I've begun work. Work on a re-build/upgrade of a costume for Brisbane Supanova.....
I'm reworking my Monsterican Dream Mr. Lordi costume.

I'm taking a rather indepth approach, with a lot of new processes. I'm working off of nearly 200 images of reference, and taking care to pick up details on each piece, such as individual spikes and skulls, wrinkles and everything. I'm taking an approach that you'd have seen on my Arockalypse Lordi, and Dynasty Gene. The Latex skin on foam approach. Unlike those costumes, there will be minimal tissue paper details and more moulded parts. Doing a leather belt as well, plus...... SILICONE PROSTHETICS...... yeah.... $300 dollars worth of make up alone planned for this.... you thought I was crazy before?

Also.... getting my Lordi half sleeve tattoo finished by Christmas hopefully.... Rock the fuck on!!!!

FUCK NO! I just wanted your attention!

Well, Gencon is fucking close.... And i FINALLY got one can of black plasti-dip for My Gene Simmons DYNASTY costume... I need 2, But it hasn't arrived yet, and my Dad's been busting his ass getting them for me. I Originally ordered 2 cans over 6 weeks ago, At least I've got some stuff coated.

My Dynasty Gear is looking pretty damn awesome, the pieces that are plasti-dipped anyway, which are the boots, Shoulders and Biceps. Those pieces are fully painted, and look pretty impressive. I still need to plasti-dip and paint the torso, back and biceps, and probably the cod piece too, and then apply the sole to the boots, but its pretty close to fruition.

KISS Released pics of their new SONIC BOOM costumes, First original KISS costume designs since 1982. They're good and bad at the same time, with inspiration drawn from their classic costumes, mainly the Hotter Than Hell (1974), Destroyer (1976) and Love Gun(1977) designs. I've decided to postpone my Tommy Thayer "Rock The Nation" Costume until the new year, and work on Tommy's Sonic Boom Costume after I Do Ace Frehley's DYNASTY Costume.

Next week I'll have my IBANEZ Iceman, which will be repainted and finished like Paul Stanley's Cracked Mirror guitar, and I recieved my Ace Frehley Gibson Les Paul last week too

*- Tommy Thayer Costume {Rock The Nation Era} 35 %- Finish By Oct. 1st.
*- Ibanez Iceman {Cracked Mirror Top Conversion} 10% - Finish By Oct.1st.
*- Ace Frehley Costume {Dynasty/Unmasked era} 1% - Finish By Oct 31st.

SO.... Officially announcing plans for a Dynasty/Unmasked Ace Frehley.... gonna need a ton of mirror perspex, foam and satin! Also I'm converting my Current black knock off les paul, with a 3rd pickup, Gibson Les Paul truss rod cover and Gibson headstock decals. I have an Ace Frehley Gibson Les Paul on its way to me now as well, Brilliant looking and I can't wait to get it, and I'm also soon to be the proud owner of an Ibanez Iceman!

Also.... for MovieWorld's Halloween night, we're gonna be dressing as the Hottest band in the world......

Hell-o Fine DAers.....

Well... I've been pretty productive of late.... Inspiration strikes in burst you know. I've officially started my DYNASTY/UNMASKED era Gene Simmons costume. I've got the HUGE red satin cape sewn, with buckles and everything sewn in. I've got the codpiece finished and strapped, I've got the general shape of the chest plate started, it still needs some work before it gets fiberglassed, AND I've finally got the toes/heels of the platform boots foamed, no more that 30 minutes ago. Tomorrow I might get a chance to shape them and texture the rest of the legs.

As you MAY have seen, I started and finished my Paul Stanley ALIVE! boots. Goddamn it I'm proud of them. I'm definitely working out a battle plan for a full ALIVE! Paul costume! I've also been commissioned by my good friend Tony, To make him a LOVE GUN era Ace Frehley costume, which I'm pretty excited to start. Tony also does vacuum-forming, which is how they make the plastic Stormtroopers armour, and we're in talks to make a set of two of gene Simmons armour in plastic, which would be very cool. I also have to start on Brett and Donna's destroyer Gene armour this weekend.

Other than that, Its getting close to 12 months with my gorgeous , and I'm currently sick as a dog, lmao

First off.... Nova rocked. Its been said in every other journal, so fuck saying it here. I did have one typed out about a week ago, but i lost it before I could publish it.

