Well as some as you well know I got into my course. So I am now studying Certificate IV in Multimedia. This week is orientation and OCHS is totally boring, so glad that after this I won’t have to do it again. I get if it harms you or anyone else just don’t do it? Really I don’t think that we needed three hours of this old guy talking to us about his time in china. Seriously what on earth did that have to do with anything? Also cave men? Come on! That guy just liked hearing his own voice I reckon. Other than that, it’s just been the usual boring like school is. I already have something I got to hand up when the course actually starts on Monday. Also I have three assignments already. Fun stuff I tell you.

Well over the Christmas holidays I did nothing but work. Seriously! I even worked on my Birthday for 10hours or so. I tell you it wasn’t fun. Customers are totally cranky, and I got two customer complaints in two weeks. I was so pissed at that. Would you ever guess that I’m rude? Well I am apparently –shakes fist- stupid customers. Working in Home Entertainment, seriously did some damage to my wallet. In a course of two weeks I got a Wii, a new phone, a new stereo, and a pink ds lite. Then I had to buy games and cd’s for things, and buy Christmas presents. I felt so bad after buying all of that, but at the same time happy as I got new stuff.

I got a Tripod for X-mas so I should be cranking out some new stuff soon. I have taken some, but I just haven’t put anything up lately, as I’ve been too busy with work and getting ready for Tafe. 38hour weeks aren’t at all fun. Though the money was good. Ok back to my not doing anything. I should be soon, as tafe makes me, as it’s all about doing stuff. I get to be creative again YAY.

Today =reggie-san and I are going art supply shopping. Me and her are dangerous when it comes to that. I end up spending tons of money on new stuff, as it’s all pretty and shiny and new! But I swear I need it all

Oh and a massive thanks to =TheGemte who has been helping me with my laptop, and installing everything, and being so ever so patient with me. A little something is coming your way buddy boy!

And to the people who actually do drop by, I am Sorry

Life for me has just been alittle hectic for me in the past couple of months.
For me, My life has consisted of Working... finding time to go to the gym... trying to keep up with my friends... and trying not to loose my mind (though to let you all in, I think I already may have)

I am getting sick of 10 hour days of work. Leaves me no time to do all that much.
I have to get my portfolio in by December 1st. Which I don't know how I'm going to pull it off. So anyone who reads this.
I'm open to suggestions to what I should include (eg browse through my gallery and tell me what should make it)

And Critisism Is good I need to get better. I'm freaking out already because I don't think I would be good enough to get into the course, and I don't want to go back to what I was doing at uni, because that was draining the life out of me which wasn't good.

You know I was hoping this was going to be a hell of an entry, but for some unknown reason my mind has totally gone blank. And to anyone who knows me, this isn't a huge surprise.

I need to get out and see people, who I haven't seen in like months. I huge apology to those people, you know who you are guys, and know even though I don't see/talk I still love ya.

I just brought a new desktop computer. Though it's pretty basic. I just wanted one which I can put all my multimedia stuff on there. So it will do, and when the time comes i'll just upgrade it. Though it has a 19" screen which I'm loving at the moment.

I'm still lacking in the Photoshop department, as it was still screwing up, so I just uninstalled it, so its been like 4 months since I could do anything really productive in the art department. I miss my photoshop.

I had the work christmas party last night. Alot of people getting drunk and getting "busy" I don't think I'll ever look at my managers in the same way. The night was slightly weird, still trying to figure out what happened, but am having no luck.

On the work status. I'm currently working in the Home Entertainment Department, so hopefully I can put my knowledge of movies, into some practice. But on a good note, I get to choose the music you hear so if any of you come into the Big W at TTP. Drop by the Home Ent Department, I'll take requests

Well that should just do it for me.

So wasnt fun.

Over the last weekend I went to sydney, Sydney Is Awesome!
But there is way too many stairs! We woke up at like 8:30am and just started walking and didnt get back to the appartment till like 9pm.

We went to the zoo, and the aqurium, both where cool. Took about 240 photos over two days.

It was fun, A girls weekend just what i needed.

