1: I was one of the ppl that got picked on for getting good grades at school (nerd) but i am proud to be that way cos at least i know who my friends are.

2: I would like to be a punk or goth but i don't have the confidence (or figure) to pull it off

3: I love going to the gym and/or jogging (but am overweight, go figure)

4: I hate talking on the phone

5: I hate being in a car that is fishtailing or anything of the sort where teh driver doesn't have complete control of the car, and i also hate driving fast

6: I don't drink alcohol, smoke or do drugs, but i don't mind if my friends do (to an extent (i would worry if they were doing something life threatening of course)) cos - everyone is different.

Last weekend was fairly good, my dad, bro ( ) and I went to Carina speedway. It was one of the best nites of racing I have seen there yet! One of the midget Speedcars ended up flipping in front of us cos the wheel on another car came off!!!

Next weekend my dad, , , sam (my friend and brumby's partner) and I are going camping. So that should be fun, gonna see how much shame i can bring to the group by buying a pink fishing rod lol.

Anywhoosies I better get moving on cos it is starting to storm outside lol.

LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA

Had to do that lol. on Thursday my parents, one of my friends and I went for a trip to Hervey Bay (which is approx. 90minutes from Bundaberg (where I live)) for a day of shopping!! It was kickass!!! My dad let me drive there which was great cos I need to practice (I am still on my Learner's Licence cos I didn't want to get my licence and then my grandparents gave me their car when they bought their new one - I go for my Provisional Licence in February w00t!). The shopping was way fun, I bought some really kewl shoes and some adorabubble tinkerbell socks and some dangles for my phone. So now my phone has Hello Kitty, a japanese girl with a flashie thingy and Cornelia from W.I.T.C.H hanging off it lol. I will steal my brothers digi and get a photo to post lol. Oh and I bought a diary and some glowstick bracelet thingies cos they are kickass.

I have been drawing quite a bit recently, after quite a long patch of just not even wanting to pick up my sketch book, so look out for some new stuff being posted soon.

Old News: My brother rolled his car on New years day, All the occupants of the car are fine - only had minor cuts and bruised, car was a write-off. He has a new car now - Huge Hilux Beast!! Very Beastly and Kewl! - Spam his page to get him to post pix of it

Well the New Year is here and I hope everyone had a kickass time and didn't have too much of a hangover!!

News

Normally my family gets together and we have a family lunch/get together, but this year the family couldn't get itself together so my parents, my bro , ,his fiance, and I went to the beach for a bit of fun in the sun. The water was beautiful despite my nearly drowning in one particularly large and rough wave (it was king tide and VERY rough), we all had the best time until we started to head home, and went with in his car and they hit a particularly gravelly patch of road on a corner and he rolled his car, considering it was sitting of its roof, it didn't sustain as much damage as expected to the body, but some of the parts underneath the car took a pounding and i think they aren't very repairable (check out his journal for links to his pics!!). I am so incredibly thankful that the three of them came away from it with just minor scratches and bruising as it could have been so much worse. Believe me when I say that when you see a loved ones car on its roof, your heart literally stops in your chest and you can't breathe!! I cannot stress enough that the seatbelts they were wearing most probably saved their lives!! For everyone out there - If you drink and drive you are a dickhead and don't deserve the privilage of owning a licence!

That night , , my dad and I went to Carina Speedway, which was kickass, so New Years day wasn't all bad. The speedway kinda cheered us up a little cos i mean what isn't fun about watching cars that are made of fibreglass and practically duct taped together, racing around a track occasionally spinning out lol.

In other sad news, one of my buddies, , left for Japan today but we (all my friends and I) had to say farewell on Wednesday night cos he had things to do before he left. He is only gonna be gone for 18 months but that seems like forever!! I have discovered that saying goodbye to friends NEVER gets easier.
He is the 2nd of my friends to move away and soon (early next year (I think)) there will be a 3rd.

I have to admit that considering my friends and I all finished school 2 years ago we have all kept in touch pretty well, only now are we starting to disperse slightly. I have heard it is rare for friends to stay in touch for so long after school finishes, I gotta say that I fully understand why, it aint easy to keep everyone together cos people change, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse ...