COSPLAY-

I'm working on a new Gene Simmons costume, to use alongside/instead off my Destroyer Gear. This is his Dynasty/Unmasked Era costume... and is now, because of some expert negotiations at work, is only gonna cost me around $100 to complete to a wearable standard.... This includes the boots! This costume.... SHOULD be debuted at GenCon 2009.

I'm beginning some upgrades to my Arockalypse Mr. Lordi costume. Mainly with some details I'm lacking on the legs/boots, and some other parts that are lacking on the suit. I've planned a new satin cape, with the Lordi logo in rhinestones on the back, instead of the glitter paint. I got the DARK FLOORS - The Lordi Motion Picture- DVD this week, and it had a brilliant behind the scenes shot of Mr. L's boots, from the back, as he's walking. It showed details I NEVER knew existed! so now i gotta add them, PLUS I've noticed there's actually a tarantula-esque spider on the toe/front of his boots. Look at a REALLY high res promo shot.... its there!

Should have 2 Deadache Amen costumes out by Halloween, One for me and one for Liam over in the UK. So that'll be nice.


Anyway, I think thats all for me.... OH If you like Van Halen/80's sci fi/80's rock/lots of synth, Go out and BUY the GALVATRONS Debut CD. It'll rock your fucking world!

I've ALMOST finished my Farewell/Alive 35 Era Gene Gear, and Its looking fucking SWEET, but even better..... it FEELS good! For once, it doesn't feel like its gonna break or fall apart if I twist or move the wrong way, Nothing is spiking me anymore, and best of all, It fits perfectly. It doesn't flop around or anything anymore! Plus it all looks professional!.

So for Supanova, I'm dressing as such...
Friday - Curt.... with Nikki Sixx hair and leather.
Saturday - Slash (Guns'n'Roses/Guitar Hero III:Legends of Rock)
Sunday - Gene Simmons (KISS)

Apparently I'm Judging cosplay both the Saturday and Sunday, and On the Sunday, Come and Check out the Cosplay Armour Seminar I'm hosting with , and otherwise, just come and generally dick about!

Also.... Finally out of my teens, I turned 20 on Wednesday, so thank you to all who wished me well

Future Plans

I've got 2 Personal Costumes(At Least) Before the end of 2009.... A Dynasty/Unmasked Era Ace Frehley, and an upgrade of my Monsterican Dream Mr. Lordi costume (Same method as my Arockalypse) But I'm also working on some Ghostbusters Proton Packs, and don't be surprised if an Unmasked Era Gene Simmons Pops up either.

Aside from that, 2 Major Projects on the cards for other people, A Deadache Era Amen costume for Liam... Before Halloween, and a Set of Destroyer '76 Era Gene Simmons armour, for Brett&Donna, the wonderful people who loaned me the dragon boot molds.'

Well my fine, friendly DA Watchers, As you may know, I'm working on a LOT at the moment.

-My Gene Simmons Farewell/ALIVE 35 era Upgrades are progressing well, the new armour and boots are getting pretty close to completion. I still need to construct a new set of more accurate spikes for the armour, and then repaint the armour with a Base coat and Silver topcoat. The boots, have the Farewell shells finished and attached. If anyone saw my old "classic" era shells, knew how flimsy and thin they were.... well, thanks to my VERY generous friend Brett, I've now got a nice solid set of fiberglass shells, that i made from his moulds. All I need now is the scales and they're ready to rock! Pics of both, will be uploaded, right here.... in the coming days.

-I bought some leather spray paint, in silver, to paint a set of platforms I own. They're being converted, into a set of Paul Stanley - Rock The Nation boots. They're mainly going to be for display, but will look VERY sexy when they're fresh, unscuffed and nicely polished. Expect photos of them too!

-On an everything else note, I'll be at Sydney Supanova, Hosting an armour panel with and also judging cosplay apparently. Look out for me as Gene Simmons and as Slash from Guitar Hero III and Of Guns'n'Roses fame.
-Kissperience had their first gig last weekend, and got a marvelous reception, despite the fact that they didn't hit stage till 9:30pm on a Sunday night, and we had a VERY low ceiling...... But Gene still breathed fire The guys were pleased with my tech and effects work, which is good on my part too.
-AND last but definitly not least...... almost 10 MONTHS with my Gorgeous Girlfriend !!! How AWESOME are we?