Hugh Jackman is a GOD

Seriously I saw him on Saturday night, and I was in awe, He is an incredibly talented actor/performer, he had all the audience captured every second he was on stage, It was positively awesome! Best thing I have seen in ages.

Next thing, I know what I’m going to do next year hopefully if I get in… I’m going to apply for the Certificate IV in Multimedia; I have to make up a portfolio, which is of 15 different things I have done, so hopefully I have enough things… As I really really want to do this.

I have a series coming up, but I can’t find my camera cord, so uploading is a little of a hassle but I actually went out, and took photos, it was awesome!

Oooh and some advice to all you deviants out there DO NOT FALL DOWN THE STAIRS!! It isn’t fun at all it hurts like hell. My leg is a nice purply colour and it hurts when ever I move it. Now I have to fill in an incident report at work, as I rang them today telling them I fell down the stairs while leaving work yesterday, not fun at all.

Who is proud? ..... probably no-one but I sure as hell am, hours staring at a computer screen, sqinting making sure you get every little thing. And now I'm exausted.

Staying up till 5am every day isn't good for the body, expecially if you are working on the computer, then it's just plain mean. I think that my body has finally taken enough, now I'm begining to become sick.

This week I've worked a hell of alot which is always fun NOT! and I have finally been trained to being a check out chick. *sigh* So between working and being on the computer making stuff, I dont get a heck of alot of sleep.

And this last week, I've had the house to myself so I've been able to get up to whatever I want, yet I didn't throw any parties, since I dont get home from work till 10pmish, I didn't have the time

I think I have finally figured out what I'm going to do next year, which is a good thing, Im going to defer from uni again, and take a tafe course all about multimedia, it actually has all the stuff which I want to do!

Well Im back from Kangaroo Island, anyone miss me?

Right so this is how my trip went.

Wednesday
Woke up at 5:30am after going to sleep at 2am (good thing I packed the night before) Left the house at 6:15am, had pizza for breakfast. Drove down to Cape Jarvis (well my sister did, I kinda just sat there). Caught the boat over there, which wasn't too bad, it wasn't really rocky which was good as I'm not a good traveller. (get sick) Got off the boat and drove to Kingscote, and unpacked at my sisters house. Then went to vist my sisters school (she is a teacher). Its a nice little school, sad thing is that it is bigger than my highschool, like 3times its size. When home and I crashed, while my sister went to netball training. (yes I actually had a nap) Woke up watched TV, had tea and went back to bed around 12am.

Thursday
Woke up at like 9am. My sister went to her school to get ready for the new term, while I sat home and watched more TV (morning TV is shit) Then my sister gets back and I get " THERE IS A MOUSE IN MY CLASSROOM!!!" My sister is absolutly terrified of mice. So we had to go to the store and get mouse traps and peanut butter (the best thing for catching mice) Then I had to go into her room, while she was standing ontop of a table (geeze she's older than me) Now I have never set a mouse trap before in my life so I had no idea how on earth to set them, and just kinda stared at it, going "what the?" so Jane went to find someone who knew how to, then some guy came so I asked him, so he showed me (I didn't know it was the principal of the school ) So with the mouse traps set, my sister braved her classroom, seriously she is a Scaredy cat. I had to help her clean her classroom not good, finally left there around 5:30pm. Then made my sister drive me around to try and get some photo's and that night I only got like one good one, of the playground (which I have posted). We drove to American River, but by the time we got there it was too dark to see anything, and not good for taking photos. So went home, and watched more TV and burnt like 30 Times Table Cd's for my sister, which I had to get off tape for her.

Friday
Woke up (10amish) had to go back to my sisters school again, and cleaned more. Spent most the day there. Went home at like 6pm. Made Chicken Enchiladas for tea. Now if any of you have tried my Chicken Enchiladas you know that they are good!! (and no I'm not being up myself it is the truth). Around 9pmish went penguin hunting, as in we went looking for them. We found them, but now I have a mortal fear of Penguins. They are increadably freeky, when it's pitch black and you cant really see a thing, and all you can here is this horriable nosie, which is scary (it's the penguins). We got to the place where a local (another teacher from my sisters school) told us to, she went "just go there and you will be able to hear them" So we got out the car and we where like " what the hell do penguin's sound like?" but then we heard them, and we bolted back into the car! They sound so bloody freeky and sound like they are right behind you! So I didn't get and photographs of them, as I was kinda freeked. (also forgot my camera, but I wasn't going back to take photos). PENGUINS ARE EVIL!!

