thursday and friday, was awesome. had lots of fun, and listened to great music.
my faves were nelly furtado, pixies, lenny kravitz and of course, massive attack (they're the best!!!!).
nelly is very chearful and nice on stage. she spoke mostly in portuguese, which is really cool.
lenny said he wants to move here and find himself a portuguese girl (anyone interested?! ).

my teeth feel a lot better, though i still can't i think i already lost all the weight i had to lose, i hope i can really, really soon!

my cat had the stiches removed yesterday. it healed very well, and she's fine!

well, i really feel shity today.
i slept 4 hours last night.
my cat is at the vet (india), and she couldn't eat since midnight, well, how do you explain to a cat, she can't eat?!
i felt so bad for her, poor little thing!

just talked on the phone with my mom, india is fine. surgery only lasted 30 minutes. she's going home right now!

the good thing is, tomorrow i won't have to work, cause it's an holiday. so, i have 3 days to rest...