Well people, I'm upgrading my KISS ARMY uniform. Mr. Simmons that is. I'm converting it from 1976 "destroyer" era, to 2001/2008 Farewell/Alive 35 era. So new chest plates, new wings, new boots, better boot shells, new arms... The works.

I've actually got moulds, to make a set of FIBERGLASS demon shells, accurate to gene's current boots. A VERY nice KISS fan here in Brisbane, loaned me his moulds, and said go ahead and make your own set of moulds. So i can keep making shells, if they break or crack

I've got new, vinyl wings made, which look soooo much nicer than any of my other attempts, and one my 3/4th Inch dome studs arrive, are gonna look REALLY awesome. I've also done the new chest plates, gotta get some buckles and stuff now. Plus.... I've gotta make all new scales for my boots..... not REALLY looking forward to that, it'll be a LOT of work.

It'll be worn at Sydnova this year, which will be fun

Thursday.
Finished work for a 4 day weekend of fun and stupidity. Went to the city and attended a Guitar Clinic with Mr. Bruce Kulick.(Ex-KISS, Meatloaf, Grandfunk Railroad) He was freaking brilliant . I also got my "Lordi - It snows in hell" CD single and DVD signed(He played lead Guitar on that track, incase you didn't know). Then, went back and met up with the Sydney siders at the Brisbane Manor.

Friday.
Costume: Joker
Had the preview night, in which I donned the greasepaint and scars, as Heath Ledger's joker. I think i was pretty in character, especially seeing as i had Jake in his replica begins batsuit, as my nemisis. Got some great shots, including him, lifting me over his head, so my feet were almost a meter off the ground. Freaked out LOTS of people, i was apparently very manic.

Saturday.
Costume: Ace Frehley
Ace was a lot of fun. ONLY just had enough white greasepaint to do the make up, and a fruitless 45 minute search for a party store that ACTUALLY stocked white grease paint, had me really stressed. Got Jake into Peter Criss, which looked awesome I must say. Held a cosplay armour seminar with which was fun, and went down very well apperently. It was OVERLY hot at nova, so got OUT of cosplay at about 1:30, and walked around incognito. Spent a little time with my wonderful girlfriend , and saw here look sexy onstage during cosplay. spent $150 on 4 20inch tall KISS plush toys, in destroyer era costumes . then, at 8, jake and i resuited for a batman/joker photo shoot, at the old museum.

Sunday.
Costume: Lordi
LOTS OF STRESS, but we looked great, i don't remember a hell of a lot, due to exhaustion and dehydration, but we got dressed at midday, and we did a full cosplay. The WHOLE band. We performed to good to be bad, and basically tore Supanova a new asshole. had the wings and everything. John the MC nearly shat his pants when he read that Lordi were a cosplay, then saw us and looked rather suprised. After de-costuming, showering and basically 10 kgs lighter, a small group of us headed to the Pancake manor, and then to the coolshite podcast. and that was the end of supanova 2009.... i think

Thanks to everyone i hung out with, met, ingnored and basically saw over the weekend, you guys kick ass. Hit me up for a hang out sometime I've already started planning costumes for brisnova NEXT year

Its now, standing at 95% complete. I've done the boots, shins, thighs w/Knee skulls, Belt, stomach with fat suit, arms, gloves, shoulders and cape..... All i need to do is the fat suit for the thighs, and my prosthetic. was around yesterday morning, and helped me cast my face, so I can pull a plaster buck, and start sculpting.

Look out for pics in the next week, even just crappy photos, but this thing is looking to be my best work. This is the day of reckoning.... this is...

Lordi - Arockalypse Costume

Its coming along VERY nicely. I only had half a boot left to do, before I ran out of foam . The Biceps, Forearms, Shoulders, Shins and One boot are cut out of foam, Latex-ed and studded. And dad was REALLY awesome, and ordered me Plastidip through his work, so the shoulders, biceps and forearms, are now BLACK!!!! is sexy. I've started the belt too, but i need the padding for the fat suit before i can start really sizing that. I'm running outta fucking time before Brisnova I still haven't started my Ace Frehley yet!!!