Saturday
Got up early (9amish, what thats early for me!) as we wanted to go to this bakery which closes at 12pm. Who heard of a bakery which closes that early on a Saturday. As my sister had never gone to it as she had netball, we decided to get up early just for that purpose. Sad thing is that it wasn't even good aren't country's bakeries ment to be the best? I know the one in Millicent was good. but this one was just shonky. Jane played netball, so I had to watch, my god does her team suck!! Seriously they do they lost with something like 75-28. Seriously bad! Went home, my sister borrowed a lawnmower from a friend and mowed the lawn (her lawn was like nearly knee high). Didn't know what we we're going to do, so we hired some dvd's. The video store was so little. I was going through there and going "got it" "seen it" and I swear with my brothers, sisters and my dvd collection we would have like nearly 3/4 of the store. Never see Elizabethtown, it is seriously weird!

Did you know that it is possible to get a gutter ball with the bumpers up?? Well it is, as I managed to do it tonight. I went bowling with Flicity. I won the first game, and lost the second. (114 and 92) Also went out to a stupid nutrametics party thingo with my mum and Flick, way too girly for me.

Oh Reg, you will be proud today I brought some alcohol, first time ever (even though im 19)

Going shopping tomorrow, not sure what for, but I am. Apparently I have to do a fashion show in the change rooms, Im scared I tell you. May just get some more stuff for either my computer or something along those lines

Well 2 more days till I dissapear. I really really dont want to go, but I have to What is there to do on Kangaroo Island, can someone please tell me! Plus to catch the boat I have to get up before 6am!!! That is not right! Also to get home I have to catch a small plane. I am one who hates flying on normal planes, and this is a bloody small one. wish me luck only thing I'm kinda looking forward to going there is hopefully there should be some good photo op's.

Tuesday Is Anzac Day, which means its a whole family shindig. Stupid family traditions. Means I have to wake up by 7am. ( I am not an early riser!)

Having fun with my new camera, Its awesome!!

Easter was good, I got an enormous Marshmallow Bunny (better than chocolate) and a plane ticket back from Kangaroo Island (so least you know I am coming back)

OMG the boat trip to go over there is at 9am, since its a 2hour trip to get to the boat, I have to wake up at 6am thats 6 hours before I usually get up Sleeping in the car is in the plan.

Well today was fun, apart from getting up earlier than usual. I went and got Regina, and we started on a hunt to buy me a new camera, but the hunt didn't last long first place we looked at had the camera I wanted, and had it at $100+ under the price I was willing to pay, so I just brought it, as well as a 1GB memory card, which still came under what it was at another store, so I was increadably happy.

Then we went into this store (so cant remember the name, but its a cool little store) and Reggie found something which she desperatly wanted also, so she got that. So after like not even 30min (seriously it wasn't my parking ran out after 30min, and we where back in time), we both left town as very happy people.

Then we went to the Parade for lunch, and got wok in a box, well Reg did, and I just got dim sims, and spring rolls. and went to eat them in a park (we have this thing about parks, they are cool though) But then we got alittle spooked because this car pulled up, and was just sitting there, not doing anything. Kinda Freeky, so we left.

Omg car washes are fun!! Got my car washed today, but it didn't get the bird poo off!! silly little birds having to poop on my car. Then dropped Reggie home. Twas a good day. Thanks for coming with me Reggie!!

Well lately I've been working alot, which is good, as I need to get some money together so that I save for things I want later. At this point in time, I want to get a new camera, Price range about $300-$600. So if anyone out there has an idea what I am able to get within that price range, please let me know.

