So, it's been a long while since anything got posted here. 9 months in fact.

Got through my finals, got a 2.1 hons degree in mecheng from the most prestiguous university in Ireland and found myself unemployed. I've been teaching the Irish language in my old secondary school since the end of September. Started looking for a job then, and managed to land the job I've wanted since I was about 8; I'm going to be part of Jaguar's car design team! Crazy stuff really, but I'm thrilled.

Girlfriend's back in the country in 5 days, can't wait. She moved back home to the states in mid december.

Art wise, not much going on; snowed under at school. Never realised teaching was so stressful! Going to try and get some painting done in midterm, watch this space. I hope...

This is probably because my finals are in 3 weeks.

Another bonus of final year is that I have done a lot of painting to keep relaxed during the process of writing a thesis.

While you can see a couple of my models in my gallery, there will soon be an awful lot more of them.

Soon the come are:

Some scouts,
A chaplain or two,
Some gorgeous Veteran sculpts, painted mediocrly by me.
Lots of regular marines.

Some historics; painting a 1:72 Leopard at the moment, followed by some modern day 1:72 german spec-ops.

Updates when I steal my gfs camera! For now, enjoy the poetry, and a religious musing that should be posted tomorrow (well, later today, it is nearly 4am)