The "My Heaven Is Your Hell" single arrived from Germany yesterday! Twas won off eBay for the relatively small price of about $50 Aus. the last one went for over $100, and thats before the economy shat itself, so I'm pleased with myself. I've only gotta the the original WYLAM* and BRS** singles, then the Beast loose In Paradise and Deadache ones, and I've got ALL THE SINGLES!!!!

Lovin MöTLEY CRüE At the moment! I've decided to make NIKKI SIXX's shout at the devil era costume, for Sydney supanova in June. Got Mistaken for a young nikki?? and Criss Angel, in the city yesterday. LOL. damn near wet myself

I'm lost. I need to get out.

I'm sick of here. I don't want to be in a country, a city, where summer is 40 degrees. I don't want to be in a city, where it never snows. I don't want sunny days, and golden beaches. I want rain, I want snow, I want cold. I want to be able to wear coats and jackets for more than 1 month a year. I want cool, dark forests. I want change. I want to get out of this country.

I seem to want a lot.

I really don't like my work. I'm working, for no other reason than money. My job, is killing me. I'm literally scarred, from what I do. I'm underpaid, and have no future there. I work in fiberglass, only because I haven't left.

My dad, needed to "talk" to me yesterday about something or other, but it somehow degenerated into me being a rude little bastard, then fell even further when he decided to insult my appearance.

On the upside, Its almost 6 wonderful months I've been with my girl Shelley <3, I've got my 1st tattoo fully healed, and I've got 3 of the most important people in my life, working on making it into a half sleeve, and ... three of the most talented people I know, and love, and the ONLY people I'd trust to have their artwork involved in this part of my body.

Costumes SHOULD be coming thick and fast, Including 3 Ace Frehley costumes by the end of 2009, a deadache/arockalypse hybrid Amen, Batman, Frank N Furter, Prince Nuada(Hellboy II) etc etc.
I'm also working with 3 KISS tribute bands including CARR. Roadie for 2, and Gene Simmons in CARR. Also, and I are hosting a Fiberglassing panel at Brisbane Supanova on the saturday. I'll be dressed as Ace Frehley, so come and say hi.

Thats kinda less depressing than the start, but I'm still feeling lost i guess.

Anyways, this is a mish-mash kinda update.

Tomorrow, marks 4 months I've been with my gorgeous, wonderful adorable girl Shelley, or rather 4 months of her putting up with me.

On the KISS costume and show front, I'm currently upgrading the paint job and scales on my destroyer 76 Gene Boots, so that should look sweeeeeet and on the christmas holidays I'm starting my DYNASTY Ace Frehley costume, and upgrading my Destroyer 76 Ace boots, 7.5 inch platform heels! Also finished my Destroyer 76 Peter Criss boots FINALLY, so I'll post pics of the costumes, boots and guitars I have. sometime in the next month.
ALSO, CARR will be shooting a mini doco soon, which will include an effects and action packed Faux-live rendition of Psycho Circus... WILL be sweet!

In physical news, I've got my left earlobe pierced now, and not this weekend but next, I'm gonna get my first tattoo, the lordi symbol maskey thing, on my right shoulder.... BIG!!!!

Anyways... thats whats goin down in my world right now... waiting for changes and needing more money.

Sitting on the train to work, at like.... 10 past Six last Wednesday, My mp3 hit the first track of an album... I haven't listened to fully in over 6 months. To be honest, I haven't listened to much LORDI in the last six months, Gene Simmons kinda..... stole my attention. But, halfway through that album, whilst I was dozing.... I think somewhere around Pet The Destroyer or so.... I noticed something slipped in between the haunting keyboards and growling vocals. I sprang up in my seat. I was inspired.

By inspired, I don;t mean inspiration struck... no, Inspiration Waged WW3 on my skull.


My skull lost.

I'm now just under half way through a rather.... monstrous costume, I've done 2 previous versions, but this, is no longer cardboard or duct tape. This, is a creation or Vinyl and studs, Leather and Latex, Chains, paint and straps....

Keep watching my deviations, because... soon, very soon... It'll be revealed. Ignoring the watered down less terrifying Arockalypse outfit... I've taken a different approach. Its living, no longer in my Monsterican Dreams....soon, very soon you'll see an all new, professional creation... he's back and meaner than ever....