Last week I got together with *reggie-san and *TheGemte They came around my house, and I cooked dinner. It was good to see them, as they are just awesome, and always helpful when I need help. Sorry about the dodgy dinner though. v_v

Worked my first shift at my mum's work!! worked like 9am - 5pm, i was ment to go home earlier but something took forever to get done, so i got to stay! It was pretty easy though, and a bonus is i get paid like $16 an hour! Don't know when my next shift will be, but am hoping that it will be soon.

Work at Big W I may be getting shifted to apparell!! I don't want to work in apparell, Flick and I are probably are getting moved there cos we don't complain where we get put, so basically we just work everywhere around the store. So not bloody fair! I ask you this, how come guys can't work in apparell? I understand them not wanting to work in the bra and underwear section, but they are perfectly capable of working in the other sections!

Been moved to permanent part time, which means I have permanent hours, which is good, but they took away my Sundays, I like working Sundays you get more money, and it gives me something to do, plus it seems easier.

A downer with becoming a part timer, is that my pay also went down $2 an hour, just after it went up, so basically its back to where it started.

Uni

Didn't go too well with results and everything, but next year I think I am going to take a year off, get my head together, work, and work on my stuff since I had no time to begin with, so i should be more active next year.

Work

I have earnt roughly $1200 in three months which is cool, plus I get a Pay Rise!! But I've been moved so that was frustrating, and I'm working on Christmas Eve till 7pm I think...

General Info

It was my Birthday Yesterday, Many forgot, but that I am used to. It was a reasonable day a lot better than other times. Woke up at 7:30am so that I could take mum to work. Then went shopping!! But didn't really buy anything for myself, all went to other people.

List of stuff I got:

Mum - RAA membership (I asked for it) Hair Stuff, Socks, and a key ring
Jane - $50 which was then used to get a hair straighter

It's been quite awhile since i wrote a Journal Entry, so I have decided to grace those who are watching me with something at least. I do plan to submit some stuff soon, as i owe some people some things, and I just really should.

Uni

Well Uni for me comes to a close on the 21st of November, it's when i hand in my last assignment. (2000word essay on CGI)
And my DMC, now thats one annoying bugger i must tell you
I had my only exam on Tuesday (15th of Nov) which was quite entertaining I must tell you. One of my friends I swear only stayed for not even a hour (3hour exam), which you couldn't get anything of anything done in that time. It was a stupid exam and I'm gald that it's over. Goodbye Maths (i hope)

Work

Well I now have a job, for those who know me in real life its a big thing, as I couldn't really be bothered getting one, but now i do have one. Big Achivement for me
Met this really cool chick there, makes work a hell of alot easier, we spend most of our time, talking whilst doing what we need to be doing. She named my stanly knife PeeWee, And nicknamed me B. Theres another one I can add to the growing list. But I'm glad that i have someone to talk to there most are guys, there fun to muck around with, but just not the same really, as a girl, good to have someone to bitch with, if the guys annoy us.

Well my door is Awsome, yes i know its just a door, but I now have an awsome Spiderman Poster taking up most of it, it's just so lovely

Four hours of Maths a week is just way too long!!!

The class i like is Media Literacies it's only Two hours for the whole week! And one of them is mucking around with my friend

Well i told my parents about failing Java, and they took it better than expected, all they asked is "do i need help?"
To be honest i was shocked on how well they took it.

Anyway if anyone in Adelaide wants to tutor me next year it would be much abliged (sp?) and you would get paid!!!!

Life

Well not much has really happened, i think that may be the fact that my phone got taken away, so therefore haven't really had any contact with anyone......but it actually is good, as i have been thinking, and i know me thinking is a huge shock as to many of you, you know that i dont like thinking.

But it really has been good, I'm not as confused as i was!!! And i have come to terms that what i want wont always happen. Expecially in one situation...... but im not going to go into that as it is not a big deal any more, and it will probably just bring up stuff, which doesn't need to happen.

So therefore i think that i am on my way to being me again

Work
On Wednesday i had a job interview for Myers. I hope that i went well as i really need the money...hehe im totally broke, i think that i have about $10 to my name at the moment, and thats cos my Dad gave it to me this morning, cos we didn't have any food in the house, plus it was kinda my pocket money, and yes i still get pocket money

I dont have any Uni work at the moment as its the first week back, and yeah so its all good.

