they have been finished!

at long last the three kantele my dear friend, the master d.i.y. instrument maker Bruno, and me set out on making at the begining of april are finished. they were all but stringed at the end of may, and the two moon hiatus we took was due to the lack of suppliers of simple cords of steel wire in this country, so we had to look abroad. naturally we are very pleased with the outcome, especially because we've never held a kantele in our hands before.

our sincere thanks go to mr. Tolonen from the mighty Nest for all his help and support, especially for providing us with the much needed information on how to build small kantele. paljon kiitoksia!