Last night, I saw the dark knight.

I went in my Joker costume. The movie was brilliant, The only downside was that i couldn't see properly. I was fighting back tears for a good 90% of the film.

I've been called many things in regards to my costuming habits. I've been called a freak, a nerd, a talent, a rock star, a serial killer, scary, funny, cute sexy... and strangely, a method actor. In the last 6 months I've been called a method actor... because of my joker costume.

I've been working on my joker costume for a good year and a half, and I'd essentially canned it once news broke About one of my favorite actors, Heath Ledger, had passed away. A friend and mentor of mine, Scott, who was also a close friend of Heath's, asked me to complete the costume as a memorial, a tribute to heath.
I've read almost every printed interview or article I could find, regarding the joker's character, mannerisms, posture, clothes, props, everything. I've worked hard on perfecting EVERYTHING as close as I could. I've lived and breathed this character, watching the evolution progress.

Last night, I saw the dark knight.

And i made a decision. As I fought back those tears, The tears for a Fallen actor's greatest role. I decided, that I'm going to retire my costume. MAYBE in the future, I'll do a final photoshoot, but for now....
I'm hanging up the purple jacket, and checked socks. No more scars, no green dye.

A Great Actor, Is someone who can make you believe he is someone else, Who can become a different persona. A great actor, is not measured by awards, but by the people he's inspired. And in the last year and a half... Heath's inspired me more than anyone else in existence.

Its Thursday morning, On Saturday morning, George and I board a Plane. We head to Melbourne. Then Sunday evening, We'll be standing in front of a stage. Not just any stage..... KISS'S STAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't describe how excited I am, I started packing my bag, And its literally 4 Kiss shirts, 4 pairs of Jeans and My Gene Simmons Costume. Thats all i could fit! They were on the news last night too.... They're In the country, I've been Listening NON-STOP to KISS for the last 4 days , Vinyl,CD,Mp3 all mediums! , My head's gonna cave in soon, I just know it. I'm borrowing a Digital Camera, So I'll be posting any pics I get throughout the KISS ARMY party on the Saturday Night, of George and I getting into costume and war paint, The Kiss Fans at The Grand Prix, and of course...... THE SHOW! We'll also have a small video camera, and be making a lil video of the weekend too

My Kiss tribute band CARR had our first photoshoot as a full band a few weekes back and let me say, we look pretty sweet. The four of us, with instruments and full make up and costumes.... Impressive. Those photos will be posted soon enough.
I've also picked up a Knock off, Gibson Les Paul Tabbacco Sunburst guitar for Ace, on ebay. only $107!!

As for the REAL KISS!!!, Its 17 days till I travel down to Melbourne to see them perform at the Grand Prix... and I'm unbelievably excited... I can't wait to be standing there in front of them, In costume, with the freaking pyros going off, and Gene, Paul, Tommy and Eric Sooooooo goddamn close!!!

I can't believe i didn't mention it sooner, But a few weeks ago, I had the good fortune to go to another concert. NIGHTWISH.....

Holy freaking hell WOW! I was standing, something Like 10 feet from the band, and the show litterally, kicked the crap out of Alice Cooper! VERY VERY VERY good night!

Aside from that, Too much expensive stuff, too much awsome stuff, and not enough attention from you guys, so COMMENT DAMNIT!!!!!! LOL

What news I have, for my FIRST journal entry for 2008.
Ok that was a lie... I dont have a lotta news

To start off, I'm still working on my KISS costumes, which now, are going to be put to slightly more regular use... I'm starting a KISS tribute Show!!!!

Thats right, a classic Line up of Gene, Paul, Ace and Peter, with smoke bombs, lights, Smoking Guitars, Confettie, blood spitting, Platform boots and FIRE BREATHING!!!!!
I say show, and not band, because although we will have guitars and things there with us on stage, We'll predominatly using backing tracks, and singing along to them, because our playing isnt yet up to scratch...LOL

I recently bought a PAUL STANLEY SIGNATURE EDITION Lyon Guitar!!!....Its silver and has the pick guard signed in silver sharpie, only cost 300 Aus to boot
And on the subject of boots, I'll soon be posting some pictures of my assorted KISS boots, Due to the fact that I've almost finished one ace frehley boot! These things are absolutely horrible to try and create, cos its foam, silver vinyl, a set of pre-existing platform boots...... and an arse-load of work.