Well lets see, i haven't really gotten into a fight with anyone, in about 3 weeks *a cheer goes up in the crowd* i know its like a record for me!

In the past couple of months, it had been good as i have been able to figure out who i want as a friend, and who are important to me.

Uni Front
Well i got two F1's one i knew what gonna happen, and the other was a total surprise, i mean how could i go from 77.65% to failing? Obvesly it can happen cos it did.

Well also that means that i no longer have my scholarship i worked hard to get that, and now its gone. I actually did try thats the hardest bit. For the first time in my life i actually tried, and i still seemed to fail.

I have to go back on Monday, but i don't know whats going to happen with one subject as it was a continue on from another, and that other was one of the ones i failed

Helping a friend pick out her minor tomorrow, even though i have no idea what the hell she wants to do, and for that matter i dont know what the hell i want to do anymore.......
I mean i still want to become an animator, but now i think i may have ruined one of my chances.

Home
My parents are coming back from Perth tomorrow, i have to pick them up at 3:30pm at the airport, i have to take my sisters car as its bigger than mine, i dont like driving it, its very touchy, and i seem to stall in it. In my car i so dont stall!!!

We ( my sister and i ) have to clean once again tomorrow, the house has to be spotless for the parents, even though its cleaner than when they left it.

Thoughts
Once again im back in to my confused state, i really am used to it, but i just screws up my head. Things are so not going my way....

This is directed to one person, and they know who they are, i want to say thankyou for trying the other night, you did hit a point, and i appriciate that you care, but its just really hard for me. Im not used to talking to people about me, and its weird. But believe me when i say that i value your friendship, and am very grateful that you care.

Whats happening
Well my parents are leaving for Perth tomorrow
They leave the house at 6:30 am, getting my sister to run them down to the airport, its way to early for me, i dont surface out of bed till like 11

On friday my sister and i are having a get together with our friends, but its turning out to be more of my friends, at the moment she has like one friend

I really need to figure out who is coming to that, numbers wise, and how much food i need to get.....

My brother's 21st is on Friday too, but he's not doing anything for it, so yeah but we (my sister and i) got him the best present

Harry Potter comes out on saturday but i probably wont read it till like 2 weeks later

I mean come on, after awhile its just not fair!

And why do we have to think? Thinking just makes your head screwed up even more, it doesn't help at all, all it does is give you a headache, or you find more stuff to worry about.

So this week i'm trying not to think, but i dont think that will actually work, i always think too much, plus i have exams which are a major bugger.
Even now im thinking when i don't want too. Ok so that one just isn't going to work

Chookie is my gandma aka Grandma Chook (my other Grandma is Grandma Comeback) weird names i know... but its just my family

Anyway My Family and i went out for my cousins 19th birthday, and everything was fine, my grandma, was looking well and eating well, it was a good night (i won $6 on the pokies, i so dont get those machines)

Anyway my sister and i went to uni like normal on tuesday, when that finished we went to Chookies house to drop of a paper for her, and she didn't answer the door, which was strange.....

So we waited for my mum to come home and told her about it, cos we were worried about her, so mum and dad went to her house and couldn't find her either, they rang around all my family to see if they knew where she was, and they didn't.

Finally they found out that she was at the hospital, she suffered from another heart attack

She was in hospital all day and no-one at the hospital rang anyone of her family, i mean come on shes 84yrs old, you think that they would get in touch with someone and shes not all together with it either.

Anyway i LOVE you Chookie and Get Better Soon

shes the one who knew my real reason for leaving for the first place, and once she came back, she was about to kick my arse if i didn't too....

I mean after roughly 3hrs of talking and every other thing was her telling me to come back, i think i got sick of it in the end

Now i just need to get some stuff on here, again as i deleted most of it.

Mainly most of it will be stuff which im working on at UNI, as i am taking a degree in Multimedia, which causes me to do stuff....
