I couldn't talk to Zook for 2 1/2 hours of that (by the time I got to see him our plane had already left), couldn't get to a phone for another 2 (the officer that was dealing with me had some kind of 1 1/2 hour meeting to go to in the middle of all this) and I only was allowed 1 phone call. DO I LOOK LIKE A TERRORIST?! I'm an overweight white girl in a t-shirt hauling around a 50 lb suitcase that was xrayed 4 times! Effin armed escort through the airport!

They took all my money and sent me on the next plane back to Indy with a small immigration pamphlet including a phone number that doesn't work in the states, my fiance had to pay over $900 to get a flight back with me (which was scheduled on a disconnecting computer on a $9 internet access pass...) and when he went back through American customs the little Chinese guy said he could only stay 2 weeks, fingerprinted him, took his pic and stapled a paper in the back of his passport. Greaaat. So now I've been kicked (not banned) out of Canada and sent back to Indy and stuck next to some fidgety Italian guy on the plane.

Get back to Indy, very shaken, have dinner...get sick. Shook the rest of the night and didn't sleep. My mother had her knee replaced and was in the hospital for 3 days, then I took care of her when she got home...wracking up a lovely $42k hosptial bill (not including physical therapy, dr's bills and various other expenses).

After all this we decided to get married asap, we were planning to wait a while, but this just kinda put things into perspective. Got married on the 19th and tried to drive back up to Canada with my dad on the 27th (2 weeks after returning to Indy, left on the 25th and spent the night in Gary, IN for dad's work then spent the night in Sault Ste. Marie, MI before heading to the border at 7am).

Zook gets through just fine...duh, he was returning home. My father and I had to go into the office while he runs checks on both of us. Dad thinks he's going to get charged with smuggling an illegal. He asks if I've ever been denied entry to the country...yes.... The guy says he will give us a day pass, that's the best he can do, so we can drop off my husband with his parents to return home. If we're not out of the country by the next day he can issue a warrant. Homygod. Dad mentions we got married, guy asks for proof. All I have is Zook in the car and the keepsake marriage liscence given to us when we got married (unofficial in so many words). Show it to the guy, he's runnin around copying shit, throwing papers everywhere...tells me I have what is called 'implied status' and that we have a family thing going on and they don't like breakin that shit up. Then what was that crap 2 weeks ago?! I believe being engaged is pretty close to being married.

He gives me a 1 year resident pass and tells me I can extend the stay by calling the numbers on the back. Gives me a huge book on immigration (and the guy in Toronto gave me a 1 page pamphlet with no info on it...) tells me to get started. Said that any other officer could have denied me entry and that his decision can change at any moment. Oh good. Feeling really secure here...

But I'm home. Place is a wreck; couches reupholstered in cat fur, the lawn is 2' tall, the solar lights are shot, the place is crawling with spiders, and the dog looks like she's molting. No air conditioner, the kitchen is covered in things my parents brought up before we drove down to Indy with them, we have an ant infestation, the basement is flooded and the house is hotter and more humid then the weather outside, but I'm home! Zook's mom got into an accident with a drunk hit-and-run 2 days ago, bringing the total usable vehicle count to 1...meaning we can't search for a job or get groceries until something is resolved with that...whee!

Good news is that one of my best friends, has let me borrow her huge Chevy heavy duty truck of doom to drive around, therefore I managed to get a job at the nearby Arby's. I make $6.50/hour at like 24 hours/week...which is about enough to pay for the premium gas the truck takes. Some bastard hit and run the truck in the Walmart parking lot, bashing in a good portion of the passenger's side. Then some bitch was speeding and got into an accident with me, busting up the front bumper on the passenger side a bit. Course now my friend's parents are hating me and saying I am not allowed to drive her truck...that truck is

and I's only way to work each day.

Now then...relationships falling apart...so much crap so little way to deal so almost everyone turns their back on me except for a select few. I am sick of the drama and sick of the bullshit. I want gone. And so I go. There is a certain someone who has fucked my life right up, but I will not mention him for reasons of saving the shreds of my sanity. It's time for me to move on.

It's not all bad though, I have someone who loves me and cares for my well being for once. Only problem is that he lives 1,800 miles north of me in northern Ontario. O.o Corey came down for Anthrocon earlier this year in July and stayed for a month...I've never been so happy or paid attention to in my entire life. When he left I was a wreck...we were the only two people crying in the bus station...and it continued for days. Now he's comin back in mid-late October to stay for a month before we go to Midwest Furfest in Chicago on November 16th...from there I'm gone to live in Canada with him.

I'll be living 8 hours north of Toronto near Timmins, Ontario in what appears to be a frozen wasteland in wintertime. I'll be riding snowmobiles, making snow forts, ice skating with a new set of skates, snow tubing, camping, paintballing, 4-wheeling, hiking, fishing, driving, picniking, partying, and playing outdoors all times of the year!

I'll finally be able to snuggle under a blanket with someone next to a fire and drink hot chocolate for once. I will have no worries or cares, no debts or responsabilities, and no regrets. I'll get to share a warm bed with a sexy man that loves me and the cute fluffball that is his cat.

I'm gonna miss everyone here...my friends are part of my family. My pack and my home and the days lounging with nothing to do but go over to a friend's house...none of that until at least May when my sister is getting married.

My birthday is coming up...November 8th...I should be having one hell of a party the Wednesday before or the 9th. Sort of a Halloween, Birthday, going away party.

I am going to be doing nothing really important this week...just painting and job hunting and whatnot, but I will update you if anything big happens!

500 pageviews was achieved and passed today!!!!!!! GO ME!!!

Ok, so...I got my car back...so nice and clean and shiny. I went to the Speedway on the corner to get some gas and my friends a drink. I put went up to the counter to pay...and I had spilled some Dr. Pepper on my shirt. So I went and got a drink carrier...after wrestling with it for a loooong time and successfully smacking my face with one I put the 3 drinks in it. I went out to the car and put them on the roof...and then I was attacked! The Dr. Pepper had it out for me! It turned upside down on my shirt...taking the other 2 drinks with it! It had successfully spilled all over me and my car...and my foot when I had noticed that the red slushie that I had also got spilled all over my clean car...and magically my Mountain Dew only spilled 3 drops on my roof. I was drenched and cramping and angry...and then I managed to get all three drinks upright when I started pumping gas. I turned my back for a moment and the slushie spilled over the side of the car and landed on the concrete (and my shoe of course...buuut I was wearing flip-flops...frostbite on my toes!). AAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

Then to make matters worse I tried to go to a friend's house earlier and my car won't start! After almost $1,000 worth of work...my key won't turn!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you include an icon into your journal? I have tried to include dragonhall and all my friends and it's basically telling me to piss off! I am going to give up if I don't find an answer here soon!