There will be pics...


ALSO... If I get enough response, I'll post a pic or two of me dressed as Frank N Furter from the Rocky Horror Picture show..... disturbing??? My family says it is.... but i think not

How goddamn lazy am I.... My last journal entry was in freaking October....
Sorry to everyone who actually enjoys reading my babble.

Well, to start.... I've been doing a lot of costuming, as usual. I've been working on a set of costumes, from a famous band. KISS!!!!!!

I'm workin on he 1976 "destroyer" Era costumes, So the Line up is the classic, Gene, Paul, Ace, Peter line up. I've almost finished gene, and Have the boots for each member except Paul. Lotsa work comin, but they look great I actually wore an Unfinished version of my Gene Simmons to A Halloween party at a local theme park, called Warner Bros. Movie World. Basically, They opened the park, and all the rides at night, had smoke machines and shit everywhere and had costume competitions.......
I got chosen to be in the costume comp.
I took a mouthful of fake blood, before i went on stage.
I Drooled Blood, Just Like Gene does on stage.
I made the crowd go nuts.

I've Also been COMPLETELY Re-furbishing my Bat suit. I'm.... Sculpting a Brand new cowl, Replacing my shitty boots with motorcycle boots, re-placing the cape completely, sculpting new knee armor, shin armor and shoulder armor, making a completely new belt.... and re-working/re-painting the legs and chest armor..... Fun stuff!

Aside from costume stuff....... I've got some very special tickets.... tickets which may or may not change my life.....

In march, I'm traveling to Melbourne (I'm in Brisbane) to see... the hottest band in the world...... KISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Live.
I'm very much looking forward to that

Last weekend, has to have been the BEST weekend for a long time


I, traveled all the way down to Sydney for a week, for the Pop Culture convention, Supanova.
Basically, Had a blast cosplaying, fucking around, chatting to people I've met through forums, Meeting Celebrities, and creating general bedlam once again

I cant really describe the weekend, BUT, i will post photos. I cosplayed as Batman, An Imperial Officer (Star Wars) and Freddy Krueger, and once again, I Won best cosplay, this time as Freddy, Which...... I really did not expect. I'll post video of me, cos I did an apparently wicked Freddy voice, which I've never done before.....

I went to Alice Cooper's brisbane leg of his PSYCHO-DRAMA tour yesterday, and OUCH, My voice had gone to shit, 3 songs into the concert, and i LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!!

It was freaking awsome, they played the usual, School's Out, Welcome to my nightmare, No more Mr nice guy, Ballad of Dwight Fry, Only women bleed, Steven, Elected, Under my wheels, poison and more, But, and i cant believe that they did, but they played freaking HALO OF FLIES!!!!!!!

i was in awe the whole night, and I missed work today, cos i hurt so much... BUT

at about seven o'clock, I was waiting by the side of the Merch Counter, and who should walk to the very edge, and hand over a whole lot of hand signed drum skins? MR ERIC SINGER, the dummer for ALICE COOPER, and....... KISS!!!!!!!

I met Kiss's Current drummer.... And yes, I grabbed a VERY quick photo, but he was sooooo great about it, even though he was in a hurry.... The BEST way to get psyched up for a FUCKING AWSOME concert.....


I need more sleep, then the Singer pic will go up..

Well, where to start.
I'm EIGHTEEN!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY TURNED INTO AN ADULT.. WOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

My batman costume is Finally nearing completion, I just need a BUTTLOAD of latex, and I'm set . He's looking pretty sexy, I'm doing a version of the Keaton suits from Tim Burton's BATMAN and BATMAN RETURNS.
I have my own computer now, I bought a cheapish laptop for myself, so I'm happy about that. Hmmm what else.
I saw TRANSFORMERS last night, Its brilliant, And I dare say, Its the BEST FILM OF 2007 (in my opinion, a few others come close... but Transformers is just gorgeous)
Um....I'm listening to a lot more metal now, I got a new MP3 for my birthday, so i can now listen to music on my way to work

thats about it really, Oh, I'm getting my eyebrow pierced today as well

I am sooooooooo deep in lordi fandom at the moment, that its beyond scary . I Have a Lordi neclace coming in the mail sometime in the next week.... which once i put it on, I'm never taking it off . Also, In the last 24 hours, I have listened to Every lordi album and song that I possess.... which is... *looks in media player* Including The Monster show and the Arockalypse special edition, about 4.7 hours. Oh dear. I've also been planning the rebuild of my lordi costume, and making the other band members too. Thats gonna be a fun task . And..... If you truly are a Lordi fan, You'd know that Lordi have just released the Arockalypse as a Vinyl LP.... I have said it many times, that I love Records infinatly more than CD's.... well I bought one.... The clear one with the Blood splatter
I'm a fanboy alright. OH... *smacks head* I almost forgot. I got a personal message on the Lordi forums about my Lordi cosplay. Someone LOVES the video I posted on youtube..... That someone is MR AMEN!!!!!!!!! Lordi's guitarist loves my costume *head asplodes*

Anyway... I'm working on a set of Destroyer-Era Gene Simmons armour tonight, and i need some help.
I really would like to learn finnish, Like how to speak and write it fluently.... Can anyone help me?

Well..... where to start..
1st... My batman cowl arrived (finally) which means that I can now start work on my Batman Returns-era costume.
2nd.... I bought a set of Clone trooper armour (star wars armour)... yeah, I'm a nerd )
3rd.... hmmm it was something important.... oh yeah.. I'M GOING TO ALICE COOPER!!!!!!!

That's right, The grandfather of rock as we know it is touring, and BRISBANE is one of his stops. FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!

really cant wait for that... now i just gotta see the gods live...aka LORDI!!!!~

Hey all.....

Well, Had a great day today, it was 's birthday gathering, so it started off really well Twas Abi, Matt, Luke, Alanah and I, plus her wonderful parents. I felt quite good, being surrounded by great friends, fun, and looking like my usual sexy self (yeah right )

Well.... walking Up from the train station getting home, I decided to walk slower than i usually do, and stare up at the slightly cloudy, star filled sky. And, I started thinking a common question that i ask myself... What If?

Well...
-What if i hadn't gone to supanova last year and joined novus ordo? I certainly wouldn't have all the FANTASIC friends that i do now.
-What if I hadn't broken up with Emma last year? Would I still be with her?
-What if I could or did say every little thing I've ever needed to say?
-What if I was to finally make a move on the girl I truely have Strong feelings for?
-What if dad hadn't told me to watch LORDI on eurovision last year?
-What if i had gone to a different high school?

Well.... Maybe, just maybe.... I'll actually say the things that I DESPERATLY need to say to people.....

If you've read this far, you probably wouldn't have known that me of all people, think like this, or this deeply... but i do.

Yesterday, i participated in the brisbane ZOMBIE WALK. Something luke 400 people, dressed and made up in suitable zombie garb, and stumbled all the way through brisbane city... very cool. Pics will come very soon

Thats it, I'm making a stand here.....
Its too bloody hot, and i need a change. I want to live near snow, I wanna live where I can wear jeans and a leather jacket nearly all year round. I want to move to somewhere in europe.... or at least have a holiday. I know already that I'd LOVE to visit England, and of course Finland... but where else is good? Any suggestions people?

I'd really LOVE a finnish accent.

yeah as you may have guessed I'm really kinda bored lately . Work is good, and my costumes are coming along quite well. Supanova is a little over a month away *eep*, and yeah, I've been Falling asleep at night to the Monsterous sounds of lordi, the riffs of iron maiden and the chillingly beautiful lyrics of deathlike silence.

As Many of you may know, I have an unholy love for the ex-lordi keyboardist, Enary. Well, thanks to the lordi fansite, Pyromite, ive discovered that she is indeed alive and well in Finland. And still making MUSIC.

She's now in a Finnish band, Called DeathLike Silence, and she is once againg, rocking out on the keys
Their debute album is called Vigor Mortis, and I've heard a few of their songs..... they get my thumbs up .

On another note, my michael myers mask came in the mail today (very happy about that). Oh, and I'm gonna try and name my journal entries after album titles
